This study is about what teachers in primary schools say that they are doing to create a school for all.The purpose of this study is to find out what teachers in primary schools say that they do on their mission to create a school for everyone and how they organize teaching to achieve this. The study was conducted as an interview of five teachers from elementary school of different gender and with a qualitative method because it provides a great opportunity to problematize, interpret and understand the responses of the interviewees.The results show that all the teachers think that their mission is to teach so that they can give each student what they need to achieve the goals. This may not be every day but over time, they hope that all students feel that they get so much of the teacher's time that they need..
Marknadsföring av gymnasieskolan : En studie av kommunägda och privatägda gymnasieskolor
The authors of this paper intended to study and compare local secondary schools(municipally owned schools) and independent secondary schools(privately owned schools) in Stockholm County. The purpose oft his paper is to explore how secondary schools market themselves and whether the view and use of marketing is different between municipal and independent secondary schools. The essay is by nature multi-case study and interviews were conducted with representatives from four high schools, two municipal and two independent, one representative from Education Committee and one from Privet Schools? Association.The introduction of School reform in 1992 enabled opening of privately owned schools and empirical datas hows that before 1992 secondary schools did not have the same extent of competition and the need of marketing was not widespread, but today there is fierce competition among secondary schools. The introduction of School reform changed the conditions for the Swedish school market, greater freedom of choice led to atougherfight for the students, which in turn increases the competition between secondary schools.

Samtidigt som relationsmarknadsföringen breder ut sig på den fysiska marknaden, ökar handeln via Internet igen efter den stora IT-kraschen i början av 2000-talet. Många butiker som finns på den fysiska marknaden har etablerat sig på Internet och med dessa även de medföljande kundklubbarna. Utöver dessa butiker är det en majoritet av de virtuella återförsäljarna som enbart kan nås via webben. Med unika möjligheter att samla in kunddata samt smidiga och billiga sätt att nå ut till konsumenterna, har dessa butiker alla förutsättningar för att med rätt kommunikationsmedel inleda och förstärka relationen till konsumenten. Detta innebär att webbutikerna har möjlighet att föra register över samtliga kunder (till skillnad från de fysiska butikerna som enbart specifikt kan registrera kundklubbmedlemmarnas transaktioner) och därmed har tillgång till samma informativa segmenteringsbas som en renodlad kundklubb bidrar med.
Islam som religion och skolämne - en studie om hur högstadieelever kan tala om islam
With this thesis I have sought to do a critical review on how Islam is perceived and articulated by secondary school students in a school in a larger Swedish city. The aim is to analyse how some secondary students in Sweden talk about Islam, as a religion and as a school subject. To achieve this aim, seven focus group interviews with 36 students aged 15-16 have been conducted. These focus groups have discussed the general picture of Islam depicted by the society, media and through the school. But also how, and in what way that depiction has influenced their personal view of Islam.

Det mångspråkiga skolbiblioteket : En viktig fråga i teorin men en icke-fråga i praktiken?
While almost 23 percent of the students in the Swedish upper secondary school are foreigners, only a fraction of the school libraries? collections consists of literature written in other languages than Swedish or English. This study examines how five school librarians experience the task of working with literature composed in foreign languages in the multicultural and multilingual school of today. The results of the qualitative interviews are analyzed in relation to the legislation and policy documents that the school libraries are working by, and also in relation to the theoretical framework of sociocultural theory and the theories on second language acquisition developed by linguist Jim Cummins.The study shows that while multilingualism is discussed as an important matter in the legislation and policy documents that the school libraries work by, the librarians in this study largely view the question of foreign literature as peripheral. Most part of the librarians connects first language reading to leisure-time activities rather than curricular activities, and stresses that the Swedish language should be prioritized in Swedish schools.

Groupquestionnaires with open questions was formed and three year one classes in uppersecondary school participated. In the process of making the questions a testquestionnaire was tested with one of the three classes as particpants. Information has also been collected throug an interview over the phone with the school´s welfare officer, and the school´s policy dokuments have been read. Social work in schools is mentioned in the study as preventive measures with youths when it comes to bullying, alcohol, drugs, sex and coexistance and tobacco.
Vilka är bankernas interna drivkrafter för att utveckla finansiella tjänster på Internet?
Syfte: Förstå hur bankens marknadsstrategier, tekniska och organisatoriska utveckling har påverkat utvecklingen av finansiella tjänster på Internet Metod Den metod vi har använt oss av är kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer med beslutsfattare inom det svenska bankväsendet. Genom att göra personliga intervjuer uppkom det en helt annan kontakt med respondenten. Tanken var även att vi skulle intervjua personer på bankerna vilka dagligen arbetar med liknande frågor, detta för att få så bra kvalitet som möjligt på de svar som vi fick. Vi valde att intervjua två av de fyra stora svenska bankerna, valet föll på Handelsbanken och SEB. Slutsats Det finns primära och sekundära strategier bakom utvecklingen av finansiella tjänster på Internet i Sverige.
E-handel : En studie av Internet som kommunikationsverktyg
Internet är en kanal för marknadsföring som under de senaste åren ökat kraftigt världen över. Internets framgång har medfört att företag och organisationer kan utnyttja webben för att utveckla sina affärer både taktiskt och strategiskt. Dessutom är Internet som försäljningskanal både ett billigt och effektivt sätt att nå ut till sina kunder. Denna ständiga utveckling av Internet medför också att företagens strategier för kommunikation ändras.Vad gäller Internet och marknadsföring är ett av problemen dock att användaren endast kommer att titta på det som fångar dennes intresse, till skillnad vad gäller de traditionella marknadsföringskanalerna. Detta har legat till grund för vår nyfikenhet att försöka ta reda på vilka olika marknadsföringskanaler som företagen använder sig av för att fånga kundens uppmärksamhet att gå till deras sida på nätet.
