Agile systems development has in recent years become very popular, and many companies today claims to be working agile. At the same time there are studies about agile system development that indicate that there are difficulties in fully adopting the agile way. The purpose of this qualitative study has been to examine how true Swedish IT-companies conduct their agile system development compared to agile theory, and we have specifically for the purpose of the study designed a framework that has been used as an analytical tool. The framework helped us to maintain a structured and objective approach when we examined the participating companies and their practices. The study showed that there were differences regarding how true to agile theory the different companies conducts their agile projects, and that the differences in part depends on how long the companies have been working agile.

Adherence to medical ordination is low and for long-time medication it is estimated to be as low as 50 percent. Depending on the prescribed drug this could lead to adverse effects and/or loss of effect of the drug. Information about why a drug is prescribed is important patient information and is thought to help increase compliance with the physician?s prescription. According to results from a recent study of visits to the emergency room at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset in Solna, Stockholm, medically related problems were the cause in about 30 percent of the cases.

The aim has been to make contact with universities in Sweden to see if they have elements of social work education that lectures a social work online.The study is based on semi-structured interviews with school counselors in Kalmar County. The majority of the interviewed school counselors lacked the knowledge and experience of a student curative work online but some had discussed this phenomenon at work. One counselor worked daily with a pupil curative work online. The intention of interviewing universities to investigate whether there are elements of social work education that addresses a social work online defaulted unfortunately because they choose not to participate in the study.The main conclusion of our study is that school counselors consider themselves lacking sufficient knowledge to conduct pupil curative conversations online.

Denna rapport behandlar det animationsarbete som jag gått igenom för att försöka skapa så trovärdiga och dynamiska animationer som möjligt till spelet Colosseum: Code of Hammurabi och dess nya omarbetade stridssystem. Jag har utgått från ett relativt sparsmakat designdokument som i princip bara förklarar kortfattat hur spelmekaniken ska fungera på en grundläggande nivå samt en animationslista på animationer som ska finnas i spelet. Spelet ska i slutändan innehålla 3 olika vapenstilar men på grund av tidsbrist har jag valt att fokusera på en av dess, nämligen kampstilen för strid med tvåhandssvärd. Först har jag analyserat det gamla stridssystemet för att ha en grund att stå på, för att bland annat se vilka brister mitt tidigare arbete präglats av. Utifrån diverse referenser som behandlar medeltida stridkonst inom nyss nämnda kampstil har jag hämtat det mesta av inspirationen och följaktligen kryddat dessa jordnära anvisningar med mina egna idéer samt ett antal fightingspel med spektakulära kontexter och även försökt dra nytta av det material som finns i kampsportsfilmer.

Många befintliga järnvägsbroar i Sverige närmar sig sin beräknade livslängd. Det finns också en önskan att öka tåglasterna, antalet tågöverfarter och tåghastigheterna för att klara dagens och framtidens behov. För att inte behöva riva fullt fungerade broar bör bärighetsutredningar ge resultat som stämmer väl överens med verkligheten. Med dagens betongnormer kan utmattning bli den dimensionerande faktorn, trots att få fall av brott har observerats i broar av armerad betong på grund av utmattning. Detta examensarbete jämför tre utmattningsmodeller på två plattrambroar av armerad betong belastade med järnvägstrafik, en från 1972 och en från 1995.

In a recently published official Report from the Swedish Government (SOU 2010:73) a leg- islative proposal has been introduced. Its main purpose is to prevent parallel registrations of ships that are bareboat chartered to other countries. The legislative proposal claims that by preventing parallel registration of ships the Swedish Maritime Code will better corre- spond with the UN convention on the law of the sea.The UN convention on the law of the sea clearly states that ships are forbidden to fly two flags. There is however no restriction concerning parallel registration, simultaneously, in two registers. A ship that is bareboat chartered out from Sweden does not fulfil criteria re- quired in order to be deregistered, according to the Swedish maritime code.

Many companies have a specific dress code in the workplace. In some companies, the code is not very extensive, while other companies have uniform requirements. What is little understood however, is what effect different staff clothing might have on consumer response in terms of satisfaction, purchase intent, attitude, interest and so on. Some limited research has shown how different levels of congruence between individuals in their marketing, and the brand they are representing, can affect customers. To avoid any wrong focus in marketing it is key to understand the knowledge gap on the potential impact the personnel in the store have on its customers.

Hair care is a hygienic treatment and is supervised by the Local Environment and Public Health Committee in the municipality. According to the Swedish Environmental Code, hairdressers as all practitioners are required to take measurements to protect the environment and public health. In hygienic treatments hazards may arise from inadequate hygiene practice which spread infection. Hazards may also arise from the use of hair care products such as permanent wave solutions, bleaches and hair dyes. Some hair dye components are known to cause contact allergy, mostly in hair dressers who are exposed professionally but also in some cases in consumers.

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection. The infection rates have increased in the last decade. During 2008 the trend rates declined in all counties and regions in Sweden. Chlamydia infections have a geographical spatial pattern differences. This is seen from the national surveillance data report from the Swedish Institute for infectious disease control (SMI).

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the parent training The Incredible Years in clinical settings. The study included 33 families in clinical practice. There were two parts to the study; a main part with a before and after measurement, and a follow-up study on 12 children one year later. On baseline the children (3-9 years) as a group were on the borderline clinical range, (M = 61.8), with 70 % of the children in the borderline or clinical range. The childrens emotional and behavioral problems were measured with Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL).

A Monte Carlo simulation of the ELECTRA reactor using (U,Zr)N fuel and a liquid lithium coolant is performed using the Serpent simulation code. The results show a reactor with a total reactivity coefficient of the coolant, fuel and material expansion that is strongly negative. These properties make the ELECTRA reactor a good candidate for a safe space reactor that could be used for propulsion of manned and unmanned space vehicles to Mars and other parts of our solar system..

The national spatial planning guidelines and the subsequent legal regulation in the Natural Resources Act and the Environmental Code has been a part of the Swedish planning system for almost 40 years. In the recent years, critics have claimed that the regulations are outdated and does not work the way it was intended. This paper examines closer why it is perceived that the regulations does not work, with a focus on how the national interests are managed in the municipal planning. Why is the national interests not applied in the municipal planning as intended? Is the error in the system or in the implementation of it? The aim of this essay is to study the gap between theory and practice by studying how the land management provisions in the Environmental Code is applied in five selected municipalities.

Syfte: Sedan 2008 skall alla elever i svensk grundskola få ett skriftligt omdöme över sina kunskaper i de ämnen de läser. Omdömena skall ligga till grund för utvecklingssamtal och formulerandet av en individuell utvecklingsplan. Att skriva dessa omdömen blir en uppgift som gäller större delen av den svenska lärarkåren. Denna studies syfte är att belysa och problematisera den expertroll skolans pedagoger ges eller tar på sig i upprättandet av de skriftliga omdömen som de enligt lag skall formulera i sin yrkesutövning. Utifrån frågeställningar som berör den maktposition som finns i lärarrollen, undersöks hur uppdraget; att formulera skriftliga omdömen, har en styrande och reglerande funktion.

Skandaler i näringslivet har blivit allt vanligare. I vissa fall har revisorer figurerat i dessa skandaler, vilket har medfört att förtroendet för revisorsprofessionen har minskat. Åtgärder har vidtagits genom bland annat nya regelverk och vissa företag har även skapat sina egna etiska koder. Det räcker dock inte att ett företag har en etisk kod utan det är viktigt att den etiska koden även efterlevs. Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur en revisionsbyrå arbetar för att den etiska koden ska efterlevas.
