Physiotherapists treat people with different views of the world and medical beliefs, which require a good understanding of cultural differences. One way to achieve cultural understanding is through self-reflection in a new context. During five weeks the authors, two physiotherapy students, completed a clinical practice at the rehabilitation center Pina Palmera, Zipolite, Oaxaca, Mexico. At the beginning of the period a critical incident was chosen, when the head physiotherapist for the ward Cuidados Especiales intended to sell jewellery to the authors during a treatment of a patient. The authors have by using the reflection framework "Framework to guide reflective process", and Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) for analysis, discussed different ways of communication, adherence, education, and self-reflection and critical thinking.

The aim of this study was to illuminate critical factors that facilitate respectively obstruct the novice nurse's development during her first year in the profession. The method used was a systematic literature review according to Goodman's model. The 8 qualitative scientific articles were scrutinized by using a form developed by Pedersen and Sigling (2002). The result shows that cognitive factors, stress, social factors as well as affective factors are critical during the novice nurse's first professional year. Syftet var att undersöka högkänslighet och stress hos studenter. Metoden var en kvantitativ jämförande studie mellan grupper (kvinnor och män). Undersökningen genomfördes genom en elektronisk enkät. Urvalet var ett tillfällighetsurval av kvinnor och män i åldrarna 19 ? 56 som studerade vid ett universitet, totalt 122 stycken deltagare, 31 män och 91 kvinnor.

Denna undersökning handlar om stress i förskolan. Syftet med undersökning är att ta reda på hur förskollärare i en förskola upplever stress i sitt arbete och vad förskollärarna gör för att minska sin stress. Dessa frågeställningar har varit centrala i min studie. Hur definierar förskolläraren sin egen stress i det vardagliga arbetet? Vad gör förskollärarna för att minska stressen i förskolan? Den metoden jag använde mig av var kvalitativa intervjuer som genomfördes med fyra förskollärare.

The purpose of this empirical study was to investigate if stress exists among nurses, and if it exists how do they experience it and how do they cope whit it. The nurses also got to define the word stress. Karasek and Theorells demandcontrollmodell were used as a theoretical framework. The result of the study answers our research questions and gives us a good insight how the nurses experience stress and how they cope with it. The result shows that 56 of 60 nurses indicated that they experience medium to high level of stress a couple of days a week or more often and that it affects their work.

Bakgrund: Tusentals människor i Sverige drabbas av hjärtstopp varje år, var av ca 5000 på sjukhus. Ett obehandlat hjärtstopp leder oundvikligen till döden. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser i samband med hjärtstopp och hjärt- lungräddning (HLR), inne på sjukhus. Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie genomfördes på nio vetenskapliga artiklar. Sökningen av artiklarna genomfördes i databaserna PubMed, Cinahl och PsycINFO.

This paper was aimed to investigate how a sexual education website, UMO.se, with an explicit norm-critical approach to their work achieved its goal to be norm-critical and inclusive in terms of gender, gender identity and sexual orientation. The investigation was focused on a section of the website, "Ask UMO" where the website visitors could submit questions, which were answered by a midwife, a nurse, a counselor, a psychologist, a nutritionist or a doctor. The questions focused on examining how well the "Ask UMO" lived up to UMOs target norm criticism and if there was any differences between the different professions in how norm-critical and inclusive they were. This was examined by a discourse analysis inspired by Foucault and based on Judith Butler's theory of the heterosexual matrix. The study found that "Ask UMO" in 350 of the sections 425 questions reached UMOs goal to be the norm-critical and inclusive.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att beskriva under vilka omständigheter skolpsykologer upplever att deras kompetens tillvaratas i elevhälsan. Sju intervjuer genomfördes utifrån Critical Incident Technique och analyserades med innehållsanalys. Resultatet visade att 1) insats som genererar psykologisk insikt hos mottagaren, 2) kontroll över yrkesroll, 3) anpassning till given organisationsform, 4) ledning som har psykologisk kunskap och 5) välfungerande elevhälsoteam är viktiga omständigheter för att psykologisk kompetens ska tillvaratas. Resultatets värde för att förstå skolpsykologers psykosociala arbetsmiljö diskuterades och en generell slutsats som drogs var att resurser behöver prioriteras till utvecklingsarbete av elevhälsan..

This essay is a selective review of Nordic literature with the aim to explore contemporary conceptions of male-on-female rape, to increase the understanding of how these can construct ?a real rape?. To achieve this two questions were formulated: What circumstances can cause an incident not to be defined as rape? What circumstances can cause an incident to be defined as rape? Searches in international and Swedish databases led to initial selection of peer-review journal articles and dissertations that were reviewed against set criteria. These criteria were met by 8 studies, that were assigned codes, from which comprehensive categories were developed.
