New rules for bank capital adequacy were introduced in 2013. This caused a changein funding of real estate companies. The bank could not cover as much of thecompanies funding?s as before and they had to explore other funding opportunities,such as bonds. Bond funding in Swedish real estate companies regularly consists ofunsecured corporate bonds and the secured ones are not that common.

Syfte:Vårt syfte är att genom teoretiska och empiriska studier utreda varumärket Skanska som värdeskapare utifrån Skanska Nya Hems perspektiv. Vårt syfte är även att pröva och utveckla teoribildningen.

The law (1988:870) concerning care of substance abusers is constructed in a way that gives the social workers room to interpret and apply the law individually. This may contribute to differences in treatment between female and male substance abusers. The purpose of the essay was to investigate whether the client's gender had any significance to how the social worker interpret and apply the law (LVM).The specific questions we worked around were:- What significance does the client's gender have in the decision-making?- Does the social worker's opinion about the law have any significance?- What factors can effect the social worker's interpretation and application of the law?- What importance do the social workers attach to prevailing norms about men and women when they interpret and apply the law?We chose to use a qualitative method to answer the above questions. Six social workers were interviewed and 39 LVM sentences were analysed.

Idag finns social och emotionell träning (SET) som ett särskilt ämne på en del skolor med egna tilldelade timmar på schemat. Det vi ställt oss frågande till är vad det är som gör att vi har tagit in social och emotionell träning som ett eget ämne på schemat i grundskolans tidigare år och vi frågar oss även om det behövs särskilda lektioner för detta? Genom att intervjua tre lärare och tio elever samt att göra observationer under dessa lektioner har vi försökt finna svaren på våra frågor..

Ansvarstagande i företag har fått ökad uppmärksamhet i och med utvecklingen av begreppet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Intressenter har idag större förväntningar på företags ekonomiska, sociala och miljömässiga ansvarstagande. Risken med CSR är att företag inte gör operationella bidrag mot samhällsproblem utan endast ser detta som ett sätt att öka sin vinst genom att förbättra företagets image. På senare tid har begreppet Socialt Entreprenörskap utvecklats där det främsta målet är det sociala och inte det ekonomiska. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur representanter för elbolag yttrar de ekonomiska, sociala och miljömässiga ansvarstaganden i deras respektive verksamheten.

Uppsatsens övergripande syfte var att undersöka möjliga mönster av social ångest och dess relation till depressiva symtom och livstillfredsställelse. Social ångest innebär lidande för många människor och medför rädsla för situationer där det finns risk att granskas, att få uppmärksamhet samt att bli bedömd för sina prestationer. Social ångest karakteriseras av undvikande beteende men indikationer finns att det även existerar en atypisk undergrupp av social ångest som uppvisar ett impulsivt beteende. Självskattningsformulär har använts vid datainsamlingen och urvalet bestod av unga vuxna i åldern 20-24 år. Resultaten analyserades genom klusteranalys och indikerade att en atypisk impulsiv grupp med social ångest existerade samt att kön modererar graden av depressiva symtom. .

A large number of children and teenagers are placed in foster care for various reasons. Social services have a responsibility to follow up youths and ensure that they have the same opportunity for positive development as other young people. A qualitative study was conducted with an abductive perspective by gathering material from social workers in this particular field. The research design of this study is an interview study. The theoretical premise was Bronfenbrenners ecosystem theory and Maslows hierarchy of needs theory.

The purpose of this particular study was to examine the client relationship as described by social workers during the ongoing process of addiction treatment in conjunction with the effects on creating these relationships as affected by government stipulations. As a basis for the study, qualitative interviews were conducted with five separate social workers in the course of their work within addiction treatment. Results from the study were analyzed by means of power and dramaturgically roll theory. The social workers stated that it was of the utmost importance to create a good relationship in order to effectively help the client. The social workers further stated that a good relationship was characterized by the virtues of cooperation, trust, and confidence.

Företag har först och främst ekonomiska intressen att ta hänsyn till. Ett mål är att skapa acceptabel vinst för sina ägare och ett delmål är att hålla nere sina kostnader. Rekryteringskostnaderna anses ha blivit en relativt dyr kostnadspost. Ett sätt att reducera denna är att företaget söker personal som inte bara är kompetent utan som även kan omfattas av företagets målsättning och etik. På så sätt växer en lojalitet fram mellan dessa och ökar sannolikheten att personal stannar längre hos företaget.

