ABSTRAKTMarika HämeenniemiPappagruppens betydelse för småbarnspappor i det senmoderna samhället.År: 2006 Antal sidor: 43I denna studie, vars syfte är att bidra med ökad kunskap om fenomenet pappagruppers betydelse för småbarnspappor, behandlas mäns upplevelser av utvecklingen av deras föräldraskap och identitet som pappor. Studien föreslår hur betydelsen av pappagrupper för småbarnspappor kan förstås och förklaras i relation till det samhälle vi lever i. Ansatsen är inspirerad av Grounded Theory och Narrativ forskning och bygger på ett socialkonstruktionistiskt perspektiv. Data samlades in genom narrativa intervjuer med fem småbarnspappor som vid intervjutillfället deltog eller nyligen hade deltagit i pappagruppsverksamhet. Resultatet presenteras i en berättande form och analyseras i relation till tidigare forskning om föräldraskap samt Giddens teori om individen i det senmoderna samhället.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to identify and analyze innovative products and services within the telecom industry, letting these findings constitute possible ways for CSPs to innovate the experience of their customers. Methodology: The research in this thesis was conducted from a qualitative approach and data were collected using primary- (expert interviews) and secondary sources (journals, articles, web sites etcetera). In addition, a research design entailing four sequential steps was created to stipulate and illustrate the logic underpinning the methodological process. Theoretical perspectives: The theories are divided in three groups. Background theories ? these intend to capture the problematic nature of the transforming telecom industry, examples of such theories are; value chain theories and ecosystem theory.

Purpose/aim: The purpose is to get increased knowledge about how the communication had developed from the first contact online to the first meeting in real life and even after when it had turned into a real relationship. I also wanted to know why the eight women I interviewed experienced that the Internet is a good venue to meet and develop a real relationship at and if there existed any differences between those four women who were a bit older and those four women who were young.Material/method: When the purpose with this survey stood clear I decided to use interviews as the method to find out more about my subject. I decided to do eight interviews and I contacted eight women who all found their partners online that were willing to help me and answer my interview questions. I did six of the total eight interviews through MSN Messenger and the other two through the telephone.Main results: I found out that three of the older women had used e-mail and telephone and sometimes SMS communication to find out more about their soon to be partner and after that decided to meet the other person in real life. One of the older women and all four of the younger ones had used a Community and Instant Messenger to communicate with their soon to be partner, they also used the telephone and SMS to communicate with each other but Instant Messenger was the medium that dominated in their wish to communicate.

Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie var att ur ett globalt perspektiv undersöka ungdomars kunskaper om HIV/AIDS och vilka faktorer som påverkar kunskapsnivån. Syftet var vidare att ur ett globalt perspektiv undersöka ungdomars attityder till HIV/AIDS samt deras sexuella beteende. Sökning av artiklar har skett via databaserna Blackwell Synergy, ELIN@dalarna samt EBSCO Host. Övrig litteratur söktes manuellt på Internet och bibliotek. Inklusionkriterier var att artiklarna skulle vara publicerade mellan år 2000-2006, ha ett vetenskapligt värde, vara skrivna på det svenska eller engelska språket samt vara primärstudier.

Stroke är en av de vanligaste orsakerna till död och funktionsnedsättning. Det är främst personer över 65 år som drabbas. Fysisk, psykisk och social påverkan förekommer ofta. Hjärninfarkt och hjärnblödning är de två orsakerna till stroke och högt blodtryck är en bidragande orsak. Symtom på stroke kan till exepmpel vara förlamning eller talsvårigheter.

