Konsten att mäta tjänstekvalitet : En utvärdering av tre instrument för att mäta tjänstekvalitet i kollektivtrafiken
The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the suitability of the three instruments SERVQUAL, SERVPERF and Zone of tolerance to measure service quality, from the respondents' perspective. This study has been carried out by a quantitative method in which respondents answered three questionnaires, which was based on the three instruments. The SERVQUAL instrument is a revised version based on criticism by Carman (1990). It is based on the five dimensions; reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility, with 22 items in which each dimension is associated with a number of items. SERVPERF is the instrument most similar to SERVQUAL and is also composed of the same five dimensions.
Marknadsföring i podcast
Podcast is a new audio media in Sweden and has become larger and increasingly more popular in the past few years. In line with this, companies have seen the opportunity to use this type of marketing in the new coveted media and have created a new marketing tool in the form of sponsorship. Previous studies in this field indicate that this is a very effective method to reach a broad audience, but it still is a relatively new area with very little research in existence today. This study is an analysis of how receptive listeners are to marketing through podcasts and the ability companies have to create a sustainable and effective strategy for successful marketing through this type of medium. The collection of data for this study consists of two different qualitative interviews, the first one with listeners that were chosen, and the second with the sponsor company for two of the largest podcasts in Sweden. The essay´s empirical evidence shows how receptive listeners are to marketing via podcasts, what their podcast habits look like, what form of approach in marketing they prefer, and how often they take part in different offers. From the interviews with listeners and sponsoring companies in the study, it is concluded that the best and most effective strategy for marketing through podcasts is to weave advertising in the conversation and therefore increase the credibility and disturb the listener as little as possible.
Och nu blir det reklamfilm, igen! : En jämförande studie av Riksdagspartiernas valfilmer till Riksdagsvalen 2010 och 2014
Problemformulering och syfte: Första gången de politiska partierna erbjöds att köpa reklamtid av de kommersiella tv-kanalerna var i samband med EU-valet 2009. Då tv ännu är ett av de starkaste medierna är det ett effektivt sätt för partierna att nå ut med sina budskap. Därför är det intressant att undersöka politiska valfilmers utveckling då vi nu har två Riksdagsval bakom oss där valfilmer har sänts i tv. Genom att undersöka filmerna på djupet ämnar vi ta reda på hur retoriken och bilderna i valfilmerna samverkar för, att övertyga väljaren, samt se hur partierna bygger upp sitt varumärke.Teori: I vår studie har vi utgått från den politiska kommunikationen som grund och därefter gjort djupdykningar i såväl varumärkesbyggande som det audio-visuella teorierna; retorisk och semiotisk analys.Metod och material: Vi har använt två kvalitativa metoder i vår studie - dels retorisk och dels semiotisk. Materialet utgörs av en valfilm för varje riksdagsparti och valår 2010 samt 2014.

Cover Story is a project, which students at Lillholms - and Ekholms School worked in during spring and fall of 2009. Several school subjects were integrated in project; social studies, art and Swedish, to empower the students to create, implement and design a magazine. The purpose of the project was to give the students the opportunity to fantasize about the future and their dreams by creating their very own Cover Story. During the project I realized that the student?s selection of magazine genre had a direct relation to the gender of the students themselves.

Swedish dairy production has during the last decades undergone considerable structural rationalisation and the number of dairy herds has decreased to less than 7000. At the same time the average herd size has increased and a large proportion of those investing in new buildings today choose automatic milking (AM). During 2008 more than ten percent of the Swedish cows will be milked with AM. The development has been faster than expected and the need for consulting has increased rapidly. This study aims to evaluate whether a check list originating from the FRISKKO (?healthy cow?) programme can be a useful tool when assessing how well the herd functions in various areas.
En revisors två roller : en studie av skillnader mellan professionella normer som granskare och rådgivare
En revisor kan inta två roller som granskare och som rådgivare. Den huvudsakliga revisorsrollen ses ofta som en extern granskare av sina klienters verksamheter och den som lämnar en slutgiltig bedömning av företaget. Därutöver finns ytterligare en roll då revisorn är engagerad i klientföretaget och bistår med tilläggstjänster i form av rådgivning gällande verksamhetens redovisning och bokföring. För att revisorn ska fylla sin funktion i samhället är dess oberoende och förtroende två viktiga grundstenar för professionen och revisionsbyråns storlek anses ha en viss inverkan på detta. En revisors två roller kan beskrivas som en balansgång mellan dennes granskningsroll respektive rådgivningsroll med en tyngdpunkt som utgörs av kärnan för revisorsprofessionen samt dess grund.

