Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka ungdomars reception av fenomenet manga/anime på ett etnografiskt arbetssätt, avgränsat med begreppet ungdomskultur. Fokus ligger på två mangayttringar som närmast berör ungdomar: sh?jo för flickor och sh?nen för pojkar. Resultatet redovisas i tre olika teman: Estetik/Stil, Makt/Könsroller och Berättelser/Myter,vilka tolkas med hjälp av ett raster på textuell, kontextuell och sociohistorisk nivå.Undersökningen är kvalitativ med sju ungdomar som informanter, och empirin består avfältanteckningar, fotodokumentation och intervjuer.Ungdomarnas fascination av mangaserier kan delvis förklaras med att de ritas i ett utstuderat ?filmiskt? maner, med snabba bildväxlingar och många olika bildvinklar, och delvis med att läsaren kan följa protagonistens utveckling under många år, parallellt med sin egen utveckling till ett vuxnare jag.

The visions of the United Nations concerning sustainable development and conservation of biodiversity can only be realized if the human population succeeds in creating coexistence between human and wildlife. Landscape architects are able to influence on how landscapes are to be maintained and developed. The negative impact of infrastructure on wildlife has become a critical problem in Sweden and other parts of Europe. Wildlife crossings has been developed as a solution for the problems of road barriers in the landscape. The crossings are made to give animals a better opportunity to cross roads.

Denna fallstudie syftar till att undersöka och förstå hur det organisationella köpbeteendet för små och medelstora företag vid köp av molntjänster kan karaktäriseras. Molntjänster är ett område som vuxit snabbt det senaste decenniet i samband med att säljande organisationer börjat inse värdet i att komplettera sina redan existerande fysiska produkter med mer lönsamma tjänster. Affärsmodellen för molntjänsteföretag riktar sig mot små och medelstora företag för att ge företagen tillgång till komplexa och dyra mjukvaror genom att hyra dessa månadsvis. Då forskningen kring organisationellt köpbeteende hade sin storhetstid för över 50 år sedan finns det ett tydligt gap mellan detta område och ny teknologi som ständigt utvecklas.Med stöd av redan existerande teoretiska modeller har författarna samlat in, sammanställt och analyserat empiri från företag som under de senaste 12 månaderna genomgått en inköpsprocess för att få tillgång till en eller flera molntjänster. Empirin har samlats in genom tre semi-strukturerade intervjuer med små och medelstora kunder (SME) till Dialect AB.

This final thesis is performed on commission of Torsby forestry administration, Stora Enso Skog. Stora Enso Skog is one of the major forestry companies of Sweden. The main business area is located in and around the region of Bergslagen. During the last decade the practice of forest management has rapidly changed due to a new forest legislation. The new law has resulted in that the production goal is equal to the environmental goal within forestry.

This Master of Science thesis was completed at the Department of Machine Design at the Royal Instituteof Technology in Stockholm in collaboration with Lund Faculty of Engineering, Luleå University ofTechnology and Stanford University. At Stanford University a global product development project wasrealized as part of the course ME310. The project was initiated by the American company ImmerseGlobal whose vision was to develop a new type of Atmospheric Water Generators, a machine that absorbsthe moisture in the air and via a water system transforms it to pure drinking water. The project was partlyfinanced by the Product Innovation Engineering program, a Swedish research and development programfor increased innovation capability in organizations.In parallel with the global project in the ME310 course the product development process was studied inorder to compare it with a product development course at the Royal Institute of Technology, IPU. Thetwo courses are similar to each other in several aspects.

I want to study the navigationsand interpretations of the different actors in the field in an explorative manner.? How do the leaders of the organisations interpret governing and strategic management? Whatconcepts are used? How is the leadership constructed?How do they discuss the demands of management and structure coming from outside theorganisations? How are the organisations shaped by accountability and normative conceptions of leadership?What is their view on the demands coming from within the organisations? What role does thedemocratic governance body have in relation to the employees and the management?What is their view on employment, relations with trade unions and employer associations andthe managerial position of the organisations?The Swedish context with strong emphasis on membership and democratic rights for themembers and volunteers has not gained a large impact on the international researchconcerning non-profit management. In metabolism Mg plays an important role because it affects many cellular enzymes in the body. The energy metabolism and protein synthesis are dependent on Mg as an enzyme activator, Mg is also involved in the synthesis of RNA and DNA. Absorption of Mg primarily takes place over the ruminal epithelium in ruminants. The main storage of Mg is in the bones but that can only be reached if the cow is in great need of calcium or phosphorus, it's a hormonal regulated process that induces catabolism of bones. Free and available sources of Mg are found in soft tissues and in the extra cellular fluids that includes cerebrospinal fluids and blood.

The main purpose of this study was to determine the self-estimated levels of knowledge about doping for a group of strength training young adults, and also to get an idea of their attitudes regarding the subject. A part of the purpose was also to investigate the potential associations between knowledge and attitude. Method: To collect information a questionnaire was constructed that was inspired by a similar study and in consultation with the tutor. Questions regarding background, doping and training experiences together with self-esteemed attitudes and knowledge about doping were included. Questionnaires were handed out at gym facilities in central Sweden, and were answered by men and women ages 18 to 35 years.

I hela inköpsprocessen är det inte enbart flöde av material som transporteras som bör beaktas utan även hantering och lagring, information som berör materialflödet och som är viktigt för hanteringen och lagringen av detta material som måste fungera korrekt. För leverantörer som exporterar varor till kunder i andra länder, är styrningen av verksamhetens produktion och materialförsörjning, av avgörande betydelse för företagets förmåga att skapa konkurrenskraft på denglobala marknaden.SyfteSyftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur exporterande företag kan förbättra sin leveransservice till importerande kunder i andra länder i form av kortare leveranstider.MetodForskarna har använt sig av kvalitativa semistrukturerande interjuver när de utfört intervjuer med deras fyra olika intervjupersoner på fyra företag. Dessa fyra personer fick forskarna kontakt med via bekvämlighets-samt snöbollsurval.

Problem discussion: Long-term supplier relationships have become more common. Hence, supplier evaluation is a critical activity for many companies. However, making a relevant supplier evaluation is time consuming. Therefore, it is important to decide which of the suppliers to put an extra effort on. Should all suppliers be evaluated in the same way? Previous, focus has been on purchasing of direct material.

Intense competition among companies and luck or unavailability of certain resources in country of company?s origin force last to cross the borders, and start to hunt for new markets and cheaper inputs. However, by investing abroad the company is not only facing and dealing with cultural differences and new regulatory framework, but also becomes dependent on decisions and actions of different and to large extend unknown government. Moreover, the majority of the investments? flows are directed to developing countries, where power and capabilities of state authorities are considered to be more extensive than in countries of developed economies.
