Att arbeta evidensbaserat innefattar både ett förhållningssätt och en process, vilket ställer krav på den enskilde arbetsterapeuten att kontinuerligt ompröva olika arbetsmetoder. Syftet med denna uppsats var att belysa arbetsterapeuters kunskap om och attityd till evidensbaserad praxis. Vidare att undersöka vilka hinder som angavs och förslag till lösning av eventuella hinder för att arbeta evidensbaserat. Metoden litteraturstudie användes och artiklarna valdes utifrån systematisk litteratursökning. Tio artiklar, publicerade 2000-2005, från fyra olika länder granskades avseende olika aspekter av evidensbaserad praxis.

A prerequisite of an international exchange of information is multilingual tools for information retrieval, such as the multilingual thesaurus. There is an ongoing discussion about the construction of, and the guidelines for, multilingual thesauri. In recent years the praxis as defined in ISO 5964 Guidelines for the establishment and development of multilingual thesauri 1985 has been the topic of a scientific discussion. It has been about how equivalence across languages is to be established when it comes to concepts, terms and relational structures. This masters thesis treats the praxis and practice of multilingual thesaurus construction.

This bachelor's thesis is an investigation into the public libraries'actions following the debate of Stina Wirséns character LillaHjärtat, featured in picture books and films for young children.The character was accused of being racist, due to its similarity tostereotypes such as pickaninnies. Because of this, the books'existence in public libraries was questioned.The purpose of this study is to investigate how librarians havedealt with these books, and what they have based their decisionson. To explore the background of these decisions we have usedPatrick Wilson's theory of cognitive authority (1983). We haveexamined which cognitive authorities have been used in thedecision-making process of how to handle the books containingLilla Hjärtat, and why these cognitive authorities have beenchosen. The method used in the study is qualitative interviewswith seven librarians working in public libraries throughoutSweden.The results of the interviews show that the librarians? mostprominent cognitive authorities have been authors and illustratorsof children's books.

Introduction: We are facing an aging population, which means that the incidence of age related diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, are expected to increase. In the current situation there is no cure for the disease, whereupon it is important to develop preventive strategies. Objective: To examine the association between Alzheimer's disease and physical activity. Method: A systematic literature search was done to identify the current state of knowledge from the year 2006 onwards. The reason for this limitation was that the SBU commissioned a systematic literature review in 2006, where the relationship between physical activity and Alzheimer's disease could not be determined.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att studera gränsdragningsproblematiken kring en hel verksamhet och en verksamhetsgren. För att kunna realisera vårt syfte använde vi oss av den så kallade rättskälleläran vilket innebär att vi läste lag och förarbetena till dessa. Vidare läste vi även rättsfall och doktrin. Efter att ha studerat rättskällorna insåg vi att lagen är väldigt vag i sin definition kring en hel verksamhet och en verksamhetsgren. Därför fick vi koncentrera oss på vad praxis säger.

I denna uppsats görs en sammanställning av gällande skatterätt för bolag enligt EG-domstolens praxis, med avgränsning till området för direkt beskattning.Direkt beskattning är en kompetens som tillfaller nationell lagstiftning i unionens medlemsstater.Nationella beskattningsregler för bolag har dock på många håll givit upphov till diskriminerande behandling, i strid mot EG-fördragets fria rörligheter.Endast genom utfärdande av direktiv kan en harmonisering på området komma till stånd.EG-domstolen har därför påskyndat integrationsarbetet genom att tolka och tillämpa gemenskapsrätten till att omfatta direkt beskattning för bolag.Nationella skattebestämmelser som hindrar bolag från att utnyttja EG-fördragets fria rörligheter, kan därför enligt EG-domstolens praxis åsidosättas direkt med stöd av fördraget..

This study is grounded in an interest in the Swedish Upper Secondary Schools? role as an educator of democratic citizens, with a specific interest in the moral and cognitive development of Upper Secondary School students. Development in these two areas is treated as results of citizenship education.The purpose of the study is to examine moral and cognitive development of students in Upper Secondary School to see if there are any structural differences to be found between the Upper Secondary School programs that are vocationally oriented and the programs that are preparing for further studies on higher levels ? since these differences have been both theoretically and empirically implied. The study is based on an enhanced version of Lawrence Kohlberg?s stages of moral development (with teachers? evaluations of students? capacity as a reference point of the students? actual level of moral development) as well as on Kieran Egan?s theory of development through the use of cognitive tools (as seen in five different ?shapes of understanding?).

ICT and digital artifacts is an important resource in the society, especially in schools. That is why we have chosen to study if and how teachers uses ICT and other digital technology in their education in the history subject. We think that both subjects are important because history is a subject that has to do with the past, the present and the future.We made qualitative interviews with seven teachers from three different schools. We have analyzed if the teachers sees ICT as a burden or a resource in their education and also in which extend they have digital literacy. We have chosen to discuss different authors view on ICT in the education and digital literacy.

The main purpose of this Master?s thesis is to contribute to anincreased understanding of student teacher?s informationseeking for their studies. The role of cognitive authorities andapproaches to the critical evaluation of sources are taken intoaccount as well as what student experiences of informationseeking imply for their future profession. The study takes asociocultural perspective and the empirical material is based oninterviews with six student teachers at the end of theireducation. Den innevarande studien utforskar hur enhetschefer och avdelningschefer i Skövde kommun upplever sin arbetssituation utifrån personalchefens arbete med Human Resource Management (HRM) praxis. Fokus är att utifrån upplevelsen undersöka vilka indikatorer som föreligger för ett psykologiskt kontrakt och hur det kan inverka på medarbetarnas beteende. Teorin om mentala schemata applicerades slutligen på resultatet och illustrerades i en överskådlig modell av forskningsområdet. Utifrån en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod har HRM praxis i Guest modell av HRM (1997) format forskningsprocessen. Semi-strukturerade intervjuer genomfördes på ett urval av nio respondenter.

The aim is first to identify concept of citizenship and the dimensions of the same, in the political science theory, which can be crucial, to that a citizenship may be found available for people who have a cognitive delay. Thereafter examine the prevalence and significance of these, in policy documents from two different organizational forms, through an analysis, in the form of a discussion, on the basis of political science theories in the field. Magisteruppsatsen undersöker Stockholmsbörsens informationsreglers förenlighet med den effektiva markndashypotesen. En Kvalitativ metod används och reglerna undersöks med hjälp av praxis från Aktiemarknadsnämnden och Stockholmsbörsens disciplinnämnd samt genom intervjuer med personer från olika delar av finansbranschen.

Uppsatsens grundläggande syfte är att belysa revisorernas sätt att arbeta kring anmälningsplikten, samt hur denna praxis har utvecklats. För att undersöka huruvida denna utveckling skiljer sig från revisionspraxis generellt sett, jämför vi denna process med hur revisorernas granskning av lagervärdering har förändrats över tid.