Arkitekten Ola Nylander presenterar i sin forskning sju egenskapsfält (material och detaljer,
axialitet, omslutenhet/öppenhet, rörelse, rumsfigurer, ljus och rumsorganisation) som kan fungera
som måttstockar för hur väl en lägenhet går att ta till sig. Uppsatsen utgår från de sju
egenskapsfälten och undersöker, genom dem, hur de boende upplever trivseln i sin bostad. Alla
bostäderna i undersökningen är placerade i ett passivhus på fastigheten Flaggskepparen 5 i Västra
Hamnen Malmö.
Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilka egenskapsfält som är viktiga för hur de boende
upplever trivseln i ett nyproducerat passivt flerbostadshus. 9 stycken kvalitativa intervjuer har
därför genomförts med de boende i fastigheten. Dessa intervjuer har varit mellan 20 och 60 minuter
långa och genomförts på plats i respondenternas lägenheter (alla utom en).

The purpose of this study was to develop recommendations for using more efficient lighting and better graphic design to create a more uniform structure in the exhibition hall ?Road to the past? in Jönköping County Museum by answering the following questions at issue:1) How are the objects in the exhibition hall ?Road to the past? exposed today?2) How can you use lighting and graphic design to create structure in the exhibition and strengthen the expression in the exhibition?Our work is based on observations and open group interviews. We observed the exhibition hall ?Road to the past? during day and evening. In the same hall, we observed a guided tour that we followed up with open group interviews.

This degree project has been carried out by Carolina Rapp and Jenny Tauson, students at Innovation and Design Engineer program at the Faculty of Technology and science at Karlstad University. The project was carried during Spring of 2009 and took 15 weeks of full time work. Doppelmayr/Garaventa Group is an Austria/Switzerland corporate group and its associated company Doppelmayr Scandinavia lies in Sunne, Sweden. Doppelmayr/Garaventa Group is the world quality and technology leader in ropeway engineering. The degree project goal was to develop a new shaping of a surface lift. There are two kinds of surface lifts, platter and T-bars. The two kinds of surface lifts have some variation in design but only minor differences.

The purpose of the project was to examine whether and how BRIO in the future could develop toys around sound for Toddlers.The problem formulations that would be answered after completion of the project was "How could BRIO broaden its product range with the help of audio toys?", "How can you combine toys and sounds in an interesting way for children?", "How do you create a toy with sound that is fun for the child, but not annoying for parents?". Currently BRIO only has two toys with sound in this age group.The expression of the toy was going to be a mix of classic and cool and the overall feeling of the toy was going to be explorative and arouse curiosity in the child. This feeling would be communicated through simplicity and joy.
Maskinsäkerhetsstandarder och lönsamhet : Profitability of standardisation and safety of machinery
The composing of new standards in the area of machinery safety is a continuous work which aims at writing standards that works as a tool for companies and enables them to control if the fundamental demands of security and health which is prescribed by law are reached. It is optional for the companies to choose if they want to use the standards. This report is written in cooperation with SIS and the study were performed within the technical committee SIS/TK 282. The report aims to investigating if the companies that choose to use standards see any economic advantages due to this work, how these advantages take form and where they originate. The main question formulation is how the profitability among companies that have adjusted their production to machinery safety standards are affected. The study was performed with an initial literature study which aimed at obtaining knowledge and an overview over the subject as well as investigate what former studies had resulted in.
Individers upplevelse av att bo och leva i bostadsomra?det Kronoparken
This is a qualitative study made to find out individuals experience of life in the residential Kronoparken in Karlstad. The study is a part of a municipality supported project aiming to find points of improvement and work for the area's development. This study is a first step to hear in what way the residents themselves describe their neighborhood and their lives. A total of thirteen people participated in focus groups with semi-structured interviews as data collection and the study was based on an availability sample which in this case meant that citizens of the residential Kronoparken were asked to participate. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis and in the analysis three themes appeared that summed up what the participants talk about and emphasized most: a divided area, anticipation and valuation as well as a comfortable and healthy every day living.

Sjuksköterskors uppfattning om främjandet av trygghet, tillit och hopp i det akuta omhändertagandet vid skada i strid : ? En kvalitativ intervjustudie
Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor har historisk sett haft till uppgift att vårda personer som skadats i strid. Ett arbetsområde för sjuksköterskor idag är att deltaga i insatser utomlands där de kan komma att vårda individer som skadats i strid. Att skadas i strid kan uppfattas som en traumatisk händelse som utmanar individens upplevelse av trygghet, tillit och hopp. Omvårdnadslitteratur belyser att det är viktigt att sjuksköterskor stärker upplevelsen av trygghet, tillit och hopp hos patienter.Syfte: Beskriva hur sjuksköterskor uppfattar att de stödjer en patients upplevelse av trygghet, tillit och hopp i det akuta omhändertagandet vid skada i strid.Metod: En empirisk studie med kvalitativ ansats. Datainsamlingen har genomförts med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer och data har bearbetats med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Upplevelsen av trygghet uppfattas av informanterna främjas av smärtlindring, information, säkerhet, kunskap, erfarenhet, strukturerat arbetssätt, lugn samt närhet och beröring.
