The thesis aims to describe the current sales climate in the context of complex sales in business-to-business. The purpose is to increase the clients knowledge of sales and test the clients hypothesis that the sales climate is changing from Solution Selling to Insight Selling, further the thesis aims to contribute to the scientific debate of sales. Solution Selling is characterized, as the name suggest, by selling of solution to the customers needs. With Insight Selling the seller has a provocative approach towards the customer and the seller is searching for customers in the need of change. This is a qualitative study conducted with eight interviews and one focus group.

Antalet kejsarsnitt, både planerade och akuta, har ökat markant i Sverige under de senaste åren. Syftet med denna examensuppsats var att undersöka hur kvinnor i Stockholm upplevde den psykologiska hjälp, bestående av deltagande i kejsarsnittsgrupper, som de blev erbjudna efter ett akut eller urakut kejsarsnitt samt hur de upplevde bemötandet inom vården. I uppsatsen sammanställdes enkäter som delats ut i kejsarsnittsgrupperna efter sista gruppträffen. Enkäterna handlade om upplevelsen av vården under graviditet, förlossning och sjukhusvistelsen efter förlossningen, samt vad kvinnorna tyckte om kejsarsnittsgrupperna. Enkäten bestod av öppna frågor.

The purpose of this paper was to examine social workers' experiences of integration of unaccompanied children. We aimed to study which factors in the individual and the community social workers experience affect the integration and how they, based on their understanding, work to promote integration. The essay has a phenomenological approach and focuses on the social workers' own experiences of the phenomenon. The empirical data was obtained from qualitative interviews conducted with five social workers, all administrators in cases involving unaccompanied children. The result shows that the social workers feel that the desire to integrate is the most important presumption that must be present in the unaccompanied children.

Syftet med denna studie var att få mer kunskap om kvinnor som aktivt har deltagit i krig, hur det har påverkat deras dagliga liv, deras identitetsupplevelse och deras anpassning i det eritreanska samt i det svenska samhället. Ett ytterligare syfte var att få mer kunskap om vilka hanteringsstrategier kvinnorna använder sig av för att leva ett normalt liv. I studien ingick sju kvinnor. En av undersökningsdeltagarna hade diagnosen Posttraumatisk stressyndrom. Data samlades in med hjälp av halvstrukturerade intervjuer och bearbetades utifrån deduktivt och induktiv tematisk analys.

This thesis is a case study of the search function on the University of Uppsala?s web site. The search function in this study was chosen since it exists on a large and complex web site and there were apparent lacks in the old version of the search function. The thesis highlights some of the problems that can appear in the development of a search function on a local site. One interesting find is that one of the most difficult issues is organizational and not technical.

13 individuals from the Viking Age trading place in Fröjel, Gotland, were examined for this thesis. The aim was to gain a deeper knowledge about the individuals, and the main focus was to study their health. Three men, eight women and two children were examined. The age of the two children was estimated to around birth, and was no longer relevant for this thesis. The age distribution showed that two individuals were young (10-24 years), seven individuals were adults (18-44 years) and two individuals were middle-aged or older (35-79 years).

This thesis was conducted at Linköping University and Saab Aerostructures DPS, Linköping, and focuses on the possibilities of flexible fixturing in machining applications. The thesis is part of the research project "Koofix", which is collaboration between Linköping University and a number of companies.The thesis is aimed towards small batch production which, for Saab Aerostructures DPS, means diverse part geometry and that parts are manufactured in very small numbers, sometimes just one piece. The result of this is that expensive dedicated fixtures are made for most parts. By introducing more flexible fixturing methods to this kind of production the cost of fixtures and tooling will be reduced, and make the production more efficient.New flexible fixturing methods has been presented and evaluated through the thesis, which has resulted in three different concepts. These concepts have been the result of literature screening and study of current manufacturing process at Saab Aerostructures DPS.

The histiocytic diseases are generally rare in dogs and not much is known about the disease. The disease complex that includes both a reactive form and a tumour form, is however common in certain breeds, among them the Bernese Mountain Dog. As the literature is very limited on the subject of histiocytic diseases, my aim with this thesis has been to gather current knowledge of these diseases. I have also attempted to estimate the frequency of the diseases among the Swedish Bernese Mountain Dogs and investigate if they appear to be more common among certain families..