I Sverige insjuknar 15-20 kvinnor varje dag i bröstcancer. Att få beskedet att man lider av bröstcancer är en livskris som inte enbart påverkar kvinnan utan även hennes partner. Kvinnans lidande är det som uppmärksammas, och männen lider oftast i det tysta. Som sjuksköterska är det viktigt att skapa en vårdrelation till patienten, men det är lika vik-tigt att skapa en vårdrelation till närstående, det är därför viktigt att man ser familjen som en helhet. Att ha en helhetssyn i vårdrelationen innebär att genom att stödja man-nen i dennes lidande kan detta bidra till en förbättrad relation mellan paret och även minskat sjukdomslidande för kvinnan.Vårt syfte var att belysa vad det kan innebära att leva i en relation med en bröstcancer-drabbad kvinna, samt att belysa vårdrelationens betydelse.

Lagen Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 instiftades efter flera redovisningsskandaler i olika företag i USA. Lagen syftar bland annat till att förstärka revisionsprocessen bl a genom förbud mot olika typer av konsultation. Sarbanes-Oxley Act är till skillnad från den svenska koden för bolagsstyrning lag och gäller direkt för 12 svenska företag, men även för uppskattningsvis 1000 svenska dotterbolag till utländska företag som blir tvungna att tillämpa lagen från och med den 15 juli 2006. Så hur har den svenska revisionen och de svenska revisorernas arbete förändrats och hur kommer den att förändras med implementeringen av Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002?För att svara på ovanstående fråga har denna studie utförts ur en deduktiv ansats, med induktiva inslag, där åtta propositioner utvecklats från redan existerande teorier såsom agentteorin samt organisatorisk inlärningsteori.

Through the rulings RÅ 2010 ref. 11, HFD 2011 ref. 75 and HFD 2011 not 88 the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court have extended the concept of same or similar activities which can be found in section 57, clause 4 of the Swedish Income Tax Act. Through the ruling the Court has partly clarified the application area of the regulation but question marks still remains.In the statutory text there is no definition of what shall be regarded as same or similar activity and the preparatory work does not give any further direction on how the concept should be interpreted. Ever since the amendment in 1995 the general view has been that activities can be transferred between different companies without affecting the waiting period in the company of origin.

Varje dag diagnostiseras kvinnor med bröstcancer. Denna diagnos kan påverka kvinnans upplevelse av sin sexualitet. Kvinnans sexualitet kan beskrivas utifrån följande termer: liv, lust och gemenskap, där kvinnans subjektiva kropp, självbild, identitet, kvinnlighet, intimitet, reproduktion samt stöd och andlighet ingår. Syftet är att ta reda på hur kvinnor upplever sin sexualitet under tiden som de behandlas för bröstcancer. Metoden som används är en litteraturstudie.

Acute myocardial infarction is a serious diagnosis. Both the patient and the loved ones experience an immediate uncertainty. To be able to emotionally support the patient´s spouse, the nurse in the coronary care unit must be prepared to also encounter the world of the spouse. The aim of this study was from a nursing perspective to illuminate how life was experienced during the first two months by the spouse of someone, who was stricken by a first time acute myocardial infarction. Interviews with six spouses were conducted.

ABSTRACT. Introduction: Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a retrovirus which occurs worldwide and spreads between humans mainly through sex, from mother to child, blood and blood products and between injecting drug users. After been infected with HIV for a couple of years the final stage of the infection progress into Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), and there is no cure or vaccine, only medication that delays the development of the disease. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to examine the preventive work against HIV in Sweden, the groups at risk for getting infected and to highlight sexual attitudes and behaviours among adolescents and young adults. Method: A literature based study method was used and the material is based on scientific articles and reports from active actors within the field of HIV prevention.

Bakgrund: Att vara på sjukhus innebär för de flesta föräldrar och barn att vistas i en ny och okänd miljö. Det är viktigt att vårdpersonalen kan stödja föräldrar och barn på ett bra sätt. Idag organiseras sjukvården så att familjemedlemmar inte separeras mer än nödvändigt. Flertalet av de ingrepp som görs på barn är av mindre omfattning och görs därför inom dagkirurgisk verksamhet. Barn sövs ibland även för diagnostiska undersökningar.
