Denna rapport behandlar förändringar och konsekvenser vid eliminering av ett färdigvarulager vilket idag är placerat hos Tetra Pak.De utredningar som gjorts i rapporten ingår i ett projekt vilket drivs parallellt med vårt examensarbete. Projektets, som är benämnt ?projekt lagerflytt?, syfte är att effektivisera och spara resurser i flödet av conveyoravdelningens produkter. Samtidigt som färdigvarulagret elimineras ställs nya krav på leverantörerna:? Sänkning av leveranstiden från tre till två veckor? Omfördelning av det största bansystemet? Dagliga leveranser? Kundorderstyrd tillverkningDessa nya krav och förändringarna far följder på det nuvarande flödet vilket kommer att förändras i olika grad, utredning av konsekvenserna måste därför göras.1 vårt examensarbete har vi valt att analysera följande konsekvenser i ?projekt lagerflytt?.? Förändringar i lagerkostnad och personal resursbehov i Lager 50? Förändringar i emballagehantering och dess kostnader? Förändringar i transporter? Sammanlagda kostnader för Conveyor flödet inklusive förändringar i produktpriser? Utvärdering av lager hos Fredrikson Verkstads AB jämfört med Andrénverken AB respektive hos båda? Utredning av vilka produkter som skall tillverkas hos flera leverantörer? Analys av risker och flaskhalsar i det totala conveyor flödet vilket flytten kan ge upphov till? Utredning vad 2 veckors leveranstid innebär? Analys av leverantörernas eventuella kostnadsökningar? BGT:s framtida roll som underleverantörFör att iii en klar bild över verksamheten och flödet av produkter har vi gjort en nulägesanalys över conveyoravdelningen och delar av Tetra Pak Distribution vilka ingår i conveyorflödet.

Detta examensarbete utfördes våren 2006 på teknikkonsultföretaget Cidema Skellefteå AB. Målet med examensarbetet är att skapa ett offertunderlag i form av en konstruktion av en transportbana till måleriet på ett snickeri. Banans huvudsakliga uppgift är förvaring av nymålade fönsterbågar under torkningen av färgen. Banan ska vara placerad högt under taket för att inte påverka övrigt arbete i lokalen Längs banan ska det finnas två stationer, en för spackling och en för målning. Mellan stationerna ska det finnas buffertar för att fönsterbågarna ska lagras mellan de olika momenten i ytbehandlingen.

In 2009 the Swedish government introduced new directives for the elementaryschool, including multi-national sample, written testimonials from grade one and grade with several grades rose from grade six. The purpose of this study is to examine currently active primary teacher perceptions of the pupils' learning and development might be affected by those earlier and clearer knowledge assessments, and how teachers perceive this reform on the basis of the Swedish school's motto "a school for all". The study was carried out with a phenomenological approach where the method has been depth interviews with five active primary teachers from grades one to six in a school. The results show that teachers perceive that the earlier and clearer assessments will affect students differently according to student performance and knowledge.

Our greatest interest within crop farming is to grow sugarbeets, that?s why we want to write about something new in this sector. We heard that a new concept had come to Sweden so we wanted to find out everything about this machine. This new technique was a self-propelled cleaning loader for sugarbeets. This machine is supposed to replace a loader and a cleaning machine when the sugarbeets is going to be loaded, cleaned and delivered to the sugerbeet factory. The cleaning loader picks up the sugarbeets with rollers from the pile, which is placed close to the road.

Fredriksons Verkstads AB i Vadstena är en modern verkstadsindustri med kompetens främst inom plåtbearbetning, svetsning, skärande bearbetning och systemmontage. Verksamheten kan delas in i de tre delarna kontraktstillverkning, konstruktion och produktion. Kontraktstillverkningen består av serier till livsmedels-, medicinteknisk och verkstadsindustrin. Fredriksons Conveyor Solutions konstruerar egna produkter i form av transportörsystem till livs- och läkemedelsindustrin.Fredriksons kunder ställer i allt högre grad krav på reducerade ledtider och ökad leveransprecision. Syftet med examensarbetet är därför att försöka reducera Fredriksons interna ledtider för ett specifikt produktsortiment.Ett första steg i arbetet med ledtidsreduceringen är att ta fram bra utarbetade prognoser.

