This thesis is my exploration of the immaterial heritage that is the craft of bending of ?dn?ris? out of spruce. It?s a broken tradition that is scarcely described, mainly through Yngve Ryd?s report T?ltk?tor (1999) that contains interviews with two knowledge keepers, Nilas Tuolja and Johan Rassa. Yngve Ryd?s report went against the earlier opinion by the mid 20th century ethnologist Ernst Manker who claimed that they were only made exclusively out of mountain birch that has curved growth. As a background, I discuss the special importance of heritage conservation, both material and immaterial, in a S?mi context as being an indigenous people.

Vid en revision kan ett objekt anses vara mer eller mindre viktigt att granska och vid en revision kan bedömningen ske på två skilda sätt. Revisorn kan antingen förlitar sig på tillgänglig programvara eller göra egna bedömningar av vad som ska granskas.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att förklara om svenska revisorer gör enhetliga bedömningar, av omständigheter som kan orsaka oegentligheter, med tanke på att de tillhör en profession eller om bedömningar och arbetssättet skiljer sig åt med hänseende till revisorers erfarenhet och/eller byråtillhörighet.Metod: Studien har använt en deduktiv ansats vilket innebär att vi utgått från tidigare forskning för att generera hypoteser som sedan testats empirisk.

The aim of this study was to illuminate critical factors that facilitate respectively obstruct the novice nurse's development during her first year in the profession. The method used was a systematic literature review according to Goodman's model. The 8 qualitative scientific articles were scrutinized by using a form developed by Pedersen and Sigling (2002). The result shows that cognitive factors, stress, social factors as well as affective factors are critical during the novice nurse's first professional year. Zoos currently aim at keeping animals in as natural habitats as possible, since they havegone from displaying exotic animals to working with conservation of endangered species.It is therefore more common that zoos keep groups composed of two or more species in thesame enclosure. The aim of this report is to study why and how different species are held atzoos. Species in the wild can interact in different degrees depending on season andresources. When species are held together at zoos the space can be more effectively used,the animals increase their activity and the visitors increase their learning. Mixed speciesenclosures involve more work and risks of injury.

Profession karakteriseras av utbildning på universitets nivå, att yrket är till nytta för samhället, att yrket utövas självständigt samt att det pågår forskning inom ämnesområdet. Florence hade redan på sin tid sådana visioner för sjuksköterskeyrket. Professioners existens vilar på att de har samhällets mandat.

Aim: Preferential treatment and allocation of quotes according to sex are two current concepts due to the increasing demand for equality. One organization that may use preferential treatment is the fire department. This is why we chose it as a starting point for our study. The aim with this essay is to investigate how Gästrike Räddningstjänst can create a more equal organization.Method: We have interviewed eight employees and prepared questions for each one. Bakgrund: Team och samarbete är ständigt aktuellt inom hälso- och sjukvården. Operationspersonal är en grupp som behöver ha ett bra teamarbete med varandra, speciellt när det gäller att jobba för en säkrare vård för patienterna. I en operationssal jobbar ett multiprofessionellt team, där tillvaratagande av varandras kompetenser är en förutsättning för ett bra resultat. Operationssjuksköterskan, med sin unika kompetens, har tillsammans med resten av teamet ett ansvar för att bidra till ett gott och välfungerande teamarbete inne på salen. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa operationssjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta i ett team på en operationssal.

In Stockholm there are currently five women, out of a total of 102 employees, working in public sports arenas. In sports arenas men are numerically superior amongst the workers as well as the visitors. These arenas are in many ways male dominated, masculinized environments. In this essay I investigate the reasons behind the uneven distribution, in terms of gender, among sports arena workers. I do this by interviewing seven female sports arena workers (the five current and two former), and by observing their workplaces.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse and discuss clinch-nails found at an excavation at terrace II in the Garrison of Birka, on the island of Björkö in Sweden. This type of clinch-nails is common in Viking age Sweden and is usually interpreted as coming from boats. The study will try to show that these types of nails could have been used in several kinds of wooden constructions. It will also show how the nails were made and what kinds of tools were used by the Viking smiths. The study has shown that this type of nails were used in several different types of wooden constructions such as boats, sleds, cart bodies, coffins, Birka's ramparts and buildings.

Studiens syfte var att utifrån ett professions perspektiv, undersöka samverkan mellan idrottslärare och sjukgymnaster, i förhållande till idrottsundervisning för elever med funktionsnedsättning. Syftet var också att belysa vilka konsekvenser denna samverkan har för elevers delaktighet i ämnet idrott och hälsa enligt idrottslärare och sjukgymnaster.  Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med fem idrottslärare och fem sjukgymnaster. Intervjuerna transkriberades, analyserades innehållsmässigt och kategoriserades. Bearbetningen mynnade ut i 15 teman som beskriver idrottslärarnas respektive sjukgymnasternas subjektiva uppfattningar om idrottsundervisning för elever med funktionsnedsättning, om respektive profession uppdrag/förväntningar samt om samverkan mellan idrottslärare och sjukgymnast.

Biodiversity consists of all life on Earth and in all forms. Biodiversity is often discussed at three levels: ecosystem, species and genetic variation within species. Biodiversity also provides many of the ecosystem services performed by nature and that we depend on, including cultural services such as aesthetic values, education and recreation. In Sweden the environmental objectives are central; there are 16 environmental quality objectives, and "A rich plant and animal life" is one of them. Conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity is a prerequisite for achieving also most other environmental objectives. Another environmental quality objective that is tied to a rich biodiversity in cities and biodiversity is "Good built environment" where cities, towns and other built environment should provide a good living habitat and contribute to a good environment.

Mitt arbete tar upp varför förskolan är en kvinnodominerad arbetsplats. Vilka de bakomliggande orsakerna till att det är så belyses också i arbetet. I min undersökning ingår både manliga och kvinnliga förskollärare samt en kommunal tjänsteman. Deras tankar kring varför kvinnliga förskollärare är i så stor majoritet och vad det beror på att de manliga förskolärarna i förskolan är så få, presenteras. Undersökningen är genomförd på fem olika förskolor samt på ett kommunalkontor i Nordvästra Skåne..

Sweden has had laws protecting nature for about a hundred years. In this paper the views of nature and the values that serve as a rationale for protective measures are analyzed as results of a social process characterized by the dialectic relationship between institutions and discourse. Critical discourse analysis (CDA) is used to study this relationship and the discursive practices used by institutions, which reproduce or reshape views of nature that define the relationship between society and nature. Institutional design contributes to shaping discourse in the field of nature protection, while being originally shaped by discourse. In Sweden, the national park is an institution that reproduces a view of nature as the wild and untamed opposite of society, and the natural reserves reproduce a view of nature as holder of a multi-faceted set of values intertwined with society.
