This thesis describes how large Swedish companies finance their debt and identifies some factors that affect their decisions. The study is based on 10 well-known companies of which 9 are listed on Nasdaq OMX Nordic. The results show that the companies display several similarities concerning their debt structure and the factors which their choices are based upon. All companies in this study primarily use corporate bonds for their long-term borrowing, commercial papers for the short-term borrowing, and bank-facilities as back-up. There is a tendency that smaller companies in larger extent use bank-loans for long-term borrowing due to larger emissions costs when using market financing.

Därmed är det intressant att undersöka hur svenska familjeföretag av olika karaktärer upplever denna trend och huruvida det överensstämmer med ett aktieägarorienterat synsätt. Syfte:                                 Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka och kartlägga vilken uppfattning svenska noterade och onoterade familjeföretag har på värdebaserad styrning och dess överensstämmelse med ett aktieägarorienterat synsätt. Vidare syftar uppsatsen att beskriva och förklara huruvida sådana verksamheter upplever att värdebaserad styrning kan användas som ett styrningsverktyg för att definiera och säkerställa aktieägarvärde.Metod:Jag har genomfört sex stycken intervjustudier med en abduktiv forskningsansats. Det empiriska materialet grundar sig huvudsakligen på data från både personliga intervjuer och telefonintervjuer men även sekundär data från hemsidor, årsredovisningar och bekräftade teorier.Slutsatser:                        Studiens noterade och onoterade familjeföretag upplever att deras värdeskapande processer stämmer väl överens med ett aktieägarorienterat synsätt. De påvisar alla att både finansiella och icke-finansiella målsättningar symboliserar verksamheternas aktieägarvärde vilket överensstämmer med varje familjs grundläggande värderingar och intressen för respektive verksamhet.

The aim of this study is to understand and describe school staff´s view on the legal obligation to report child maltreatment. With this approach I will get a better understanding how child maltreatment can be caught up in the Swedish community. Previous research shows that school is one of the authorities who report most children to social services. Previous research indicates that cooperation between school and social services reduces the time of the investigations, and gives a better understanding of what is to be reported. The result shows that a functional cooperation between school staff´s as well as between school and social services is important for children to be caught up in the community.

This study sought to explore the juvenile crime prevention in Sweden which for the purpose of this report is seen as efforts towards preventing youth criminality and all forms of anti social behaviour by young people.In the study, interviews with six social workers working directly or indirectly with young offenders were conducted. The interview results were analyzed and subjected to transnational comparison with the practice in Kenya. The report explores existing literature on situational crime prevention, restorative justice, the link between drugs and crime, attachment to parents, peers and involvement in convectional activities, gender differences in criminality, partnerships in crime prevention and the juvenile justice system. It uses control, strain, feminist and social disorganization theories to explain the causes of delinquency, analyzes the perceptions of social workers and discusses what works in juvenile crime prevention. The report identifies the causes of delinquency in Kenya and in Sweden as well as the prevention programs that social workers perceive as effective in addressing youth crime.

The main focus of the essay is to investigate if bugging can be justified from two ethics perspectives, the teleological and the deontology. I?ve chosen to emanate from two specific values which I believe is especially relevant to the ethical problems of bugging, efficiency in fighting crime and the personal integrity. To be able to illustrate this conflict between different values did I do an analysis of an official report which had the task to explore if Sweden should introduce bugging as a new means of compulsion. The official report's statement was that the police should have modern instrument to fighting crimes efficient, including bugging.My examination of the report showed that they used several arguments derived from both the efficiency in fighting crime perspective and the personal integrity perspective.
