The aim of this study was to gain understanding and knowledge about first line manager?s need for support in their leadership and to get more insight into how they handle and perceives their work.The research method is based on studies of relevant theories and qualitative interviews. Eight respondents were interviewed with a structured 40 question questionnaire about how they experience their work and the support they get. The study shows that there are three important categories of people that are most significant to the managers in their need of support. They are their own manager, colleagues and co-workers.The conclusion is that it is important to create conditions for leaders to have good relationships with their closest manager, colleagues and co ?workers.

The symptoms of depression among elderly people are less than symptoms of young people. This could cause that elderly people with depression are not always discovered. Studies show that elderly people who live in residential homes show more signs of depression than elderly people living at home. If elderly people live in a supporting environment, can it prevent that a depression developed.The prevention of depression among elderly people is a topic that is not discussed among previously research.

The aim of the study was to gain a deeper understanding of the expectations that assistant nurses in the elderly care have on unit manager's leadership and the consequences if the expectations are not met. To answer the purpose of this paper a qualitative research was conducted with interviews with six assistant nurses in municipal elderly care. To analyze the empirical material communication were used as a theoretical concept. Communication includes codes, signals and messages to be interpreted by the parties in a conversation and they can be both verbal and nonverbal. This means that communication is complicated and can cause confusion if it is interpreted wrong.

Since 2005, the number of golf members in Swedish golf clubs has declined. This is a major problem for many golf clubs since it can lead to over establishment of golf courses. This essay is about how golf clubs in North West Skåne, the second golf densest area in the world, work to maintain their members. The sample consists of eight golf clubs which have been geographic delimited by a 30 km radius out of Helsingborg. The research is based on qualitative interviews with the manager of each golf club.

Product models are these days known as Building Information Modeling, BIM. People often say they work with BIM but they often forget the most important part, the information. The study tries to elucidate in which way the public middle managers in municipal care organisations experience their roles, which expectations the management of the organisation has on their roles and how a present organisation changes inflict on the contents of the role. Den här rapporten avhandlar framtagandet av en prototyp för en tjänst där abonnenter hos telekomoperatörer ska kunna beställa och konfigurera sina egna tjänster i betydligt större utsträckning än vad som är möjligt idag.Detta är möjligt och önskvärt tack vare att det pågår kontinuerlig modernisering av den teknik som idag används i telefonnät och telefonsystem.Projektet genomfördes på uppdrag av Tieto i Kalmar som är ett konsultföretag som arbetar mycket med telekomteknik och som har flera stora kunder som arbetar med modernisering av sin teknik.Resultatet har blivit en prototyp där användaren på ett flexibelt sätt kan skapa, redigera och radera sina egna tjänster, samt få en grafisk överblick över sina inställningar.Prototypen är också enkel för uppdragsgivaren att anpassa för demonstration för olika kunder. Den är dessutom anpassad så att det ska gå så enkelt som möjligt att utveckla den vidare med nya komponenter.Från början ingick en student från Rehabiliteringsprogrammet i projektet. Tanken var att kunna genomföra olika typer av användbarhetsanalyser och på så sätt göra prototypen så användarvänlig som möjligt.
