Organisms relevant for nature conservation dont follow administrative borders. Because of this there is a need for a landscape perspective within conservation and planning, and a need for the species of interest to have legal protection. Network analysis adapted for ecological purposes has grown to become a powerful tool for studying and communicating the relationships between species dispersion and access to habitat. In this study the following question is posed: How is the Osmoderma eremita and the Pernis apivorus dispersal possibilities in the small scale cultivated landscape of Borås affected by exploitation in respect to a) dispersal ability, b) habitat quality, c) position of habitat patches in a network? The analysis were based on municipal and regional nature conservation data, which in due to Confidentiality is not accounted for in the report by maps, coordinates, etc.

The aim of this work has been to investigate how it is that it sometimes can be difficult for special educators to gain access by teachers to the classroom/lesson to make observations. A partial order has been to determine whether the special educator can curb the negative response from the teacher in question, concerning access to the classroom/lesson. The survey has a phenomenological perspective as the basis of the test procedures and the analyses made. Phenomenology has as its starting point that the human does not perceive the world in the same way, and that she has different motives and intentions for her actions. In order to understand why the human act like she does, you have to create an image of the personal meaning behind this action. To create this image, I have implemented conversational interviews with five teachers at a high school, in central Sweden. The investigation revealed that it is missing that the school's teachers are clearly informed of which laws and regulations the special educator is subordinate to.

Studien syftar till att undersöka former och innehåll i samverkan över förvaltningsnivå, utbildningsförvaltning och socialförvaltning i Västra Götaland, samt hur den uppfattas. Studien avgränsas till samverkan inom två kommuner och baseras på intervjuer med representanter från de båda förvaltningarna. Det är för mig ett aktuellt ämne eftersom vi som blivande lärare vet att alla elever har olika behov av stöd och hjälp. Utsatta barn är i behov av vuxna och är i en beroendeställning. Skolan är en verksamhet och socialtjänsten en annan som kan komma att ingå i utsatta barns liv.

This study contains how pre-school teachers talk about their mission as tutors and their assignments to educate student teachers in relation to the document that contains information concerning practice-based learning. The students are involved in communities of practice regarding pre-schools for children between one year and five years old. The pre-school teachers will share their daily work and pedagogical responsibility in the activities, meaning that the students are expected to show social engagement in interaction between children and adults. When teachers from the University visit the pre-school, the students are supposed to have a lesson or activity with the pupils in the practice class. And afterwards the students, the pre-school teachers and the teacher from University together have a developing discuss about the outcome objectives that the students are supposed to reach during the practice.

Auditing has long existed and it was in 1899 that the first Swedish organization for accountants SRS, Swedish Audit Society, was created and in 1923 that FAR, Association of Chartered Accountants, was formed. It was after the Kreuger crash in the 1930s that authorized auditors had their breakthrough. After the crash the accounting profession has endured fierce criticism when the audit was flawed and it was during this period that authorized auditors became more widespread, the concept was developed independently and the importance of auditor independence became evident.We have in our paper therefore chosen to focus on auditor independence and to make that it requires the independence to relate to something. Therefore we have chosen to focus on the interaction between the auditor and the client. To explain what independence means we have used the analysis model, the expectation gap and communication, and explain what the audit entails and what tasks the auditor has.

Background and problemThe Swedish mobile market is highly competitive despite the oligopoly that currently exists. A short product life cycle together with fads and new innovations puts pressure on the operators to respond to the ever changing environment and to develop and adapt their strategies after it.As a previous study regarding a specific operator?s strategy was cancelled due to the extensive Confidentiality surrounding it, an interest was sparked to perform an industry analysis as this is clearly something the actors spend a great deal of time on developing. The launch of the 4G network will offer new opportunities for the operators regarding products services. It may also impact the competition on the overall market.PurposeThe purpose of this thesis is to present a deep analysis of the industry and give the reader a comprehensive picture of existing conditions.

Introduktion: Skolsköterskans omvårdnadsarbete styrs bl.a. av sekretesslagen. I juli 2011 kommer vissa ändringar i offentlighets och sekretesslagen börja tillämpas. Dessa förändringar leder till att skolsköterskornas sekretess gentemot skolpsykolog, kurator, specialpedagog, rektor som ingår i elevhälsan delvis luckras upp. Svenska skolläkarföreningen och Skolsköterskornas riksförbund befarar att detta kan komma att negativt påverka skolhälsovårdens relation till elever och föräldrar.

