Various stakeholders have increasingly begun to show an interest in how companies are taking responsibility for their actions. This has led to an improved activity amongst organizations to make their production consequences positive. They work with Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR). In order to communicate their responsibilities, many companies work with CSR and ethical guidelines.

With the globalization, companies in the West chose to shift production to developing countries to cut down costs. This had a major impact when child labor and very poor working conditions in these factories were discovered and led many companies to take responsibility for their suppliers and the employees by adopting voluntary so-called Codes of Conduct.There is a subtle balance to enforce improvement of working conditions for employees at suppliers´ factories and to keep costs down. On the one hand, companies would like to Conduct extensive audits at their suppliers to ensure code of Conduct compliance and thus protect their legitimacy. On the other hand, audits are expensive so companies would like to minimize audits to keep costs down. Companies thus have to strike a delicate balance in relation to how many and what suppliers they choose to audit.

We have decided to Conduct a case study of German and Swedish mid-level managers within the automobile industry. Primarily we used a qualitative method of investigation and a phenomenographical methodological approach in order to Conduct an in depth analysis. We Conducted semi-structured interviews with six mid-level managers each in Germany and Sweden. The semi-structured interviews allowed us to Conduct flexible interviews which enabled these managers to speak relatively freely about their own view of leadership. Throughout our investigation we have based our results on the empirical findings and at the same time sought explanations to different phenomenon in relevant secondary data, such as management literature, thus used the abductive method of investigation..

Abstract  The importance of the co-occurrence of callous-unemotional traits and impulsivity concerning aggressive acts was examined by a survey. The participants consisted of 1478 Swedish youth. Three groups with extreme scores on callous-unemotional traits and impulsivity was identified.  The group scored high on both was more prone to show higher levels of aggressive and Conduct problems behavior compare to the other groups. The aggressive and Conduct problem behavior was shown at higher level in all examine variables. Bakgrund: Code of Conduct är ett verktyg som används i syfte att förbättra arbete med Corporate Social Responsibility. Det kan beskrivas som en regelsamling för hur företag ska agera i olika situationer och kan ses som ett instrument för att skapa en socialt ansvarsfull kultur. Code of Conduct berör områden som socialt ansvar och miljö. Forskning ifrågasätter huruvida företag använder sin Code of Conduct i PR-syfte eller om företag använder den för att göra gott i samhället. Det finns svårigheter att säkerhetsställa att leverantörer lever upp till företags CoC och vad konsekvenserna blir för de leverantörer som inte efterlever denna.Syfte: Syftet är att undersöka varför företag arbetar med en CoC.  Detta för att öka kunskapen kring vad företagen gör för att fylla gapet mellan uttalad CoC och leverantörers grad av efterlevnad, samt undersöka vilka konsekvenser som uppstår vid avsaknad av efterlevnad.Metod: Studien är av kvalitativ art och har utförts genom en flerfallstudie.

The population of Grey Partridge is decreasing worldwide as a result of anthropogenic activities. Increased agricultural production, requiring homogenous farming landscapes and increased use of pesticides are believed to be the main factor causing population declines in the Grey Partridge. Actions to enhance Grey Partridge populations are available; however, those actions are vain if the acceptance to Conduct them is low. To gather information about acceptance among farmers, hunters and the County Administrative Board towards 18 available actions enhancing the Grey Partridge population, nine face-to face interviews were Conducted as an exploratory case study. The results showed that willingness to Conduct enhancing actions differ between and within the groups of stakeholders.

The purpose of this study was to examine how four teachers with different teaching experiences treat and think about insubordination in school. The study emphasizes on questions like: When and why does disorder occur? How do the teachers manage disorderly Conduct in the classroom? and Could there be a conflict between the teacher?s expectations and management, and the needs and motivation of the pupil?    It was evident through interviews with these four teachers that their statements could be divided into similar themes which subsequently could be put into the motivational structure of Abraham H. Maslow.       The conclusion of the study was that teachers may possibly have a better chance of managing disorder in their classroom if they are aware of the connection between disorderly Conduct and a person?s needs and motivation. .

The purpose of our study is to determine whether a membership in FRII exercise any influence over the fundraising organizations accounting and work, and if that?s the case we want to study the effects.We began with a search for information about the theories we intended to use in our study and to establish hypotheses.
