The way we interact with computers will soon change dramatically. The input interfaces are becoming more and more intuitive and one of the latest technologies is a touch screen interface capable of dealing with multiple inputs simultaneously. The tools we use to communicate with the computer - such as the mouse and the keyboard, will slowly disappear and be replaced with tools more comfortable and more natural for the human being to use. The purpose of this project was to create a basic framework for future projects dealing with this interface, as well as creating some example programs. This is the end report of my final exam at Medieteknik. It covers the planning, work process and review of a Flash based web application that I set out to do. The goal was to create a user friendly, interactive e-shop with embedded functionality for playing music, displaying rich media content and researching possible payment solutions, to enable buying music files online. The project involved creating the user interface, the programmatic functionality of a Flash client (an SWF file). Also, setting up an Apache HTTP Server and establishing a working ?bridge? between the Flash client and the web server with Flash Remoting components and AMFPHP.

The study was conducted at a business in the social service. The purpose was to examine how the business works with human resource planning. In order to answer the purpose two questions was formulated, which human resource planning strategy does the business use? And, how do businesses need to act according to the theory of strategic manpower to achieve human resource planning? Survey data collection was done through a qualitative research design, where interviews with five employees in the business took place.The study shows that the business is using a own made strategy in order to achieve human resource planning. The strategy consists of two steps, in step one they do an background analysis and step two a needs analysis where a goal- and responsibility description are designed and then a set of requirements.

This bachelor thesis looks at developers knowledge about web security both regarding their own view on their knowledge and their actual knowledge about vulnerabilities and how you mitigate against them. Web developers knowledge regarding web security are becoming more and more important as more applications and services moves to the web and more and more items become connected to the internet. We are doing this by conducting a survey among developers that are currently studying in the field or are working in the field to get a grip on how the knowledge is regarding the most common security concepts. What we saw was that the result varies between the different concepts and many lack much of the knowledge in web security that is getting increasingly more important to have..

Media society is developing rapidly; the media?s more central role in our society means that their interpretations and portrayals of the world will have a greater impact on how we look at ourselves and our society.When Swedish Princess Estelle was born in February 2012 she was the first Swedish heir to be been born in what is known as ?the computer age?. This paper aims to examine the reporting of the birth of Princess Estelle and how it was conducted by Swedish news sites, from an ideological perspective. The study is based on qualitative method with ideational analysis and Norman Fairclough?s critical discourse analysis.In conclusion, the news sites portray a positive image of Princess Estelle?s birth and the Swedish monarchy and strengthen the status of the Crown Princess family.

The establishment of loan-based structures within a group of associated enterprises with the purpose of lowering the group's taxes by using deductible interest payments to transfer money has become increasingly popular in Sweden during the past few years. The legislator has therefore implemented new laws which restrict the amount of interest payments that are deductible within a group of associated enterprises. As a consequence the definition of associated enterprises has become of high importance. The definition has been criticized and is perceived by many as vague and difficult to interpret. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the definition of associated enterprises in Swedish tax law with the aim of clarifying its scope and meaning.

Background: At this present moment, one of the largest changes in the Swedish employment market is occurring, as the people born in the 1940's are retiring. Three-dimensional computer graphics enjoys a wide range of applications of which games and movies are only few examples. By incorporating three-dimensional computer graphics in to a simulator the simulator is able to provide the operator with visual feedback during a simulation. Simulators come in many different flavors where flight and radar simulators are two types in which three-dimensional rendering of large terrains constitutes a central component.Ericsson Microwave Systems (EMW) in Skövde is searching for an algorithm that (a) can handle terrain data that is larger than physical memory and (b) has an adjustable error metric that can be used to reduce terrain detail level if an increase in load on other critical parts of the system is observed. The aim of this paper is to identify and evaluate existing algorithms for terrain rendering in order to find those that meet EMW: s requirements. The objectives are to (i) perform a literature survey over existing algorithms, (ii) implement these algorithms and (iii) develop a test environment in which these algorithms can be evaluated form a performance perspective.The literature survey revealed that the algorithm developed by Lindstrom and Pascucci (2001) is the only algorithm of those examined that succeeded to fulfill the requirements without modifications or extra software.

Utvecklingen inom ambulanssjukvården de senaste decennierna har varit omfattande och står idag för både avancerad sjukvård utanför sjukhuset och transporten av dessa patienter till sjukhus. Fler vårdkedjor startas vilket innebär att mer vård utförs på plats hos patienten, efter det transporteras patienten direkt till behandlande specialistavdelning, utan att fördröjas på akutmottagningen. Denna utveckling ställer ökade krav på fler specialistutbildade ambulanssjuksköterskor. Det är ofta snabba och svåra beslut som skall tas och felaktiga beslut kan ge svåra konsekvenser för patienten.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva förändringar i tid med och utan prehospital omvårdnad för patienter med bröstsmärtor i ett treårsperspektiv.Metod: Studien var retrospektiv med en komparativ design. Data från januari under 2009-2011 samlades in i form av ärenderapporter från SOS-alarm, som sedan jämfördes med varandra.Resultat: I studien ingick 254 patienter.
