I denna studie undersöktes hur samarbetet mellan speciallärare och ämneslärare kan se ut i matematik- respektive språk-, läs- och skrivutveckling på en högstadieskola med en inkluderande specialundervisning samt hur man bäst kan utnyttja de båda yrkesgruppernas komplementära kompetenser. Som metod för datainsamling gjordes observationer på lektioner där speciallärare och ämneslärare samarbetade. Observationerna följdes av enskilda intervjuer av speciallärare och ämneslärare i matematik och språk samt rektor och samordnande specialpedagog. Avslutningsvis genomfördes en gruppintervju med speciallärare och ämneslärare. Till analys användes Abbotts teori om olika yrkesrollers kamp om vem som ska göra vad på arbetsplatsen samt Laviés teori om lärares olika inställning till samarbete. Resultatet visade att speciallärare och ämneslärare har olika arbetsuppgifter i klassrummet och i planeringsarbetet.

This qualitative study involves the implementation of Lean and Kaizen methods in a Swedish service industry. Lean philosophy is based on a method to achieve more with less. In practical terms this means that the use of an organization's resources is improved. The origin of Lean is the Toyota Production System. Now, Kaizen methods give managers and employees a better more efficient system to reach their goals within the organization or company.

På Scanias motormontering i Södertälje sker montering av raka- och V8-motorer för lastbil och buss samt av motorer för industriellt och marint bruk. Gruppen DEPG är en av de grupper som arbetar med att framställa verktyg till motormonteringen. Gruppen ansvarar främst för de tillfällen då nya monteringsverktyg ska anskaffas på grund av introduktion av nya eller modifierade motorkomponenter. DEPG önskar att minska behovet av att omarbeta verktyg och utöka verktygens livslängd, för att uppnå detta planerar DEPG att i framtiden skapa verktyg med högre flexibilitet än tidigare. Examensarbetets mål är att skapa en förbättrad verktygsframtagningsprocess, som stödjer och främjar framtagning av monteringsverktyg med en rätt flexibilitetsgrad.

The aim of this study was to examine the District Court´s argumentations about the children´s best interests in rulings regarding custody of children, and to analyse the argumentation from a gender perspective. Rulings from the District Court from 2012 have been the basis for this study and a qualitative method has been used, argumentations analysis. The study shows that cooperative problems between the parents are the main reason why the District Court finds joint custody to be excluded. There are also argumentation regarding parent´s ability to ensure the children?s safety.

The aim of this study is to examine how the induction period for newly employed upper secondary school teachers is implemented in practice, in relation to the Swedish Education Act and the National Agency for Education?s general guidelines. Although this induction period has been legally mandated since 2010, both previous research and current statistics indicate significant shortcomings or wide variation in its practical execution. The study is based on a qualitative interview study involving 13 school leaders. The interview responses were analyzed using three complementary theoretical frameworks: Lipsky?s theory of street-level bureaucracy, Meyer and Rowan?s concept of decoupling, and Schein?s model of organizational culture.

Var fjärde patient som genomgår cytostatikabehandling (cellgiftsbehandling) upplever illamående och kräkningar av olika grad, i fortsättningen kallat N/V, Nausea and Vomiting. Många patienter upplever att N/V är det mest plågsamma och försvagande med cancersjukdomen under pågående behandling. Behandling av N/V ges i förebyggande syfte, men innebär inte ett garanterat skydd för alla patienter. Komplementära metoder används både för behandling och i förebyggande syfte av N/V. Rädsla för N/V innebär att många patienter väljer att avstå eller avbryter sin cytostatikabehandling i förtid.

AbstractBackground: Inflammatory bowel disease involves major changes where psychological and physical stress becomes a part of ones daily life. The ability to adapt and cope well with the situation, increases the chances of feeling satisfied with life. There are various management strategies that people with IBD use to cope with their daily life.Aim: The aim of this study is to describe strategies that people with inflammatory bowel disease use to manage their daily lives. A further purpose is to describe the study group in the included articles.Method: A descriptive literature review. This study is based on 12 scientific articles, searched in the databases Cinahl and Pubmed.

The aim for this master thesis is to create an understanding of the intersubjective processes of how individuals are experimenting with their identities in social media and the consequences for the identity and embodiment. The thesis is completed with the help of discourse analysis and a starting point in four complementary theories. Central to the implementation of the analysis is the concept of diffraction. Therefore the thesis is, which is reflected in the choice of theoretical approaches and methods, critical to many aspects of classical philosophy of science and method. The empirical material is based on interviews.

BackgroundWorld Alliance for Patient Safety, launched by the WHO, has created a Surgical Safety Checklist. It was first published in 2008 and has been translated and modified in Sweden by Landstingens Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag, LÖF. The use of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist has been shown to reduce the number of complications and deaths related to surgery.AimThe aim of this study is to describe the Theatre Nurse?s participation in in the use of a modified version of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist intraoperatively in two Theatres in a hospital in the centre of Sweden.MethodThis study has a quantitative descriptive approach. A direct observational study was carried out in two Theatres and the participants were asked a few complementary questions after the observations.

This essay addresses the subject social interaction in the social network named Facebook. The studied interaction took place between the Swedish clothing company H&M and the active visitors on the company page in the social network. The subject of social interaction in social media is an interesting field to study due to its vast range, the largely amount of people involved and it is of interest to see how the company and customers interact. The purpose of the essay was to study the interaction between the company and visitors. The statement of the problem is divided into four questions which is processing a deeper analysis of how the company page is used.

Smärta påverkar livskvalitet negativt. Vid smärtbehandling uppstår ibland situationer då farmaka inte är tillräckligt för att smärtlindra. Då är sjuksköterskans roll betydelsefull eftersom valet av smärtbehandlingsmetod ofta kan påverkas av sjuksköterskan. Kunskap om komplementära behandlingsmetoder och förmåga att tänka holistiskt krävs av sjuksköterskan för att kunna ge en trygg och individanpassad behandling. Användning av avledning med komplementära metoder kan ge avslappning och följaktligen reducering av smärtintensitet.

Today?s course Idrott och hälsa A, at the upper secondary school level, consists of 100 points and all students take this course apart from students attending apprentice programs.

Människor med rygg- och nackvärk utgör en stor patientgrupp inom primärvården. Många blir inte hjälpta av de behandlingsmetoder som erbjuds. Samtidigt efterfrågas Komplementär och Alternativ Medicinska (KAM) behandlingar allt mer från allmänheten. Behovet att öka hälso- och sjukvårdens kunskap om KAM som behanlingsalternativ sågs. Studiens syfte var att beskriva människors erfarenheter i samband med rygg- och nackvärk och reflexologisk behandling.
