Syfte Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur användandet av barnlitteratur kan gå till i förskolans planerade aktiviteter för att främja barns empati. Utifrån att böckernas budskap och handling har betydelse för vilka etiska perspektiv barn får tillgång till är det också intressant att undersöka vilka böcker förskollärare väljer att använda samt varför.Frågeställningar De frågeställningar studien utgår ifrån är hur har planerade aktiviteter med barnlitteratur genomförts för att främja barns empatiska utveckling och vilka böcker som har valts i dessa aktiviteter samt av vilken anledning.Metod Studien utgår från den kvalitativa metoden intervju där fyra förskollärare från två förskolor intervjuas. Förskolorna som deltar i studien arbetar med barnlitteratur och förskollärarna har erfarenhet av detta arbete.      Resultat Resultatet visar att förskollärarna i studien ofta använder sig av drama och bild för att förmedla empatin i böcker för barn. Det är på förskolorna också vanligt att samtala med barnen om budskapet och handlingen i boken samt målningar barn gör i relation till böcker.

Under 1800-talet debatterades kvinnans ställning allt mer livligt på den litterära scenen. Kvinnan fick en större plats i litteraturen och antalet kvinnliga författare blev fler och fler. 1880-talet var ett magiskt årtionde där antalet författarinnor ökade markant.Det var i 1880-talets kölvatten som Frida Stéenhoff (1865-1945) klev ut på den litterära scenen med sitt drama Lejonets unge (1896). Stéenhoff skrev i en brytningstid där det gamla samhället började luckras upp av nya tankar och idéer. Genom Lejonets unge kastade sig Stéenhoff in i den livliga debatten om äktenskap och sedlighet.

Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka hur mening kan skapas utifrån en upplevelse av den amerikanska konstnären Robert Irwins verk, Scrim Veil ? Black Rectangle ? Natural Light, Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, när det uppfördes på Whitney Museum 2013. Åtta recensioner bildar underlag för undersökningen där de partier som på något sätt hanterar hur recensenterna skapar mening av verket valts ut för närläsning. Metoden som använts för textselektion utgår från Mieke Bals koncept som Bal förklarar som ett alternativ till metod i sin bok Travelling Concepts. Uppsatsen tar teoretiskt spjärn mot Ludwig Wittgensteins begrepp språkspel och duckrabbit, (aspektväxling) som de beskrivits i Filosofiska undersökningar, publicerad 1953, samt gestalten som bildar figur-grund, en inom gestaltpsykologin utvecklad perceptionsteori.Uppsatsen visar på att mening har skapats av verket genom att det framträder, det förvandlar sig till en händelse, något som Rudolf Arnheim beskriver som An event in space, i sin bok Art and Visual Perception ? A Psychology of the Creative Eye från 1954.

Syfte: Förklara begreppen empowerment och medarbetarskap samt visa hur de kan tesig i praktiken inom kulturnäringarna.Metoder: Kvalitativ metod med material från litteraturstudier och ostruktureradesamtal med medarbetare på olika positioner och nivåer i åtta gävleorganisationer inomkulturnäringarna.Resultat & Slutsats:Observationerna gjorda på plats stämmer relativt bra med befintliga tankar om välfungerande organisationer i litteraturen. Organisationer inom kulturnäringarna överlever alla på något vis genom sina medarbetares kreativitet. För att utnyttja det på bästa sätt bör organisationen......vara organisk, det vill säga kunna anpassas efter de personligheter ochkompetenser som finns i den. Detta sätter å andra sidan höga krav pårekrytering och social kompetens....ha någon form av plattform (i uppsatsen också kallat idékatalysator) där medarbetare från organisationens delar kan mötas, utbyta information och komma med synpunkter på varandras idéer. Detta kräver dock att man har ?högt i tak? samtidigt som man respekterar varandras expertområden....göra medarbetare delaktiga ? då ökar deras engagemang och viljan att vårda det de själva är med och bygger upp.

Syftet med detta utvecklingsarbete var att utveckla ett förhållningssätt i skolan, hos både lärare och elever, där olikheter kan ses som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. Visionen var att genom att låta eleverna vara med i detta utvecklingsarbete öppna upp ögonen för dem att världen inte är konstant, utan att den går att förändra till det bättre, bland annat genom deras initiativ och förmåga. Vårt utvecklingsarbete har även riktat in sig på att aktivt arbeta mot en inkluderande skola där eleverna inkluderas i arbetet, genom att erbjuda aktiviteter och undervisning där alla kan delta på sin nivå och där olika uttryck och tankar ses som något gynnande och positivt. Vi genomförde utvecklingsarbetet på vår partnerskola i en lågstadieskola i Mellansverige i två klasser i år 2. Själva arbetet utfördes som en aktionsforskning vilket innebar att vi följde en gemensam utvecklingsprocess tillsammans med eleverna runt temat olikheter som en tillgång.

Digitization is a concept that has become popular in terms of collections of old heritage-related material such as books, photographs and paper documents. This work is a study of the Swedish composer Allan Pettersson (1911?1980) and his personal archive stored at Section for Manuscripts and Music at Uppsala University Library. My issues are What happens to the archive of the digitized? Will there be a "new" archive of the digitized? What guidelines are Uppsala University Library using for their digitizing and how do they look? What will be the result after digitization? What about copyright and the material? Allan Pettersson's personal papers consist a large collection of sketches of musical notes, newspaper clippings and concert programs.

