Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka hur fäder som sitter frihetsberövade upplever sitt faderskap. För att förstå detta har vi använt oss av fyra frågeställningar.1. Hur beskriver männen faderskap och hur upplever de sitt eget faderskap? 2. Vilka känslor, kring faderskapet och kontakten med barnen under anstaltsvistelsen, beskrivs? 3. Vilka strategier använder fäderna för att hantera känslor som är relaterade till barnet?4. Vilka möjligheter anser fäderna att sig ha att utöva föräldraskap under tid på anstalt?Denna uppsats är skriven ur fädernas perspektiv och inte barnens. Efter att genomfört åtta halvstrukturerade intervjuer på en anstalt, analyserade vi vårt resultat med hjälp av teorierna; coping, KASAM, socialkonstruktivistiskt perspektiv på faderskap och teorier som förklarar reaktioner i samband med skam.När vi sammanställde vårt resultat kunde vi se en tydlig bild av moderna fäder som önskade att få närvara mer i sina barns vardag. De berättade alla vilka svårigheter som fanns att under anstaltstid kunna utöva ett önskvärt faderskap.

Previous research in the area of leadership and stress has shown that the leader plays an important role but in what way is still an issue to explore. A qualitative approach was used in this study to develop an increased understanding of the leader's experience of stress using four themes; leadership, stress, control and organizational factors. A total of 12 semi-structured and un-structured interviews were carried out with 6 leaders, three females and three males. The data was transcribed and thematic as well as narrative analysis was conducted.The results indicates that leadership stress is caused by a lack of control and that factors intrinsic to the role as a leader both facilitates and complicates the leaders situation when facing stress..

Abstract This Concept Analysis according to Walker & Avant (1995) studies the concept of uncertainty in the nursing context. It consists of four parts where uncertainty in general have been encircled in a semantic analysis (part one) and a qualitative content analysis consisting of an questionnaire, distributed to the staff members at one nursing and medicine institution, with an open question about the meaning of uncertainty (part two). The third part is a literature study of the nursing context to find out how uncertainty is described (part three). Part four is the actual concept analysis based on the three first parts. Uncertainty in the nursing context is an individual conscious experience witch is changeable and impressionable. It is chained together with its antecendents and consequences.

The purpose of this study is to analyze which communication strategies andinformation- and communication channels that Gällivare municipality should useunder the urban transformation to communicate with the citizens. The studyconcentrates on the age-groups 16 ? 24, 25 ? 44, 45 ? 64 and people that are 65 yearsand older. This selection has been made as a segmentation of the citizens and is oneof the essay questions which refers to study the channels that each age-groups prefer.The study is a quantitative one and is based on a questionnaire survey directed to thecitizens and it?s 85 people who participated.

This thesis is composed within the framework of the supplementary course in psychotherapy concentrating on family therapy (60 credits) arranged by Lund University's affiliate in Västerås, Sweden.The purpose of this thesis has been to explore how the idea to initiate evidence based methods in the workings of the Individual and Family Care Department of the City of Västerås was born. Furthermore the thesis will explore if consideration for methods of theoretical implementation are implied. The study assumes a qualitative attempt and is based on semi-structured interviews from three levels within the organization, including both management and operation.Theories on organization,implementation and the theory on change strategies have been used as a theoretical starting point.The study result shows that introduction of evidence based methods in the City of Västerås is based on the experiences of the organization regarding the need to develop and increase social services contributions to non-institutional care. Experiences from expensive transferrals to institutions which only occasionally produced satisfactory results were a contributing factor. New published research and a strong interest and desire inside the department to improve and change social services contributions have naturally been a positive influence for the development.

This indicates the importance of having the intended message of the website communicated clearlyin order to give the user a correct impression of the company or the organisation. When it comes to theconcept design of a website, it?s important that all different parts is presented uniformly.

Syfte och frågeställningar:Syftet med studien är att utifrån ett könsperspektiv undersöka stress hos elever. Detta ville vi ta reda på genom att besvara följande frågeställningar: Vad är stress för elever, upplever de stress i skolan, hur hanterar de stress samt hur vanligt är psykosomatiska symptom hos elever?Metod:Undersökningen är en studie som utförts med hjälp av enkäter med både fasta och öppna svarsalternativ. Enkätundersökningen genomfördes på två gymnasieskolor på det Samhällsvetenskapliga programmet år 3 där 103 elever ingick i urvalsgruppen. Fördelningen mellan flickorna och pojkarna var 71 respektive 32.

