The aim of this study is through a teacher perspective illustrate and analyze how preschool teachers apprehend children´s learning in relation to the preschool yard.The main research questions asked were:How do preschool teachers apprehend the preschool yard in reference to it as a place?In what way do preschool teachers use the preschool yard in their work with the children?How do preschool teachers view the preschool yard and the significance it has on children´s learning?The research is based on data collected through interviews and observations at four different preschools in the same municipality. The research views place and people as social constructions, a theory of knowledge that is based on the view that the world, places and people are constructed in relation to each other. This perspective as well as previous research is used for analyzing the data collected through a qualitive study based on interviews. The data analyzed show that the preschool teachers involved in this research apprehend the preschool yard as a central part in the learning of young children.

Studien behandlar ett problem som på senare tid har uppstått i samband med den Europeiska Unionens ökade samarbete och utvidgning av den gemensamma militära kapaciteten. Problemet som man, från kritiskt håll, har framfört är att denna ökade "militarisering" urholkar EU:s gamla roll som en normativ makt. Denna problematik leder fram till uppsatsens tvådelade frågeställning, nämligen:På vilket sätt uppfattas EU:s förändrade säkerhetspolitik inom den politiska ochakademiska diskursen? Samt: Sett utifrån gällande diskurs, hur anses EU:s förändrade säkerhetspolitik påverka EU:s position som en normativ makt i internationella relationer? Studiens teoretiska ansats är begränsad till en övergripande diskussion gällande etik och internationell politik. Metoden som används kan närmast betecknas som en form av argumentations-/diskursanalys.Resultatet visar att uppfattningarna om den möjliga utvecklingen för EU:snormativa makt är beroende på vilken inställning, till EU:s framtida intentioner, aktörerna och debattörerna har.

The identity often get´s fragile because of the disease. Beacuse of the individual´s feeling of lost identity there may arise a conflict between the person and people in his or her surroundings. Abstract Many researchers in social work believe that in today's society require the interaction between organisations takes place on social problems. This study examined the interaction between the police, social services and schools.The purpose of this study are as follows; the aim is to investigate the interaction between social services, the police and schools about young people aged 12-18 years who are at risk for abuse and crime.My questions are: How do the different professions interact regarding young people at risk for abuse and crime? How do they meet young people in their daily work? What obstacles can the different professions see in interaction? What effects do the different professions see in interaction?The study is a qualitative study conducted with semi-structured interviews. Respondents have been two from each organisation.The theory used in the analysis of empirical data is new-institutionalismen. New-institutionalism is a theory developed from organizational theories.

Denna uppsats Judehatet i Sverige - en undersökning om hur antisemitism kommer till uttryck i Malmö handlar om hur antisemitismen har utvecklats och fått ett starkt fotfäste i den svenska staden Malmö. Genom en teoretisk provtagning har jag valt antale intervjuade personer utifrån deras möjlighet att bidra med relevant kunskap. Jag har även använt mig utav en kvalitativ intervjumetod med tre informanter från den judiska församlingen i Malmö och jag har haft för avsikt att undersöka hur antisemitismen har utvecklats i Malmö och hur detta upplevs av judar. Genom olika artiklar och annan relevant litteratur har jag försökt utvidga det judiska perspektivet om hur stämningen i Malmö upplevs. Analysen belyser hur judar i Malmö upplever att antisemitismen kommer till uttryck och hur judefientligheten ökat i staden samt hur den pågående Israel-Palestinakonflikten påverkar de fientliga stämningarna i staden.

Abstract Denna studie handlar om att lyfta fram elevers intresse och uppfattning inom skönlitteratur. Studien syftar på att ta fram vad det är som gör läsningen intressant. Hur pojkar och flickor uppfattar litteraturen och vilka böcker de föredrar samt hur klassföreståndaren och bibliotekarien motiverar eleverna till att läsa. Samtliga av flickorna och pojkarna har fyllt i en enkät om läsintresse och hur mycket tid som läggs på fritidsläsningen. Flickorna och pojkarna har intervjuats liksom klassföreståndaren och bibliotekarien.

