Kundlojalitet : Kundnöjdhet och kundlojalitet i researrangörsbranschen
The primary purpose of this thesis is to investigate the operation of membership criteria, which are applied against Countries that wish to join the European Union (EU). More specifically, the importance of some criteria in comparison to others is considered. To answer this proposal, three questions are posed: What are the EU membership criteria? Are some criteria more important than other criteria? Does the EU treat candidate Countries differently in applying the membership criteria? Three Countries are used in this analysis, each country representing one recent enlargement round: Poland (2004), Romania (2007), and current candidate country Turkey. Both official documents, such as EU treaties, and unofficial documents such as statements from EU leaders are used to analyze the application of membership criteria.

Är en annan värld möjlig? - En studie från urban- till world-bias
The purpose of this thesis is to explain one aspect of how and why the development in the third world is lagging behind. The precondition is that development through an agricultural revolution is necessary and that all Countries benefit from trading. But these two conditions are not met today. By using the urban-bias and the world system theory I have analysed how the situation appears to be according to the precondition. It appears that both the urban-bias and the world system theory are essential to understand how and why the situation in third world still has not reached the same development phase as most other Countries.

Previous studies have shown that economic sanctions have adverse effects on the level of
human rights in sanctioned Countries. The focus of research on the effects in sanctioned
Countries has left the question of whether economic sanctions can have a regional effect on
human rights levels in Countries not sanctioned in the same region. Therefore, this essay has
sought to investigate if economic sanctions aimed at an individual state have a regional effect
on the level of human rights in Countries not sanctioned within the same region. A previous
study found that economic sanctions in Latin America positively affected the level of human
rights in non-sanctioned Countries within the same region. This essay has examined whether
the same result can be found in a region with a different level of democracy.

This paper is an assessment of whether the Nordic Countries constitute an optimum currency area (OCA) or not. Hodrick Prescott-?filtered data of real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and rate of employment are used to investigate the similarity of business cycles between the target Countries through a series of correlation analysis with Sweden as the base reference country and also by using a linear regression model. "Låt den rätte komma in..." : - En studie om Kroatiens och Turkiets resa mot EU-medlemskap
EU is an organization that has expanded really fast during the last years. When you read about different EU membership processes you notice that some processes have been much faster than others. Spontaneously you think that this depends om that some Countries have not been fulfilling the Copenhagen criteria. However, during the last decennium some scientists have written articles about motives that have affected the membership processes. The basic problem in my essay is how we are supposed to understand a membership process? Since I was interested in if I could see the same inconsistent behavior pattern in other membership processes I chose to study Turkey and Croatia.
