Archbishop KG Hammar has attracted attention for his liberal position in theology. His view on the role of language and communication is central in several books and articles he has published as leader of the Church of Sweden. One of his main theses is the fact that meaning is created in the encounter between text and reader. He often reiterates: God is relation. This non-traditional dynamic stance has a broad impact not only on theology.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka lärare och speciallärares uppfattningar och erfarenheter av elever i läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Frågeställningarna handlar om förutsättningar för lärandet, upptäckt och identifiering, vilket stöd elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter får och hur stödet för dessa elever organiseras. Andra frågor rör undervisningsmetoder och arbetssätt som enligt lärarna och speciallärarna är framgångsrika för elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter.Studien är en kvalitativ studie som utgår från ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv. Den metod som använts är halvstrukturerade intervjuer, vilka har analyserats med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Förutsättningar för att läsinlärningen ska fungera handlar om miljömässiga faktorer där barnets tidiga möte med språket och texter är av betydelse. Även individbundna faktorer som fonologisk medvetenhet, kopplingen fonem-grafem och förmåga till koncentration, är exempel på förutsättningar för den första läsinlärningen.

AbstractThis master thesis was performed at Scania transmission department in Södertälje, where the manufacturing of gears is done. Today a large amount of manual handling is performed between the machining and the hardening process. Most of the manual handling is done at the heat treatment department. The purpose of this master thesis is to give a suggestion on how to reduce or eliminate the manual handling at the heat treatment department. The possibility to use the same packaging throughout the processes will also be investigated.

Abstract Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka språkliga förkunskaper eleven behöver för att bli en god läsare. En god läsare definieras i detta arbete enligt följande: eleven ska i slutet av årskurs tre ha nått upp till LUS punkt 15. Detta innebär att eleven läser flytande med en god förståelse kapitelböcker avsedda för unga. Jag vill även undersöka om läsinlärningsmetoden har haft någon påverkan för de elever som inte har goda språkliga förkunskaper. Den tidigare forskningen i ämnet visar att fonologisk medvetenhet är en viktig förutsättning för att bli en god läsare.

Media brings attention to the concept of preschools being in large need of more male teachers. In order to implement an increase of male teachers, various methods have been employed, most of which are based on the concepts of gender and equality. In question however, are the views of present teachers on the need for male teachers, and their expectations of those men! Or in other terms: What particular type of men are requested? And how does this correspond with the gender patterns induced by male teachers in their daily practical work? The purpose of this survey is to analyze expectations of male teachers and their role in the preschool context, through a gender perspective. I want to shed light on this purpose based on two questions: What ?kind? of men are requested by the present teachers? and Which gender patterns will the men induce to their daily work chores, and to their interaction with the children? The survey was conducted by means of interviews, polls, and observations, and the results were obtained from two preschools of which one in particular has extended focus on gender issues.

Together, theystart to create a world of stories...?We, me and Sara Stiber have made a project in cooperation with the City Libraryof Malmö, where we have been developing a concept for a soon-to-belibrary department for 9-12 year old.

Due Diligence is today an important part of the transaction process through sales of properties and isan important process for both sellers and buyers. The process intends to review an asset before atransaction to minimize the risks associated with the acquisition by detecting weaknesses and verifythe asset's characteristics. The use of Due Diligence has become increasingly common over the pasttwenty years in the Swedish real estate market and there is no indication that this trend will decreasebut rather increase. Although there is widespread use of the process both in acquisitions ofcorporations and properties, both in Sweden and in the rest of the world, it is costly for thepurchasers and the concept is far from fully developed.This thesis aims to clarify what the real estate market thinks about the potential development of theprocess itself and the role of the actors. The main question is what opportunities exist to develop theconcept of Due Diligence in real estate transactions.

Background: Nespresso is a part of the Nestlé group and was founded in 1986, in the liaison of the revolutionary new method of brewing coffee. The idea was that everyone should be able to brew themselves a cup of espresso that would taste as if a professional barista had done it. Nespresso has now turned in to a new coffee culture. From the beginning Nespresso only sold their products via their club, Nespresso Club, but in year 2000 they opened their first store in Paris. The first store in Sweden opened year 2006 in Stockholm, followed by one in Malmö year 2012.

The aim of this paper is to analyse how the term attractiveness is interpreted in Swedish contemporary urban planning. The focus is to analyse how the term is discursively constructed and by this highlight the conceptions that exist around what makes a city attractive. We want to emphasize the importance of a deeper understanding of how attractiveness is used in urban planning and how the term is a part of the development of our cities. Given the use of attractiveness as a part of visionary goals for Malmö´s and other Swedish cities future development, our intention, therefore, is to enhance the understanding of what the use of attractiveness means in respect of the creation and construction of power relations in time and place. The framework of our analysis is based on the discourse theory approach and used as a way of understanding how urban ideals is discursively constructed.

Syftet med föreliggande enkätstudie var att undersöka om distriktssköterskorna upplever att de har tillräckligt med kunskap och stöd för att genomföra stödsamtal med deprimerade mammor, samt att se hur handläggningen ser ut då mammor visar tecken på postnatal depression. Urvalet bestod i distriktssköterskor som genomgått utbildning i Postnatal depression och svarsfrekvensen i enkätstudien var 66 %. Samtliga respondenter upplever att utbildningen i Postnatal depression är användbar i deras arbete. Mest nytta har de av att veta hur en bra screening ska gå till. Majoriteten av respondenterna har tillgång till handledning med psykolog 1 gång/mån eller 2-3 gånger/halvår.
