Nowadays the world of football has become more commercial than before. As a result of this the clubs' financial status is getting more and more important. Therefore the UEFA has given the national federations a specific task to make sure that the clubs from each country follow certain standards of maintaining the football credibility. The Swedish federation has decided that the Swedish clubs must follow the so-called ?elitlicensen?.

The purpose of this study was to examine social workers working process in social assistance with focus on the child´s perspective. We were interested in learning about the existence of variations in approach and attitude between two municipalities. Question to be answered about what methods and approaches used by social workers to include the child´s perspective in the process of social assistance. Another question to be answered about what the manner in which social workers took into account the child´s perspective when the families apply for social assistance in relation to the operations and requirement. To fulfill the purpose, qualitative methods were used.

This essay is about the massive Iranian aid to Hezbollah and the Saudi Arabian, likewise, towards the Taliban. The main view is that the two countries aid respective aid to Hezbollah and the Taliban is/were not a gesture of goodwill but rather an economic method of getting influence and controlling the receiver. This view that is based on a theory called; economic statecraft. The economic statecraft theory is used in this paper to investigate why Iran?s influence towards Hezbollah has been successful while the Saudis ambitions with the Taliban have failed.

Facebooka med dina kunder : En studie i hur svenska dagligvaruföretag kan stärka sina kunders varumärkeslojalitet genom sociala medier

Syftet med avhandlingen var att få fram konkreta förslag på hur svenska dagligvaruföretag kan arbeta med Facebook i sin marknadsföring för att öka både befintliga och nya kunders varumärkeslojalitet till företaget.Teorikapitlet innehåller teorier kring ämnena varumärke, märkeslojalitet, kommunikation, Internet, sociala medier och Facebook. Ytterligare information har även samlats in genom intervjuer med tre experter inom sociala medier för att styrka teorierna kring sociala medier.Studien visade att svenska dagligvaruföretag idag inte använder sig av Facebook i dess fulla kapacitet. Genom att använda sig av en kombination av grupper, sidor, applikationer och event kan företag stärka sina kunders varumärkeslojalitet. Det handlar om att använda dessa olika verktyg för att skapa en relation med kunden och en kanal för dialog. Kan företaget sedan besvara kundens frågor och funderingar på ett bra och snabbt sätt genom denna nya mediekanal kan en långvarig relation skapas mellan kunden och företaget som i sin tur leder till varumärkeslojalitet hos kunden. .

Studentföreningen Spartakus i Linköping 1969-71 : en kvalitativ studie av dess politiska verksamhet och relationer

The aim of this thesis is to examine the politics and activities of the Social Democratic students´ association Spartakus. Their relationships and political and ideological differences towards the Swedish Social Democratic Party (SAP) and the remaining parts of the Social Democratic youth organisation (SSU) in Linköping during 1969-1971 are examined. To fulfil this aim I have studied relevant literature and interviewed people who were active in Spartakus, as well as people from SSU and SAP in the municipal during the period. I have also studied written material produced by the students´ association itself during the period. The theoretical frame of reference consists of Dahl´s theory on a democratic political order, and party theories like the mass party theory of Duverger, theories from Sjöblom, Panebianco, Lipset and Tingsten and also Gidlund&Möller´s theory about different kinds of party members.

Near Field Communication, NFC, is a short-range wireless communication technology that enables data exchange between devices in a secure way. A NFC phone has the potential to enable the convergence of wallet, phone and keys, but as many other technological innovations, the launch is struggling. We have discovered that technological innovation is only the first step. For an innovation to be adapted, there need to be business model innovation too. Many actors form the ecosystem of NFC and the business model for each service is still an unsolved problem.

Fusion och Organisationskultur : En studie på Skruf Snus AB

Mergers between companies has become more and more common in Sweden and in the rest of the world with the motive to increase the competitive strength in the current markets and has an important role within organisational development of companies. When organisations merger there is not only buildings and objects that are put together but also their individual organisational structures, people, values and cultures. This can be a difficult process and can affect many people in how they think conscious as well as unconscious, feel and react.The purpose of this thesis is to gain a deeper understanding of how employees are affected following a merger when changes in the organisational culture come up, and how these changes are expressed.This thesis is delimited to investigate only one company, Skruf Snus AB and only focus on their business and employees in the region of Stockholm. The thesis contains a qualitative investigation with semi structured interviews that has been carried out with eight employees at Skruf Snus AB. The thesis is partly based on a model of Schein which describes the different levels in organisational culture and partly on some theories about reactions to change in relation to the integration between the employees following a merger.The results of the investigation indicate that with a merger the whole organisational culture is affected and therefore also the employees.

On the 8th of May 2007 a local power-sharing goverment consisting of Sinn Fein and the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) was formed in Northern Ireland. The aim of this dissertation is to explore why the DUP, who in the past have opposed all forms of power-sharing decided to form a goverment and take active part in a power-sharing agreement. The study is based on a consociational theoretical framework developed by Arend Lijphart and further developed in a Northern Irish context by John McGarry and Brendan O'Leary. Using this theory the study seeks to understand the broad conditions surrounding the DUP's power-sharing. After a description of consociational theory and the road leading up to the Belfast Agreement,three possible explanations for power-sharing, based onconsociational theory are discussed.

