Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. Detta arbete analyserar och exemplifierar initiativ för att skapa hållbara kollektiva odlingar på landsbygd. Arbetet undersöker hållbarhetsbegreppet och fördjupar sig i frågan om vad hållbara jordbruks- och livsmedelssystem kan vara. Främst studeras alternativa kollektiva odlingsmodeller som strävar efter att sammanföra konsument och producent, framförallt via CSA-kooperativ, Community-Supported-Agriculture. Även begreppet Civic Agriculture, CA, uppmärksammas då det beskriver ett odlingsengagemang som går bortom de enskilda kooperativen. CA innebär ett förhållningssätt och agerande som verkar för lokalt hållbara livsmedels- och jordbrukssystem, och som utgår från den lokala platsens behov och förutsättningar med hänsyn till dess ekologiska- och socioekonomiska kontext där den passiva konsumenten istället blir en aktiv ?matmedborgare?.I arbetet framkommer det att långsiktigt hållbarhetsarbete behöver få utgå från varje enskild människas situation, och baseras på lust.

This composition deals with questions concerning the ongoing construction of gender among personnel in different project for young girls and young boys ( ages 14): its conditions and meanings and how personnel form and mediate gender experience. The aim of this essay is to investigate how gender is made in everyday practise in three projects which address to either young girls or young boys, and to examine how the formation of gender interplays between conceptions among personnel and the practise in the projects. Central questions are: How describes the practical work and the needs of girls and boys in the project? And does the gender-segregated work justified in the projects? Qualitative methods are used to answer these questions. We made qualitative interviews among personnel from three projects, Ellen, Allan and DISA.

The purpose of this project is to examine students' pespectives on quality in teaching. The characteristics that are described to denote a 'good' and 'less good' teachers are linked to ideas about types of corresponding leadership styles in the classroom. The report is based on surveys of students in Upplands-Bro high school outside Stockholm. In order to get better insight and further knowledge of the subject, the student accounts have been related to current discussions in the literature about good leadership and teaching quality.Following the methodology of grounded theory a pilot study was constructed to design the research instruments. In the pilot study I collected students' perceptions on quality-related categories in teaching and leadership which then formed a bases for a survey which was distributed to a larger student sample. The survey includes questions that relate to the middle order, which is based on three criteria that make up the characteristics of a 'good'/ 'less good' teacher and the leadership style that suits students descriptions of good teacher characteristics.The results of the study show that a good teacher should have subject knowledge, be good at writing and illustrating the curriculum on the whiteboard and explain and clarify their instruction through good communication.

En organisation som önskar vara både lärande och flexibel behöver kunna tillvarata, överföra, och utveckla kunskap och kunnande mellan medarbetare oavsett roll och position. Syftet med studien är därför att bidra till förståelsen för hur organisationer kan främja överföring och utveckling av kunskap mellan anställda och konsulter, genom att studera individers förståelse av kunskapsöverföring i vardagen i en kunskapsintensiv offentlig verksamhet. Den teoretiska referensramen bygger på teorier om flexibilitet och konsulthantering tillsammans med lärandeteorier om kunskapsöverföring. Dessa knyts sedan samman genom tidigare forskning vilken kombinerar båda forskningsfälten. En kvalitativ fallstudie har genomförts av två grupper på en IT-avdelning i en offentlig verksamhet och resultatet baseras på 11 semistrukturerade intervjuer med konsulter, anställda och chefer.Föreliggande studie visar att det krävs olika strategier för kunskapsöverföring beroende på vilken typ av konsult som används.