This study will focus on the role of social services and their experiences regarding why youth become involved in criminal activities, as well as the preventive measures social services offer to address this issue. The paper employs the theories of territorial stigmatization, systems theory, and labeling theory (of deviant behavior). The study is based on a qualitative method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers who have experience working with youth involved in criminal activities or at risk of involvement. The results indicate that a lack of social cohesion can be a contributing factor to youth involvement in crime, and various factors can lead individuals to such situations.

   Officially, Sweden has a very low level of corruption and in 2008 topped Transparency International?s list in terms of the perception of a lack of corruption. However, on closer examination it would appear that the Swedish public sector is not as clean as the Transparency International list suggests. What appears to be relatively common and quite widely accepted in Sweden, especially in local government, are conflict of interest situations in which public officials use their position to obtain advantages for themselves, their friends and their colleagues, in particular with respect to public procurement. According to the Swedish constitution, the public administration shall be governed by the principles on legality and objectivity. Grave violations of these principles are deemed illegal and contrary to the penal code provisions relating to bribery, public misconduct and breach of Confidentiality.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att göra en jämförande studie mellan faktorerna som enligt en teoretisk ram påverkar en miljöinvestering och faktorerna som ingår i ett företags bedömnings-modell. The market for heavy duty engines is constantly requiring engines that should be more andmore powerful, while still maintaining low fuel consumption. As a result of increasing enginepower, the engine and coolant temperature increases as well due to insufficient coolingperformance (because of design issues, cost etc.).Also, emission legislations, both current and future, require more and more measures to betaken by engine manufacturers. One way of meeting the legislations is the use of cooled EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation), which also lead to increased coolant temperatures.Both these factors also naturally lead to increased engine oil temperatures, the consequencesof which are not thoroughly investigated.This thesis project aims to investigate effects of high temperatures on engine oil degradation,with focus on the greatest degradation process: oxidation. To do this several engine runs havebeen performed on a 310 hp engine with EGR to see what happens to the engine oil in a realengine when exposed to high temperatures. During the tests oil samples have been taken andanalysed for important parameters.As a complement to these engine tests some laboratory oxidation testing have also beenperformed, to be able to compare engine test data with laboratory tests.One goal of the project was to try to formulate an empirical oxidation model, which would beable to predict oil oxidation levels in an engine, given any running parameters.

The digitization of patient data and medical records used by the healthcare-industry in Sweden is rapidly developing. However; developing and changing things in this field is not an easy task because of the circumstances surrounding it. Digital systems intended to process, and hold, sensitive personal data, such as medical journals, must be developed with laws, Confidentiality, integrity and availability in mind to secure that none of this data gets compromised.A complicating factor in regards to this is the fast rate of development within IT in contrast to the much slower bureaucratic process of the justice system. This means that laws and regulations oftentimes aren?t up to date with the newest available technology.With the purpose of establishing set regulations on how patient data should be properly handled the Swedish government enacted the Patient Data Act (sv.

Problemdiskussion: Under 2013 har Brottsförebyggande rådet lämnat statistik som visar att en fjärdedel av alla anmälda ekonomiska brott i Skaraborgsområdet är bokföringsbrott. En fjärdedel är en stor andel och borde undersökas mer ingående. Det är oklart hur många anmälningar som har kommit från revisorer under 2013. En rapport av Larsson (2004) visar dock att endast 1 % av alla anmälda ekobrott kommer från revisorer. Det finns flera studier som menar att anmälningsskyldigheten inte har haft någon effekt på förhindrandet av ekobrott då få anmälningar har kommit från revisorer.

Bakgrund: År 1999 infördes lagen om revisorns anmälningsskyldighet och lagen innebär att revisorn ska anmäla vid misstanke av ett ekonomiskt brott, jämfört med tidigare då revisorn endast hade tystnadsplikten att förhålla sig till. Lagen infördes på grund av den höga ekonomiska brottsligheten där de vanligaste ekobrotten i Sverige är bokföringsbrott och skattebrott. Denna lag skulle underlätta revisorers arbete vid brottssituationer. I stort sett står anmälningsskyldigheten i motsatsen mot tystnadsplikten vilket har lett till att intressenternas förväntningar på revisorers arbete har ökat. Revisorerna har anmälningsskyldighet till myndigheterna samtidigt som de har tystnadsplikt gentemot sina klienter.Syfte: Studiens syfte är att öka förståelsen, sett från revisorers perspektiv, för hur revisorer ser på anmälningsskyldigheten samt att undersöka om hur revisorers erfarenheter kan påverka deras agerande, när det gäller ett misstänkt ekobrott.Metod: Vi har genom en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod utfört studien med utgångspunkt från den induktiva forskningsansatsen.