The overall objective of our research is to understand  how social workers in social services protect the individual's autonomy, integrity and a coercive law which deprives the individual of his rights.In this study, we bring out social secretaries perspective on how they see the compulsory treatment and the problems that can arise in a detention. This study is based on the questions; How are power between social worker and client? What is the social secretary of the law on compulsory as a tool to help clients?We interviewed eight social workers who work specifically with compulsory treatment. We used the result to answer our questions. As a theoretical background, we chose to use the power perspective, the concepts of flexibility and freedom of action and categorizations.The results that emerged from our study are that compulsory treatment is considered to be a positive and negative thing.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine whether companies listed at Nasdaq OMX Stockholm (Stockholmsbörsen) sanctioned by the legal unit Nasdaq OMX Disciplinary Committee (Disciplinnämnden), could be distinguished from the remaining companies that have not been sanctioned. As Stockholmsbörsen is the most influential unit when trading shares in Sweden, listed companies need to behave in legal aspects. Actions and decisions that affect investors do also influence the listed companies and their performance. Some companies might be tempted to manipulate financial statements and public information to retain stakeholders; other miss to report properly without being fraudulent. To control this, the legal unit Disciplinnämden is introduced.

Different forms of organization in the field of social work, creates different conditions of the individual social workers occupation. This affects not only the people who carry out this work, but also the clients who come in contact with social services.   This survey was based on six interviews executed during spring in the year 2010. The respondents were social workers within economic aid and their nearest executive manager at two municipalities in Kalmar County. The overall aim for this survey was to examine how these social workers were influenced by various ways to organize the municipal work activity. This through following questions:How was respective social service in the municipalities organized?How were the social worker effected in their daily work by the organization?Where there any specific up- or downsides in the way that economic aid was organized in the aspect of the social workers daily work?  The result of this survey was synonymous with a lot of the previously executed research in the area in the sense that the larger municipalities were more specialized in its organization than the smaller.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera på vilket sätt modeföretag genom sitt CSR-arbete kan stärka sitt konsumentbaserade varumärkeskapital. Metod: Vi har utgått från en deduktiv ansats och genomfört en kvantitativ enkätundersökning i syfte att ta reda på konsumenternas åsikter om modeföretagens CSR-arbete. Vi har även genomfört semi-strukturerade intervjuer för att få förståelse för Weekdays CSR-arbete. Teoretiskt perspektiv: Uppsatsens teoretiska referensram behandlar huvudsakligen konsumentbaserat varumärkeskapital och teorier kring CSR. Empiri: Undersökningen är riktad mot modebranschen med Weekday som fallföretag.

 Den socialt kompetente har hög social status, många vänner, ett funktionellt beteende och sociala förmågor så som empati och hjälpsamhet. Avsaknad av social kompetens innebär bland annat känslomässiga och beteendemässiga problem. I denna studie medverkade totalt 30 gymnasieelever som genomgick två arbetsminnestest samt fyllde i en självvärderingsenkät som mäter social kompetens. Syftet var att undersöka om det finns ett samband mellan en tonårings arbetsminne och sociala kompetens. Studien begränsades till att mäta arbetsminnets fonologiska och visuellspatiala lagringsenheter samt två sociala förmågor; prosocialt beteende och initiativtagande.

SammanfattningCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) är ett arbetsområde som drar mer och mer intresse till sig, inte minst med inköp och leverantörer i fokus. Ett stort antal akademiska artiklar hanterar ämnetCSR och företag utsätts dagligen för situationer som kräver omfattande CSR-aktiviteter. Dessaaktiviteter skall inte enbart neutralisera hot kopplade till CSR utan även skapa positiva effekter för företaget inom detta område. Litteratur och artiklar inom området fokuserar på hur globala företagintegrerar sociala- och miljöfrågor i deras leverantörskedjor, ofta genom en så kalladuppförandekod (Code of Conduct, även kallad CoC), som leverantörer måste följa för att få leverera till företaget. Trots att artiklarna är många inom ämnet, finns det få som diskuterar hurimplementeringen av dessa uppförandekoder och CSR-frågor skall gå till.
