McCafé och Stockholms cafémarknad : En studie i hur McCafé-konceptet ur ett konsumentperspektiv kan etableras på Stockholms cafémarknad

I följande uppsats undersöks attityder hos kunderna på Stockholms cafémarknad i syfte att undersöka möjligheterna för McCafé-konceptet att lanseras på stadens marknad. McCafés största konkurrensfördel identifieras som pris genom att studera hur konceptet utvecklats och ser ut i andra länder. För att få en nyanserad bild av kundperspektivet genomförs en enkätundersökning i centrala Stockholm med 222 svarande. Enkätundersökningens första del bygger på the Theory of Reasoned Action där konsumentens påverkan av olika attribut betraktas genom att låta denne utvärdera situationen på marknaden och sedan värdera vikten av samma attribut. Dessutom tittar teorin på förändringspotentialen för de undersökta attributen.

The purpose with our study is to investigate in which way a public field of action has succeeded to make the economic management more effective and also find out which factors/activities that have contributed to get the result of the budget in balance. We also want to find out in which degree the balanced scorecard (BSC) has contributed to the positive result of the budget. Method: We had started out from the qualitative method theory which is based on the hermeneutic theory, because we will interpret and understand. With this starting point we have chosen to use a case study with semi-standardised interviews supplemented with information from different documents, and to get the theoretic connection we have studied literature in the subject field. The analyse and even the theoretic connection have then started from, for this study, a special analyse model.

AbstractThis study is based on qualitative interviews with five-year-old children from a nursery school and two teachers with great experience. The purpose with the interviews is to find out what knowledge these children have about the Right of Common and what the teachers think they need to find this knowledge.The children didn't know what the word Right of Common stands for but when they got more concrete alternatives they had good experiences. The two teachers had different opinions about what is the most important concerning the stays in the nature. Exercise meant a lot for one teacher. To have fun and to use all your senses were more important for the other one.

Purpose: To investigate emergency room nurses' experiences in receiving medical alerts focused on education, safety, security, skills and experience, and andherence to guidelines. The purpose was also to investigate whether there were any differences in action between the emergency room nurses who had worked longer or shorter period than two years with this.Method:The design was quantitative, comparative and descriptive. Surveys were distributed to 30 nurses who worked in the emergency room at a Swedish hospital.

This is a qualitative study whit purpose of showing how teachers work whit students in need of special support in school. The purpose has been to study what teachers mean whit special aid, and if the support is individually adapted for each students needs. I have trougt interviews, observations and examinations of diverse documents found paradoxes where teachers and the scool leaders claim that they work whit the integration of all the students at school, while the teality shows a different picture. I have found a clear segregation of students, where they have on repeated occasions had to leave the classroom to receive tuition. The school stuff has a wide iiew of wich students are included in the term "students in need of special tuition".
