Uppsatsen syftar till att på ett kvalitativt sätt undersöka hur kommun, skola och fritidsgård arbetar och samarbetar för att öka känslan av gemenskap och integration mellan högstadieungdomar med svensk respektive invandrarbakgrund, främst från forna Jugoslavien. I uppsatsen får lärare, elever, fritidsledare, ungdomssamordnare samt verksamhetsansvariga ge sin bild av hur de upplever att arbetet för integration fortlöper inom det område de är verksamma. För att få kunskap kring ämnet, väljer man att arbeta utifrån en kvalitativ metod som bygger på intervjuer, observation och textanalys. Uppsatsens teoretiska förankring grundas i Bourdieus diskussion om habitus, fält och kapital, samt kring Goffmans diskussion om stigma. Aleksandra Ålunds teorier kring det multietniska samhället och social integration präglar i huvudsak uppsatsens perspektiv..

Uppsatsen avhandlar begreppet integration utifrån flyktingars uppfattning, samtidigt lyfter jag fram deras upplevelse av integration i Sverige. Forskningen visar att utlänningar i Sverige har sämre levnadsvillkor jämfört med svenskar, blir diskriminerade och utsorterade på arbetsmarknaden på grund av sin etniska bakgrund. Jag har intervjuat fem flyktingar från två olika länder i Mellanöstern i mellersta Sverige för att skapa förståelse för problemområdet.  Jag har valt att använda olika vetenskapliga synpunkter kring begreppen integration, segregation och diskriminering som utgångspunkt för nämnda problemområde. Eftersom Syftet med min forskning är att få en djupare förståelse av respondenternas förståelse och upplevelse av integration i det svenska samhället, har jag använt mig av en kvalitativ metod med ett hermeneutiskt angreppssätt.

Today, there are no standardized ways to characterize SOA, many are talking about SOA and many say they are using SOA. One way that we have chosen to characterize this phenomenon is through an evaluation that will indicate whether SOA have been used in the development. Basedon a Service Oriented Architecture literature study, we have created an evaluation pattern resulting SOA principles of integration, architecture and services. This evaluation was applied to Logica's own integration system AgrCom through an empirical study to result in a response indicating whether AgrCom is SOA based. The results of the evaluation show that AgrCom is part of an SOA solution but not an SOA as a whole concept.

Denna rapport behandlar mitt examensarbete som genomfördes i samarbete med HaldexBrake AB. Haldex Brake AB håller på och utvecklare en ny generation broms åt lastbilar.Uppdraget bestod av tre delar. Att ta fram lösningsförslag som säkerhetsställer beläggjärnetsplacering i förhållande ett beläggjärn så kallad Cross-beam. Att säkerställa att bultar monterasmed rätt åtdragningsmoment på 230Nm. Den sista tredjedelen av arbetet bestod i attpresentera lösningar som helt eller delvis eliminerar oljud, när olika komponenter med spel,slår i delar i okhuset.I projektet har flera olika principkonstruktioner tagits fram och genom Freddy Olssonutvärderingsmallar har sedan en primärkonstruktion utarbetats fram.I dem andra två resterande projektdelarna belyses lösningarna väldigt generellt av denanledningen att det kräver specialkomponenter..

The purpose of this thesis was to examine how the build-up of customer relations can be characterized at the end of the industrial selling process and how companies engage their cross-functional selling teams into this relationship building effort. Through a case study of Omega, a multinational company engaged in the selling of products of an industrial character, it was revealed that the build-up and maintaining of the customer relationship is of acute importance, as it presents the company with a window of opportunities. Through its relationship with the customer the company can be able to sell other products, which are related to the original purchase made by the customer. For the company?s competitors the established relationship might also serve as a barrier when attempting to enter the market or increase market share.

Texo Application has created robots that they call for satellites; with these you can feed in storage pallets into a satellite storage. Satellite storages consist of channels in height (e.g.3 to 8 pieces) and width (e.g.3 to 100 pieces). Channels can be different long (e.g. 5 to 200 pallets). At deposit of a storage pallet the truck insert the satellite in a channel and then the pallet, the pallet is driven into the channel until it reaches another pallet or the other end.

Can the lack of functional cross-cultural communication among individuals within an international organization be the reason for cultural clashes to occur, and lead to conflict between two cultures within the same organization?Our aim is to try to create a potential model of how cross-cultural problems can be studied, in order to contribute to the solution of the problem. And to examine whether the theories, which form the basis of our model can be applied in reality.The research have assumed from the hermeneutical approach for a holistic view of the problem area. The deductive approach has been used in order to distinguish whether the theories can be applied to reality, and qualitative research method for collecting data.The focus lies within cross-cultural communications, which defines the various cultural factors that can affect organizational culture. Hofstede dimensions and the social structure are mentioned and cultural factors as language and religion.