This thesis examines history of the subject of mechatronics and innovation. The main reason tostudy mechatronics from a historical point of view is that it has never been done to a greater extent before. An overview is justified because various definitions have been used over the decades, but nowadays the subject has become more established. Focus in this thesis is mainly on development of the subject of mechatronics at Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Innovation is the other aspect of this thesis.

This essay examines the narrative aspect of interactive fiction. The study uses Janet H. Murrays analysis of the digital environment and the properties of it as procedural, participatory, spatial and encyclopedic. From this, her three characteristic pleasures in digital narratives - immersion, agency and transformation - are examined from the perspective of interactive fiction. The study also examines Nick Montforts analysis of interactive fiction as a potential narrative and a simulated world or environment.

Most swedish newspapers have a homepage where their news are presented. Existing guidelines describing how to write for the web often recommends you to keep it short and stay objective. But how about longer pieces of content presented in the print version? What will become of reports, interviews and essays as we?ve come to know them as the printed newspaper goes digital?Interviews with representatives of five swedish newspapers shows that the extent to wich content is being published on the web is connected to the overall purpose of the web presence. The fact that many newspapers does not publish longer pieces of text on the web rather seems to be an economic issue, than a matter of good readability.Past studies shows that longer pieces of text may well work on the web, if the reader?s interest is big enough.

Syfte:Syftet med studien är att ta reda på hur pedagoger på en särskola talar om estetiska ämnens betydelse för att främja lärande och utveckling för eleverna, samt hur detta gestaltar sig i praktiken.Teori: Vi utgår från ett sociokulturellt perspektiv som bl.a. innebär att allt man lär sig sker i samspel med andra människor. Vygotskyij, som är en av förespråkarna för den sociokulturella teorin menar att inlärning sker genom kommunikation och interaktion. Metod: Kvalitativa halvstrukturerade intervjuer med sju pedagoger på den aktuella särskolan. Deltagande observationer enligt mikroetnografisk forskningspraxis.Resultat: Samtliga informanter anser att estetiska ämnen; drama, musik och bild är mycket viktiga i undervisningen på särskolan.

In recent years many cities have seen an increase in bicycle traffic. This is a development that benefits both the environment and the individual cyclist. When the need for bicycle parking is not met several problems arise such as an increase in bicycle thefts, jammed sidewalks and a decreased interest in using bicycles. My aim with this paper has been to answer the question of how to create parking facilities in an urban environment based on cyclists' needs. Through a literature survey, following the method "Trattmodellen" (the funnel model) the question has been answered and divided under the headings cyclist, bike, bicycle racks, bicycle garage and bicycle operators and hosts.

By means of text creation I approach, reflect upon and try a number of aspects of my own professional existence as a joker in forum theatre and as a forum play pedagogue.This essay is structured like the days of a week and it specifically relates three problematic situations: first, a Monday containing a case of discrimination during the performance, then, a glimpse from a Wednesday when I failed to use the time with enough consideration of our common work and, finally, a Thursday when I was professionally questioned.These three situations are described thoroughly and then they are tried by me. This is carried out partly by reasoning, partly by using for example sociological, pedagogical and above all philosophical texts in order to widen my understanding of my existence as joker and forum play pedagogue. When writing this essay I really realized the importance of taking the reactions of the spec-tators into consideration. I have had the opportunity to develop thoughts about the way in which reflection is created and thoughts about different layers of reflection. I have also pondered over the way in which I distinguish between forum play and therapy as a forum play pedagogue.

This report was written as a result of a Bachelor Degree Project at the School of Technology and Society at University of Skövde, first semester 2007. The assigner was Tibrokök in Tibro, Sweden. The commission was originally to design a sliding door concept for kitchen. Later it was expanded to also include bathrooms.During the feasibility study of the project Internet was used as an information source. Kitchen brochures and magazines were ordered from different companies to give inspiration and ideas.

The purpose of this essay has been to do a study on narration as a strategy in history education. By taking a starting point in the perspective that Shulman calls ?wisdom of practice? and other studies I interviewed three teachers that were all experts in narration. This to have an insight in how they looked at the oral narration and on its role in history education. Is there a common view among the interviewed techers and to what extent are the traits and qualities of story telling described in litterature linked to the teachers? answers?My results show that the oral narration is not a straight and exclusive teaching strategy; it differs from teacher to teacher.

Marketing has been developed and revalued the last years. The consumer today is moreeducated and is therefore able to have higher demands. These requirements together with theincreased competition is forcing brands to find creative ways to reach their target market.Fashion has throughout history contributed to, and been influenced by, changes in society.Through all times, people have used fashion and clothing as a way to demonstrate their socialidentity and to be accepted. Companies in the fashion industry can be successful if theydevelop brands that attract consumers. To achieve this, companies must find newcommunication tools to reach out to the consumer, among these tools, we find the fashioneditorials.Our aim is to investigate whether product placement occurs in Swedish fashion editorials.Through our thesis we want to explore how consumers perceive the editorials and alsowhether if they are used as a marketing channel.The method is qualitative and the study is based on semi structured interviews and a focusgroup interview.
