The first information recruiters have access to, when recruiting a new co-worker is the applicant´s CV. It may even happen that the applicants are sending a photo with the CV, which can lead to the possibility that the appearance of the applicant will affect the assessment. Previous research shows that individuals who are regarded as beautiful get a better assessment than those who are considered to be ugly or mediocre looking, but if this can be prevented through awareness, the problem can easily be counteracted. The purpose of this thesis is to, through an experimental study, investigate whether recruiters can avoid being affected by the applicant?s appearance in the assessment of their CV if they receive information about the stereotypical thinking that is tied to a person's appearance.

Det krävs mycket av en sjuksköterska för att kunna skapa tillit och förtroende prehospitalt med en skadad person. Syftet har varit att undersöka vilka faktorer/åtgärder/förhållningssätt som krävs av en sjuksköterska i första mötet med en skadad person för att skapa en förtroendefull och kontakt med känsla av tillit. Undersökningen har genomförts som en litteraturstudie och resultatet visar på att om en förtroendefull kontakt ska skapas mellan sjuksköterskan och en skadad person prehospitalt krävs det framför allt att en kommunikation dem emellan kommer till stånd. Andra slutsatser i resultatet är att en sjuksköterska måste utföra vissa kommunikationsstrategier för att en kontakt ska uppstå. De kommunikationsstrategier som är väsentliga för att skapa en förtroendefull kontakt är bland andra sjuksköterskans förhållningssätt samt att sjuksköterskan har självinsikt och kunskap om effekter av ett sitt agerande.

När en person lever med ischemisk hjärtsjukdom, så påverkar det förutom den som har sjukdomen, också starkt dennes eller dennas partner. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva partners upplevelser av att leva med en person som har ischemisk hjärtsjukdom. Tio vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i fem kategorier: Att ha störd nattsömn och vara känslomässigt påfrestad till bristningsgränsen: Att vara överbeskyddande och kontrollerande: Att sakna bra samarbete med sjukvårdspersonal och önska stöd i partnerrelationen: Att ha svårighet med livsstilsanpassning och längta efter det tidigare livet: Att med positiv inställning tillsammans genomföra livsstilsförändringar. Resultatet visade att partners inte blev sedda av vårdpersonal och de önskade mer kunskap om sjukdomen och professionellt stöd.

The aim of this MA thesis is to examine how users regard and receive the services offered by a specific public library. We also examine what the conception of service means to the users and how they perceive this service being offered by the library. We look upon if and to what extent the service conception depends on contact with the library staff. The methods used are qualitative interviews and analyses of documents directing the library activities. The public library we have examined in this respect is the public library of Västerås.

I ett aktionsforskningsprojekt om kontaktmannaskap deltog en arbetsgrupp på ett vårdboende i tre fokusgruppssamtal. I problemorienteringsfasen klargjordes kontaktpersonens roller. Dessa roller var relationsskaparen, länken och administratören. Rollen som relationsskapare var den mest givande för kontaktpersonen. Rollerna som relationsskapare och länk var sammanflätade då länken var beroende av att relationen fungerade.

Enligt WHO är övervikt och fetma ett växande problem världen över. Att vara kvinna och ha ett BMI ? 30 kg/m2 innebär risker i samband med en graviditet. Det kan exempelvis påverka kvinnans välmående under graviditeten i form av högt blodtryck, graviditetsdiabetes, risk för intrauterin fosterdöd och en långsam framskridande förlossning. Krav ställs på barnmorskan i mötet med den gravida kvinnan med BMI ? 30 kg/m2 då kvinnan önskar att få information om risker kring graviditeten utan att barnmorskan är dömande.

In September 2014 the ECJ issued its decision in C-7/13 the Skandia case. The case con- cerned service transactions made between a main establishment in a third country and its Swedish branch. The branch was a member of a VAT group in Sweden. The ECJ estab- lished that the membership resulted in that the VAT group was considered as one taxable person which meant that the services was considered provided to the group itself and not the separate member. The purpose of this study is to identify how the needs, demands and preferences for a certain service appear among University students in Kalmar. This is necessary to examine in order to create and design a possible service that will solve the problem with the University students eating habits.This study is based on a qualitative method with quantitative elements. The qualitative method contains of three focus group discussions. The quantitative method contains of a questionnaire. All respondents in this study fits in the target group.One important conclusion that we have stated after the investigation of this study, is that the nature of this problem seems to differ from person to person.

Background: Studies have shown that 66 children and teenagers in Sweden suffers from brain tumor every year. Children and teenagers who can´t participate in the regular school for a longer time for whatever reason, have by the school law the right to education in hospitals or institutions. Education that take place in other places than school most try to follow the same guidelines as his/hers usual school.  This applies to students in elementary school, compulsory school, special school, Sami school, secondary school and upper secondary school.Purpose:  The purpose of this study was to find out how three teachers at a hospital school plans their work with children in grade from 1 to 3, who suffer from cancer, especially brain tumor.  How can the teachers at the hospital school plan and organize their teaching so that it´s possible for the children whit brain tumor to feel as normal as possible. How does the common work between the consultant nurse, teachers at the hospitals and their ordinary school prevent the children to feel like an outsider?Method: I have chosen to do a qualitative study followed by three interviews whit three informants who works at a hospital school.

Att vårda en närstående person med demens innebär en stor börda för anhörigvårdaren vilket kan resultera i psykisk ohälsa. Stöd är en viktig del för att minska bördan. Syftet med studien var att ur ett omvårdnadsperspektiv belysa anhörigas upplevelse av psykosocial börda och psykosocialt stöd vid vård av en person med demens i hemmet. Studien var en systematisk litteraturstudie som baserades på 15 vetenskapliga artiklar. I resultatet framkom att anhöriga som vårdar en person med demens upplevde en psykisk och fysisk börda.