Bakgrund: Fibromyalgi är ett syndrom som kännetecknas av utbredd smärta,överkänslighet vid beröring men även att övriga delar av kroppen påverkas.Metod: En litteraturstudie har genomförts där 10 stycken vetenskapliga artiklar haranalyserats och utgjort resultatet.Syfte: Huvudsyftet är att undersöka möjliga riskfaktorer som kan påverka utvecklandetav fibromyalgi.Resultat: Studiens resultat har tagit upp fyra teman med tänkabara riskfaktorer.Traumatiska barndomshändelser, där både fysisk och verbal misshandel och sexuelltutnyttjande var riskfaktorer. Att bli utsatt för trauma som vuxen, där fysisk misshandel,operation och arbetsrelaterad skada ingick, var också en riskfaktor. Stress och ett högtBMI-värde var också riskfaktorer relaterade till utvecklandet av fibromyalgi.Diskussion: Studiens resultat visade på att det är flera riskfaktorer som påverkarutvecklandet av detta syndrom. Alla som utsätts för en av dessa riskfaktorer utvecklardock inte fibromyalgi, utan med största sannolikhet så är det en kombination av flerariskfaktorer som gör att man utvecklar fibromyalgi.Slutsats: Det behövs mer forskning för att studera sambandet mellan fysiska, psykiskaoch sociala riskfaktorer..

Uppsatsens syfte är att studera porträtteringen av nationell identitet i Don DeLillos Falling Man och Amy Waldmans The Submission i förhållande till efterverkningarna av 9/11. Studien utgörs av undersökande och jämförande analyser av romanerna utifrån ett litteratursociologiskt samt postkolonialt perspektiv med fokus på nationalism, religion och commemoration.  Studien har presenterat hur amerikansk identitet har ifrågasatts och problematiserats i romanerna Falling Man och The Submission, och visat hur religion, commemoration och nationalism hänger samman med den amerikanska identiteten. En identitet som visat sig föränderlig och problematisk i efterverkningarna av 9/11. Studien har också kunnat visa att böckerna inte ämnar att lyfta fram en gestaltning av identitet som något allenarådande eller fast, utan att de istället visar hur identitet ständigt förändras och skiljer sig från karaktär till karaktär, genom problematiserandet kring tillhörighet, trygghet och trauma..

The visual complexity in real-time applications, like computer games, is increasing with customer demands on vissual apperance. This trend is supported by even better graphics cards from the hardvare industry. This must be taken into consideration when the architecture of a new graphics engine is to be designed. The engines renderer is responsible of generating a picture of scene data. The renderer must cope with increasingly more complex scenes, and must be able to render them depending on available hardvare capasity.

Mechanical scaling is one of the most complex operations of all in the mining process. The operators are using both hearing, sight and feel to read the rock and to know where to scale and where to leave. They say they go on gut feeling in great extent, something that comes with experience. The scaling machine is placed into the edge of unsecured and newly blasted rock to hammer off the blocks that has become loose after the blast, but not enough to fall down. It goes without sayingthat it is a risky job.

Döden är oundviklig. Alla kommer vi att dö och alla omkring oss kommer också att dö. Flera gånger varje dag förlorar något barn en förälder. Ett barn som blir kvar att överleva och leva i sorg. Eftersom det händer så plötsligt anser vi att ett ?krispaket om arbete med döden? vore en självklarhet på alla förskolor som komplement till krisplanen.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att utforska pedagogiken vid förskolans bemötande och lekens betydelse för barn som genomgår sorg. Vi vill genom detta arbete få kunskap om hur pedagoger bör förhålla sig till barn som sörjer. Genom att utgå från litteraturen som finns inom ämnet och intervjuer med förskollärare som vidareutbildat sig till lekarbetspedagoger, har vi studerat hur pedagoger bemöter barn som drabbats och hur lekarbetspedagogik kan hjälpa dem. Resultatet visar att barn sörjer på olika sätt och att de sörjer i perioder. Då barn inte har den verbala förmågan att utrycka sin sorg kan de istället göra det genom att till exempel leka och rita.

This essay provides an attempt to reflect the notions of violence, right or law and fate in Benjamin?s Zur Kritik der Gewalt, in order to clarify his very dense historical-philosophical reflection on the constitutive relation between violence and law. In contrast to what is most often the case, this essay will not address the notion of divine violence in a direct sense, but mainly focus on Benjamin?s discussion on right and law. The complex of his historical reflection, his attempt to articulate what he calls the ?historical function? not only of violence, but also of law, is crucially related to the notion of fate.
