The question formulation for this work has been "is an ice-hockey audience influenced by music during time-outs in a game?". The method was to observe one period with Färjestads BK and Mora IK, but a recording was also made, together with a Conversation with the arena DJ. From the recording, the audience reactions were graded from a given scale. The grades were compilated to a diagram that shows the audience reactions in relation to the time, from the first face-off to the final whistle.

Abstract We have chosen to figure out why a majority in a home-help service group in west of Sweden is, or has been sick-listed. The purpose with our work has been to investigate our area to be able to come up with different factors which can have contributed to the high numbers of this particular group. We have worked with qualitative method and Conversation-interviews to be able to answer our purpose at the best way. We had separate interviews with the ten employees at their work and these interviews we chose to record with a computer. The result we got were that the group had existed for about four years and since then, they have had several different directors.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur en för situationen anpassad kommunikationskarta, en pratkarta, kan möjliggöra samtal mellan en 11-årig pojke med autism och utvecklingsstörning och hans mamma när de samtalar om en händelse som inte händer nu. Erik har inget fungerande tal och är beroende av Alternativ och Kompletterande Kommunikation (AKK). Han har sedan förskoletiden en pärm med löstagbara bilder (PECS), som han använder för att uttrycka sina behov och intentioner. I studien undersöktes hur interaktionen mellan Erik och hans mamma Maria organiserades sekventiellt. Analysen visade att en kommunikationskarta, en pratkarta med bilder anpassade för samtalet, var en viktig gemensam resurs för både Maria och Erik för att initiera, utveckla och avsluta pratstunden.

Denna uppsats handlar om bildsamtal med förskolebarn, där de pratar om sina egna bilder samt konstnärers verk. Syftet med undersökningen är att jag vill veta hur sådana samtal kan te sig i praktiken.Som metod vid undersökningen har jag använt mig av en kvalitativ undersökning genom bildsamtal. Detta för att det inte är det man vet eller tror sig veta innan som är viktigast, utan det är erfarenheterna man får genom undersökningen som är väsäntligt. Detta visar två olika former av bildsamtal där samtal om konstbilder är det ena och samtal om barnens egna bilder är det andra.Slutligen kan man se att de abstrakta konstbilderna gav mer i tolkningarna vad det gäller barnens fantasi. När barnen berättade om sina egna bilder kunde de berätta om dem på ett sätt som gav innehållet mening.Nyckelord: Bild, förskola, konst, samtal.

Energy is today a very common topic, not only in Sweden but in the whole Europe. In EU they have given out a directive 2002/91/EG about buildings energy use and throw this they have forced their members to show how much energy their buildings use. In Sweden has the gouvernment established a law (SFS 2006:985) about energy declaration for buildings which demands that the building owner needs to show how much their buildings energy consumption are. Important to know is that this law doesn´t applies for industrial buildings.The report will show what the new law about energy declaration for buildings and appurtenant directions will mean for Riksbyggen. Also energy calculations will be done to be able to compare Riksbyggen buildings with the new law and directions.

Having an ileostomy can affect the quality of life. Quality of life is defined by Siri Naess as being active, relating well to others, having self-esteem and having a basic mood of happiness. The nurse?s task is to focus on the stoma care and work in a holistic way. The aim of the study was to describe how adults with permanent ileostomy experience their quality of life.

Tom Andersen (1995) utvecklade samtal där terapeut och klient tillsammans utvärderar samarbetet i terapin, samtal med reflekterande förhållningssätt som senare kom att kallas för samforskningssamtal. Samtal med ombytta roller, där terapeuten får lära av klienten. Studier har visat att samforskningssamtalen ger terapeutiska effekter med ökad känslan av samhörighet, fördjupad samskapande process och hjälper terapin framåt samt ger terapeuterna ökade kunskaper om sig själva som terapeut. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa om samforskningssamtal kan ge möjligheter och betydelse i pågående terapi och i så fall vilka.-Hur upplevdes samforskningssamtalet?-Vad fick terapeut respektive patient syn på i samforskningssamtalet?-Vilken betydelse kan samforskningssamtalet ha framöver i terapin? Två samforskningssamtal har hållits och därefter har en intervju hållits med var och en av deltagarna.

Questionnaires were sent to 197 women who had contact with the Aurora clinic during 2007 and 2008. The group of participants contained both pregnant women and women who have given birth. A total of 136 women replied. The results showed that both the average age and the level of education of the women were high.

This paper examines the function of narrative discourse in television talk shows. Basing our analysis on five episodes of the Swedish talk show Skavlan, we illustrate how narratives are initiated and elaborated by the participants of the show. The analysis shows that the institutional roles are challanged and that the roles vary between the host ant the guests. The analysis also shows that when guests introduce and elaborate stories they use the same discursive actions and resources as the host. When participants enter an actvie role in their storytelling the hos takes a more restrained role in which he lets the the Conversation evolve spontaneously.

The purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is to examine what happens when the solitary reading experience becomes a social activity. The study is based on semi-structured interviews with three women belonging to the same reading group. I have used Sten Furhammar?s reading dimensions and categories to explain their reading experience, and Jenny Hartley, Elizabeth Long and Immi Lundin to explain the function that the reading group has for them, and the relationship between reading experiences in a book-discussion.My result shows that they started the reading group because they lacked an opportunity to discuss their readings with people that had the same interest in books. They do all have different ways to read, which is displayed by Furhammar?s categories personal and impersonal reading for experience.

Social games have become a digital phenomenon over the last few years, affecting a lot of peoples everyday life. This paper focuses on how social games can affect workplace relationships. Through qualitative interviews I investigate how people who play with their colleagues experience the social games and their influence on the social interaction in the workplace. 10 interviews were carried out with people from four different organizations. The findings from these interviews were then put in relation to previous research and existing theories concerning workplace relationships and social games.

Play is an important part of children´s everyday life, it is through play children develop. Play occurs a lot in kindergarten and in this study, the aim is to examine how play activities play is used in preschool teaching and the role of the teacher´s in the play. Video recordings of play activities done and qualitative methods (Conversation analysis) has been used to analyze the video recordings. The results of this study show that play are widely used as a pedagogical tool in preschool. It is through play children develop.

This project investigates how four teachers work to encourage their pupils? love of reading. The study was conducted with the focus on teachers working in grades 1?3. The teacher?s view of their own role in furthering love of reading is also considered.It is hoped that other teachers will gain inspiration and ideas about how to work to motivate their pupils to read.To ascertain the four teachers? opinions and thoughts I conducted qualitative interviews which I then analysed with the help of sentence concentration.The study shows that the teachers work in similar ways, but what they all have in common is that they further love of reading through methods that include Conversation and communication with classmates and teacher.

AbstractBackground: Relation means the relationship between two parts. By creating a good relation between nurse and patient you can conduce a better caring. Aim: The aim of the study was to illustrate the relation within palliative care from nurse- patient perspective. Method: The study is a literature review where ten articles were analysed with qualitative content analysis. Results: The findings showed that knowledge, communication, continuity, silence and availability were the most important thing for the nurse in the relationship.