Denna studie behandlar mellanchefer inom vården i den offentliga sektorns arbetssituation. Mellanchefer inom vården innehar ofta en roll som sjuksköterska och en roll som avdelningschef. Den dubbla rollen kan vara problematisk då man ska tillgodose den etik och moral som professionen innebär samtidigt som resultat ska levereras till verksamheten. Syftet med studien var att söka ökad förståelse för om det finns en konflikt mellan profession och verksamhetskrav samt hur denna konflikt uppstår. Intentionen var också att undersöka om det kan leder till brott mot Det psykologiska kontraktet.Resultatet visade att professionen som sjuksköterska kommer i konflikt med verksamhetskraven och att detta kan leda till brott mot Det psykologiska kontraktet.

The aim of this thesis is to better understand branding work in government agencies. What can systematic branding work result in, in a government agency, besides a strong brand in itself? Can it contribute to the democratic mission that government agencies have?Based on background information on government agencies, their mission in terms of communication, their particular characteristics in relation to the private sector; brands and how they are developed; as well as theories in organizational communication, and research on the possibilities and risks of branding work in the public sector, a qualitative case study on the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) was carried out.The case study consists of a study of PRV?s brand platform, their website as well as an interview with the person responsible for developing the platform. The information gathered during the case study indicates that PRV?s brand work seems to have resulted in a number of positive outcomes.

In this study, company reconstructions and the financing of current accounts hereof are analysed from a perspective of insolvency law. The purpose with a company reconstruction is to maintain the operations of the company despite the insolvency of the mandator. In contrast to bankruptcy proceedings the person liable for payment stays in charge of the operations. However, this person is not allowed to sign for new loans, issue pledges of security for these loans or in any other way enter new obligations without the approval from the temporary company reconstructor. Besides providing for a successful reconstruction the reconstructor also has to consider the interests of creditors, especially to maintain the preferential order of the creditor's claims, keeping them unchanged in case of a formal bankruptcy.

This thesis presents and evaluates a project, undertaken in 2001 by a librarian the writer of this thesis and a teacher. We met with a number of adults with reading and writing disabilities, and presented and discussed books and experiences of reading, with the aim to increase their joy of reading, as well as finding out more about our own ways of co-operating with each other across our professional borders. The documentation and evaluation emphasizes on the process and the results of the project, and on our own participation, by asking the following questions: How did we carry out the project? What obstacles did we meet? What went well/wrong? What did we achieve related to our goals? In order to illuminate the project from different angles, consequences of reading and writing disabilities for adults are discussed, as well as the specific nature of adult education and projects more or less related to ours. Action research is chosen as a method, because it allows the process of the project, and our own learning process, to be exposed.

Konflikten har visat sig vara svårlöst.Vi har utgått från Mary Kaldors teori om nya krig för att analysera vilken roll olika faktorer har spelat i konflikten, för att sedan kunna dra slutsatser om de har försvårat en konfliktlösning.De väpnade gruppernas ökade inblandning i narkotikahandeln har lett till att de har kunnat finansiera sin fortsatta krigföring. Konsekvenserna av detta har blivit att de delvis frångått sin ideologiska målsättning, då de tjänar på att upprätthålla konflikten. Vidare har våldet mot civilbefolkningen ökat, till följd av gruppernas nya krigföring där erövring av territorium sker genom folkfördrivning och mord.Den colombianska regeringens strategier för bekämpning av de väpnade grupperna har förändrats för att svara mot det nya konfliktmönstret. Regeringens strategier har möjliggjorts till följ av den internationella bekämpningen av terrorism.

The aim of this masters thesis is to examine how the educational work of the Swedish public library was regarded in the Swedish library journal Biblioteksbladet at three different periods of the twentieth century, i.e. the thirties, the sixties and the nineties. Using a theoretical framework from the field of professionalization and a methodological framework of hermeneutics, it is shown that the educational work of the thirties can be described as having a focus on free learning whereas the educational work of the sixties can be described as having a focus on public utility. The educational work of the nineties focuses on the information seeking process of the user. It is noted that this development during the century can be understood as a shift of the cognitive authority of the public librarians.
