The aim of this study was to examine how the social services could investigate and support children of irregular immigrants within the boundaries of the law. More specifically it aimed to examine the legal possibilities and obstacles for the social services to support irregular immigrants, how the officials at the social services act considering the legal aspects, and how they reason morally and ethically when dealing with irregular immigrants. To answer the aim of the study the theory of positive law was used combined with qualitative interviews with two officials at the social services. Moreover a small quantitative telephone study with officials in the social services and with voluntary organizations was made. The study has used theories of sociology of law, law and ethics, and professional (civil) disobedience.

Detta examensarbete innehåller en introduktion till informationssystemutveckling och Requirements Engineering (RE). Vikten av att utföra RE på ett effektivt sätt är stor. Hela informationssystemet blir lidande om denna del inte utförs på ett tillfredställande sätt. För att utföra RE finns en rad tekniker och verktyg. The main results are that Kurdistan has developed conditions that support a future consolidation of democracy. After the fall of communism in Yugoslavia the ethnic resentment grew stronger and escalated in to interethnic civil conflict in 1992. After international intervention the General Framework Agreement for Peace (GFAP) installed peace in 1995. The treaty's aim was not only to establish peace but also to institute democracy in Bosnia. The OSCE were given the task to implement democracy within political institutions and civil society. This in a country with a lack of democratic experience and where great problems with ethnic antagonism still exists.By using democratization and transition theory this single case-study examines how democracy is implemented in Bosnia by the OSCE and clarifies difficulties that this democratization process is facing.

Den 1 juli 2010 avskaffades värnplikten i förmån för ett yrkesförsvar, varpå premisserna för utbildningen av soldater förändrades. Idag har män och kvinnor från 18 år möjlighet att genomföra s.k. Grundläggande Militär Utbildning (GMU) under tre månader på frivillig basis. De nya premisserna kan m.h.t. frivilligheten ställas i paritet med civil vuxenutbildning, där båda upplever exempelvis avhopp till följd av motivationsbrist.Syftet med studien är delvis att identifiera officerarnas upplevda utmaningar på GMU avseende rekryternas tidigare erfarenheter, motivation samt lärarrollen.

Målet med denna rapport är att studera informationssäkerheten på ett företag i den svenska mediebranschen. Att upprätthålla en bra informationssäkerhet är särskilt viktigt för ett medieföretag, då de dagligen hanterar källskyddat material. För att komma över känslig information utfördes penetrationstester genom social-engineering och datautvinning. Resultaten av dessa tester visade att det var relativt enkelt för en angripare att få de anställda att ge ifrån sig lösenord till företagets interna nätverk och VPN-klienter. Datautvinningen visade även att i princip all information gick att utvinna eller återskapa från företagets datorer eftersom man inte använde någon form av kryptering.

Detta examensarbete ingår i kursen Y0009B vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet, där jag gjort en rapport med en övergripande jämförelse kring vägmodellering i Civil 3D 2015 och Novapoint 18.30 som idag är de två vanligaste vägprojekteringsprogrammen i branschen. Jämförelsen har skett utifrån den erfarenhet jag skaffat mig under min studietid då jag kommit i kontakt med de båda programmen. Genom att övergripande förklara hur vägmodellering går till och visualisera med hjälp av bilder, är tanken att detta ska bidra till att skapa förståelse för den som läser rapporten. Jämförelsen baserades på programmens respektive funktioner och hjälpmedel, som sedan ställdes mot varandra och där jag senare upptäckte att programmen visade sig ha många likheter men även en del olikheter. Utifrån jämförelsen och den uppfattning jag skapat mig kring programmen anser jag att Civil 3D ligger steget före i utvecklingen p.g.a.

This report is an evaluation of the cooperation between the rescue command centre and the POSOM-groups (?Psychological and social support?) after the Tsunami catastrophe in December, 2004. The report describes the interaction between these two municipal administrations, what services the rescue command centre provided and how they gathered information. Finally the author suggests different solutions to how the collaboration within these different municipal administrations can be increased and improved in future times of crisis..