The changes in the Swedish meat- and meat processing industry have been substantial in recent years. These changes will alter the business environment for many companies. In order to be prepared to face new threats and new opportunities, companies should be actively working on these issues. Risk awareness and by developing of risk management strategies companies can act quickly and effectively when the conditions changes. The objective of this study is to analyse whether and why companies in the Swedish meat- and meat processing industry use various forms of risk management strategies.

From a view of health strategies and techniques this thesis wants to throw a light on how the individual in its"health thinking"is governed. A thinking that, according to the author, can lead to a new way of governing as in municipal activity, an activity whose focus is on health and ill-health. The study is done whit a theoretical approach of power, with qualitative interviews as method and analysed from a perspective of Governmentality. The object for the study is Socsam and Rehabrådgivarna in Finspång. Socsam is a local project, and their main task is to create cooperation between health- and medical services, social services and social insurance.

The financial crisis in 2008, effected companies around the globe and forced them to change their operational strategies, in order to survive. Companies with international links needed to consider external effects and due to that adapt their strategies on a global level. We do this by studying how different banks choose to relate to the handling of cash.The questions we ask ourselves are:? What lies behind the decision to make changes in cash management?? How is the change implemented in practice?? What do banks think this change will mean for the future?Method:The study was conducted with the help of a qualitative scientific method. We conducted interviews with representatives of four banks, and made use of secondary data in the form of scientific literature and scientific articles.Result & Conclusions:Organizations implement changes in order to adapt and achieve balance with their environment but also within the organization itself. Our study shows that the decision to introduce cashless branches is mainly a result of banks' efforts to become more cost efficient.

Studies show that some pupils with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) can have difficulties in understanding written texts. The present study seeks to examine whether pupils with ASD differ in their reading comprehension of a factual text and a literary text. Another aim of the study is to obtain a picture of the reading habits of high school pupils with ASD, what reading strategies they use, and how they work with texts in Swedish lessons in school.The study uses texts from PISA surveys from 2009 and 2000. The factual text Varmluftsballongen (The Hot-air Balloon) was taken from the try-out for the 2009 survey and the literary text Gåvan (The Gift) was taken from the 2000 PISA survey. To gain some idea of the pupils? reading comprehension of the texts, the present study used the tasks accompanying the texts, with certain changes in the questions about the text on the hot-air balloon.

Humor har visat sig ha många positiva effekter för individers hälsa och kan även ge positiv utdelning i arbetet. Den har nämligen visat sig bidra till ökad produktivitet och kreativitet i arbetslivet, därför kan man anta att det från företagens sida kan finnas ett intresse av att undersöka humor i arbetet närmare då det kan ge bättre utdelning från de anställda. Tidigare forskning om humor i arbetslivet riktar sig främst till anställda inom olika serviceyrken samt vård- och omsorg. Av den här anledningen beslutade vi oss för att göra en kvalitativ studie på en arbetsplats inom offentlig sektor och undersöka mer om hur individer upplever och eventuellt använder sig av humor på arbetet. Vår förhoppning är att det kan bli ytterligare ett forskningsbidrag till hur organisationer och HR-avdelningar bör förhålla sig till humor eftersom den kan bidra till mer glada och produktiva anställda.

The aim of this study is to investigate how and in which form students come in contact with practical applications in the upper secondary school course Chemistry B. The study is based upon the assumption that all learning is situated in a social environment. The theoretical framework is the design theory perspective, which entails an assumption that the pedagogical tools affect the knowledge content.The empiric materials in the study are collected through three methods: textbook analysis, classroom observations and questionnaires. Two groups of students and their teachers were observed during a section of the relevant course. The textbook analysis focuses upon the same course section in the textbooks of the two groups and compares these books with the relevant section in a third textbook.

Rapid development in the realms of electronic publishing has had a profound impact on information services in general and the academic library in particular. Since mid 1990´s an increasingly number of scholarly journals and other information resources have been made available electronically. Electronic books are the newest electronic service in the hybrid library and can be seen as the third wave in the digital library. Although electronic books have for a long time existed as electronic texts such as digitalized classics or other texts in the public domain, it is not until recently that e-books have been distributed and packaged in a commercial form. As more e-book models are being developed, libraries are being forced to take e-books into consideration when planning their information services.The aim of this master thesis is to describe the first stage of implementation of the new electronic media, the electronic book or e-book, in Swedish academic libraries.