This thesis was performed at Vendig AB which is a company that develops and sells products such as belt scrapers for conveyor. The thesis is divided into two parts, one part where it´s investigated which tension force is required to tighten Vendig AB´s scraper Hampus against the belt in a correct way. The second part is called mechanical design and here a new and more compact tension device is developed.Field studies has been conducted at a couple of Vendig AB´s costumers to get a knowledge base about how Vendig AB´s products are used, how they function and the environment they operate in. During one of the field studies the force between the scraper and the belt was measured. The result from the measurements, together with a report from LKAB [1], were evaluated and summarized in a table.

The company Olofsfors AB manufactures drive belts for forest machinery, known as ECO-Tracks, and abrasion-resistant steel and cutting edges for graders, excavators and tractors, known as Bruxite and SharqEdges. Manufacturing these products requires the steel to be heated and molded, then submerged in water and hardened. The water used in the hardening of steel is pumped to the process from pits below the floor and then pumped back to the pit after it?s been used. Since the temperature of this water rises after being used to harden the steel the temperature of the pumping pit needs to be adjusted to maintain its setpoint of 21°C.

During the autumn 2009, a 15 hp degree project was accomplished. The objective of the study was to describe different equipment alternatives, suitable for fresh market apple harvest. A field study was conducted during the harvest period to evaluate the efficiency (kg / person/ hour), using the different equipment. Four different systems are described in the study; Pick-ing-bag, Picking-train, Pluk-O-Trak and the Conveyor Harvester. The information about the systems is based on interviews with growers together with previous studies.

This study focuses on costume as a source of information. By making a case study of an 1880's dress itaims to explore the conservators potential as an investigator and conveyor of the information containedin a costume. Further explanation of this role is made by reference to several statements made by wellknown textile conservators. The paper also explores the different words used to make a new version ofa preserved or inexistant garment, gives an extensive presentation of taking patterns and an insight tothe other methods used for analysing costumes. The case study consists of an investigation of the dressconstruction, during which a pattern is taken, and a literature study of the contemporary fashion, theowner of the dress and the maker of the dress.

The work thesis was performed at Assalub a company which is situated in Åtvidaberg. The company works with developing, manufacturing and marketing equipment for handling of lubricants for light and heavier industry. The work thesis it is based on a inquiry Assalub got from MacGregor which is a company within cargo solution, from port to offshore system.For unloading grain and other material from the ship cargo it is used combined inlet feeder and screw conveyor, there the inlet feeder is drilling down through the cargo and feed the screw conveyer with material to further destination. At the bottom of the screw conveyer and the inlet feeder there is a bearing that keep the parts together. However the lubrication of the bearing must be made manually.

This report will outline a proposal for the improvement of the baggage sorting facility at Arlanda airport. Swedavia is a state owned company group that operates, owns and develops airports in Sweden. One of their main roles is to create accessibility needed to facilitate and streamline the work at the airport.Swedavia is constantly working to develop new solutions and enhancements that will help to standardize and automate the work at airports without major impact on climate and above all adapt these solutions to work.The project has been aimed to identify and isolate the problem at the check-in counter, investigate the possibility of setting a speed control on the DC motor driving the luggage conveyer belt at the check-in desk so that the luggage does not lose tracking already there, as well as evaluate the new sorting systems planned to be introduce in the upcoming refurbishment of the sorting area.To determine the parameters that are used to regulate the speed of the baggage conveyor belt, information about the inputs and outputs that participated in the process was gathered. Information was collected both practically and theoretically. Process was followed and monitored by the supervisor of the company, and a theoretical study was done separately on my own.

The report describes the process of identifying the interference that exists in a newly installed automated robotic cell and suggest improvements to increase productivity. The cell is used for lifting up extruded aluminum sections onto a conveyor which deliver the material to a anodising line at a company that manufactures aluminum extrusions.To find the areas with the best possibility for improvements in the cell we used a variety of job measurements e.g. measure of standard times for each operation in the cell. The core of the report is a study of the robots.One reason for this study is that the robots do not reach the productivity they were purchased to. The main cause not reaching the productivity is the visionsystem.