For youths leisure activity the organized sport is vital. Young people become increasingly sedentaryand the healths of young people are the various municipalities responsibility. In Eskilstuna, thehandball is very popular but there are only three grounds that meet the standards of the dimensions ofa handball pitch, 40x20 meters. The same dimensions are used by floorball. Eskilstuna municipalityowns one of these, the other two is privately built and owned and the municipality rents time in thehalls.IF Guif and HK Eskil are two handballclubs in the central part of Eskilstuna.

The four grocery chains Axfood, Bergendahls, Coop and ICA, all providing private labels, dominate the Swedish grocery market. Through private labels, it may be possible to convey an image about the grocery chain's overall brand. Furthermore, it is important that the grocery chain's employees have a fairly consistent understanding regarding the company's image to achieve success.The main purpose of this study is to examine how the intended image the Swedish grocery chains head offices will communicate through private labels is perceived among the store employees. The study intends to provide an expanded view among the grocery chains' work on internal communications regarding the image of private labels. The research method is qualitative.

Companies in the western world can no longer compete by using traditional means such as product and price since the commerce of services continually grows. To avoid similarity and increase competitive advantages modern companies have to be more specified. The competition between companies has increased and customers are harder to reach. Customers of today can afford luxury but trend indicates that originality, identity, and status are more important than factual needs. Products created and consumed at the same time within the service market are often very homogenous (similar).

?Du måste vara i den röken för att förstå? - Klubbkultur: En subkulturs framväxt i det tidiga nittiotalets Malmö. ?You?ve got to be in that smoke to understand? Club Culture: The emergence of a subculture in Malmö early nineties

Denna undersöknings syfte har varit att utreda när och hur subkulturen klubbkultur växte fram i Malmö, vilka som tog den hit, vad som då definierade kulturen och hur detta skiljer sig från idag.Ytterligare syfte har varit att undersöka hur klubbkulturen som sägs genomsyras av en universal jämlikhet, på olika sätt, såväl inkluderat som exkluderat människor från att delta i den. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med sju aktörer aktiva inom klubbkulturen under det sena åttiotalet och tidiga nittiotalet, men också genom min egen bakgrund som besökare, arrangör och DJ, målar detta arbete med hjälp av muntlig historia, ett kulturanalytiskt perspektiv och med Sarah Thorntons teorier om klubbkultur och subkulturellt kapital upp historien av hur Malmös klubbkultur växt fram samt de viktiga faktorer som definierade den och på vilka sätt kulturen både exkluderade och inkluderade. Resultatet berättar en historia om en ny upprorisk motkultur som under det tidiga nittiotalet utvecklades från att ha varit en brett inkluderande, men samtidigt en underjordisk gör-det-själv-kultur, till att bland annat genom tyst exkludering i form av nischade smakgemenskaper och konsumtionssymboler, utvecklas till en uppdelad kultur som inte bara positionerade sig mot det så kallade mainstreamsamhället utan även mot andra klubbkulturer..

Omvärlden - Oftare obevakad än bevakad? : En kvantitativ studie av omvärldsbevakning bland Svenska Golfklubbar

In the global and rapidly changing society Environmental scanning is becoming a more and more important tool. Today it is not the availability of information that controls an organizations behavior, but the information that the organization chooses to absorb. This is the case for a multinational cooperation as well as for the local golf club. Swedish golf clubs have during the last 100 years had an amazing development and today there are almost 600 000 registered Swedish golf players. The development has however stopped and even declined some during the last couple of years.

Motivationsfaktorer som påverkar en viktminskning

Syftet med studien är att beskriva vad som motiverar individer till att gå ner i vikt, och vilken upplevelse deltagarna menar att Family Sports Clubs viktminskningskurs har på motivationen. Många människor har en önskan om att gå ner i vikt, men många upplever svårigheter med att lyckas. Av den orsaken är förståelsen av motivation, och hur den påverkar en individ ett intressant ämne. Studien omfattar fyra deltagare mellan 46-54 år, tre kvinnor och en man. Viktminskningskursen anordnades hösten 2013 på Family Sports Club i Oslo.

En kartläggning av tillgängligheten på gym för rullstolsburna personer. : En deskriptiv observationsstudie.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att kartlägga och beskriva tillgängligheten på gym för rullstolsburna personer.Undersökningsmetod: Studien var en deskriptiv observationsstudie. Undersökningen var en tvärsnittsstudie, då mätningar gjordes vid ett tillfälle. Datainsamlingen utfördes genom strukturerade observationer av olika bedömningsområden, t.ex. närliggande utomhusmiljö, entré, träningslokal, omklädningsrum m.m. med hjälp av en egen utarbetad checklista.Resultat: Resultatet visade att hinder i tillgänglighet i huvudsak inte fanns i den närliggande utomhusmiljön runt gymmet.
