Vid analys av fluider med akustisk spektroskopi finns ett behov av att finna multivariata metoder för att utifrån akustiska spektra prediktera storheter såsom viskositet och densitet. Användning av artificiella neurala nätverk och bayesiska nätverk för detta syfte utreds genom teoretiska och praktiska undersökningar. Förbehandling och uppdelning av data samt en handfull linjära och olinjära multivariata analysmetoder beskrivs och implementeras. Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att göra en berättarteknisk analys av Almqvists roman Drottningens juvelsmycke. Jag har i denna analys utgått från de begrepp som Gérard Genette presenterar i sin bok Narrative discourse och provat om de kan beskriva berättartekniken i Drottningens juvelsmycke. Jag har i uppsatsen också, ganska kortfattat, tagit upp en del andra aspekter av boken. Bland annat har jag berört romanens huvudkaraktär Tintomara, bokens genre och bokens grundläggande tema.Det jag har kommit fram till är att Drottningens juvelsmycke uppvisar en mycket komplex berättarteknik. Ett av de mest uppenbara och intressanta greppen i boken är blandningen av episk och dramatisk framställningsform.

Malignant melanoma represents 4-7% of all canine neoplasms and they are the most common malignant tumors of the oral cavity and digits. These tumors are often aggressive and metastasize quickly. To date there is no effective treatment and survival times are short. Most dogs are euthanized due to complications caused by metastases. Melanin pigment is a hallmark of melanomas and is usually present in large amounts in these tumors.

This report is a degree project performed at Freudenberg Household Products AB, (FHP). The degree project comprises measurement and analysis of the power net at FHP Basproduction. The content is divided between one theory-part, one document- part with measurements and also conclusions and a list of measures to be taken. During the project the purpose and restriction change from a quality investigation to only concentrate on harmonics and finding the reason why they exist, and also to find a solution to the problem with harmonics. The measurements shows that the power net contains harmonics of different order and intensity.

A lot of time is spent on non-core activity, for example administration takes more and more time, which can result in feelings of stress.Aim:The aim was to describe how district nurses? and nurses? in primary care perceived their work environment, how their worktime content was distributed and if there was some connection between perceived work environment and the distribution of work time.Methods:A mapping of the content of the work was made in two parts.

The competition is more complex today because of the  possibility to broadcast throughout satellite and cable. As a company you need a strong brand  in order to differentiate the company from the competitors. The brand of media companies are  set by the content of the offer, which means that the program and the people connected to the  television program has an importance for the sake of how people experience the company. For  a commercial TV channel the content is also important because it attracts the viewers and as a  consequence, also attracts the advertisers.

ABSTRACTBackground: In all cancer therapies occurs more or less side effects, there one of them are mucositis. Symptoms of mucositis include wound and blister in the oral mucosa and affects 50-80% of children undergoing cancer treatment. Today there is no Swedish tested assessment scale for mucositis.Aim: To describe how teenagers with cancer and parents of children younger than 12 years with cancer perceive issues in a mouth-assessment instruments, Children?s International Mucositis Evaluation Scale (ChIMES), that have recently been translated into Swedish.Method/Design: The study was a quantitative descriptive research design. The participants were teenagers with cancer 12- 18 years (N=15), and parents (N=15) of children younger than 12 years.

Although textbooks are scientifically proven that they are important and central to the school curriculum one should think critically about the content in textbooks - is it really compatible with the curriculum of following the textbook tradition? As a teacher there are different ways to reflect on which textbook to choose. It is important to compare several textbooks with each other and be aware that a textbook should follow the curriculum. A teacher examines many sections/topics in the textbooks, but in this paper only one section will be reviewed among four different textbooks. The section to be compared, in the paper, is the interwar period.

Den senaste forskningen inom svenska som andraspråk förespråkar genrepedagogik, för att eleverna bättre ska förstå vad språket gör för arbete åt oss, beroende på val av genre. Detta skapar en större språklig medvetenhet hos eleverna. Som metod för att nå genre- kompetens används cirkelmodellen, vilket gynnar ett sociokonstruktivistiskt lärande i klassrummet. För att som lärare lättare kunna anamma de senaste rönen inom forsk- ningen skulle det vara önskvärt om läromedelsförfattare också tog ett mer tydligt avstamp i både forskning och kursplanernas krav på språkkompetens. Den här under- sökningen är en analys av ett läromedel för sfi kurs B och C ur ett genrepedagogiskt perspektiv och en analys av kursplanen för läs och skriv inom C-kursen.

In recent years, the Internet has exploded with different kinds of social media, where a significant function is to share your life in text and images. This changes how we form our identity, our religious identity included. The aim of this paper was to study how Instagram forms a space for the creation and development of religious and spiritual beliefs. For this purpose, Instagram updates from five women with yoga oriented Instagram accounts have been analyzed in relation to two theories: Paul Heelas? och Linda Woodhead?s theory of a spiritual revolution and Heidi Campbell?s theory of networked religion.The aim of the study was to explore how these women presented themselves in their Instagram flow and what part religion and spirituality had in their presentations.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien var att undersöka om och hur lärare i ämnet idrott och hälsa, utbildade vid GIH arbetar normkritiskt utifrån faktorerna klass, kön och etnicitet. Vidare har ett syfte varit att undersöka vilka pedagogiska verktyg som de har fått från GIH för att förbereda dem att arbeta med dessa faktorer.Frågeställningar:Hur arbetar lärarna normkritiskt i sin undervisning utifrån klass, kön och etnicitet?Hur har lärarutbildningen vid GIH förberett lärarna att arbeta normkritiskt med dessa faktorer?MetodStudien genomfördes med en kvalitativ utgångspunkt där djupintervjuer användes som metod. Urvalet bestod av fem idrottslärare som undervisar i gymnasieskolan. Samtliga respondenter har gått lärarprogrammet på GIH och arbetat maximalt tre år som idrottslärare.

Denna uppsats studerar elevers upplevelser av ett specifikt fenomen, dvs. lärares ämnesdidaktiska kunskap. Många forskare har försökt att besvara denna komplexa fråga. Shulman (1986, 1987) myntade begreppet Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK).

We have completed our investigation on a LSS organization located in Västra Götalandsregionen. This organization has four leaders who has responsibility for multiple devices but do not have any physical contact daily. We have seen that organizations constantly living in some kind of change, which means that organizations are becoming more decentralized. This decentralization affects leaders' way of working in the organization, because the employees are geographically dispersed in the municipality. Our survey shows that the physical meetings between managers and employees are an important factor in creating a motivated team.