Product placement isn´t a new concept, matter of fact it has existed for almost hundred years. On the other hand to use TV-series as a marketing channel for product placement is a present vogue for brands and companies to reach the right target audience. Through product placement in TV-series companies are available to get away with the problem that people zapping commercials. Our purpose with the thesis is to have increased comprehension about TV-series as a channel for product placement considering effect against different target audience, products and brands. For this study we applied a qualitative approach and did six depth interviews with different people to gain several viewpoints.

The Swedish group contribution rules do not include a right to deduction for cross-border group contributions unless the receiving company is taxable in Sweden. There has been much discussion regarding whether the rules are compatible with EC law. On 11 March 2009 the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court ruled ten cases concerning the right to deduction for cross-border group contributions. In three of these judgments deduction for a group contribution from a Swedish parent company to a foreign subsidiary within the EEA was allowed, despite that the subsidiary was not taxable in Sweden. The main purpose of this master thesis is to analyse whether the interpretation of the Supreme Administrative Court concerning the right to deduction for cross-border group contributions is compatible with EC law.

Denna uppsats handlar om integration och de olika uppfattningarna om vad integration är. Syfte med studien är att dels ta reda på hur man arbetar med integration i en glesbygdskommun. Att försöka förstå vad olika aktörer i integrationsprocessen har för perspektiv och syn på integration. Att sedan jämföra dessa med varandra. Studien utfördes i Ljusdals kommun där Kvalitativa intervjuer utfördes med aktörer inom integrationsarbetet. Dessa aktörer är Arbetsförmedlingen, Vänskap- och integrationsföreningen samt invandrare i kommunen. Att enbart konstatera att det finns olika perspektiv på integration skulle i min mening inte leda till någon vidare intressant diskussion. Med hjälp av Graebers teori kring asymmetrisk perspektivförståelse kunde man finna svar till varför perspektiven på integration skiljer sig och vad det har för konsekvenser på integrationsarbetet. I min studie kunde man se att det inom arbetsförmedlingen fanns byråkratiska strukturer som begränsade integrationsarbetet.

Genom en kvantiativ studie av PPP, IFE och RIP, samt Aktiemarknadskorrelation och Feldstein-Horioka modellen som indikatorer för finansiell integration är det möjligt att studera den finansiella integrationen mellan Polen och EU under tids perioden 1993 - 2003. Utifrån våra indikatorer, aktiemarknadskorrelation och Feldstein -Horioka modellen, kan vi utläsa en integrationsprocess mellan marknaderna över tiden. Vi har funnit klara rön att Polen har blivit mer finansiellt integrerat över tiden sett ur ett direkt och totalt finansiellt perspektiv. Vi finner däremot inga klara tecken på ökad indirekt finansiell integration mellan Polen och EU under den undersökta perioden..

The purpose of my essay is to see how teachers are working to integrate the two subjects Art and Swedish in their teaching, and to see how this integration is made. What do teachers think about subject-integration? What are the positive effects of it? Are there any difficulties involved? Do the teachers prioritize cooperation with other subjects?To answer my questions I have interviewed eight teachers, four of them in upper secondary school and four in lower secondary school. I have also studied literature about subject-integration and children?s learning, curriculum?s and syllabi in the subjects of Art and Swedish.The results of my study show that the interviewed teachers are positive when it comes to integrating Art and Swedish and other subjects.

This paper exposes the problems and challenges organizations face when integrating aged systems, web based systems and web services. The paper focuses on how people with different titles in an organization experience systems integration and the factors that contribute to project failure or success. The research methodology used in this is Grounded Theory and the resulting theory of this paper has taken form through the coding of transcribed interviews, which have gone through a constant comparing to other theories in the area of interest, mostly articles about success factors in system integration. The resulting outcome is a success model aimed to describe the underlying indicators to achieve project success.The success model consists of three factors that contribute to success in integration projects. The factors are: globalization, governance and balance.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur ett HVB-hem för ensamkommande flyktingbarn i Gävleborgs län arbetar för att främja ensamkommande flyktingbarns integration. Fokus i studien låg på metoder och strategier samt svårigheter som verksamhetens företrädare upplever i sitt arbete. Metoden som användes var kvalitativ intervju och under arbetet hade författarna en hermeneutisk infallsvinkel och materialet analyserades utifrån systemteori. Resultatet visar metoder och strategier som berör trygghetsskapande, samhällsorientering och nätverksskapande. Svårigheterna berör till stor del balansen som de ensamkommande flyktingbarnen måste hitta mellan de erfarenheter de bär med sig och den situation de befinner sig i idag.
