Denna rapport jämför två nätverksarkitekturer för artificiella neurala nätverk vars uppgift är att realisera ett styrsystem för ett fordon som det även skall lära sig att styra. Jämförelsen bygger på utförda experiment där de båda nätverken fick lära sig att styra ett fordon längs en slumpgenererad väg. Båda nätverken bygger på belöningsbaserad inlärning för att lära sig lösa uppgiften.Resultatet av utvärderingen visar både att nätverken inte hade några problem med att lära sig att styra fordonet och att de inte krävde lång tid för att kunna lära sig hur fordonet skulle styras. Resultaten visar inte heller att någon skillnad fanns i vare sig tillförlitlighet eller generaliseringsförmåga hos de båda nätverksarkitekturerna..

Denna studie undersöker hur antalet konjunktionsfel påverkas av feedback av varierande komplexitet. Ett konjunktionsfel uppstår när en sammansatt händelse A&B bedöms som mer sannolik än någon av de ingående händelserna A eller B. Ett datorbaserat experiment med 45 deltagare fördelade på tre betingelser (Singel, Trippel, Mix) kördes. I en träningsfas bedömde deltagarna utgången på spelkuponger innehållande en fotbollsmatch (Singel), tre fotbollsmatcher (Trippel) eller både en och tre fotbollsmatcher (Mix) och fick feedback på bedömningarna. I en testfas gjorde alla deltagarna bedömningar av sannolikheten för vinst på spelkuponger med en eller tre fotbollsmatcher.

The education program System design at the University of Kalmar has since it?s beginning been missing a near by studio for it?s students studying towards audio and music. In the choice of examination project I would take upon this task, which was long wanted for the teachers and students at the university?s Musikhuset.Musikhuset became the buyer of the project, and the studio was to be installed at their premises. Unfortunately, the project got jammed by the university?s financial savings calculations, and was due to this delayed in the end for 11 weeks.

AbstractThe purpose of the study was to examine if manual signs used as support to spoken and written language can be a god mnemonic for learning of word-pictures. I performed my study as an experiment in which I made a Memory game with word-pictures. I played the game with the children twice. The first time, we played without manual signs and the second time I used sign as a support. I observed the children and noted the words they learned to read with and without the support of manual signs.

The impact of the distribution in the soil volume of two farm manures on the net mineralization and immobilization processes of nitrogen were studied in an incubation experiment. Cattle slurry and broiler litter were placed in the soil with three procedures for incorporation including placement on top of the soil (TOP), in the middle of the soil (MID) and mixed homogenously with the soil (MIX). During the two weeks of incubation, few significant differences in net mineralization were seen between TOP, MID and MIX. However, there was a tendency that MIX led to a larger net immobilization of N than placement at one point (TOP and MID). This is also the result in the literature.

The aim of this study is to examine Swedish teachers? role and attitude in the Swedish subject towards motivation and reading fiction at upper secondary school. We are also interested in investigating whether or not there are any differences regarding the way teachers motivate students? depending on their choice of education or not. The method we chose in order to achieve this was interviews with teachers.

In today?s archaeology there?s a growing need for non-invasive prospection methods. However there?s a methodological gap and what?s missing is a method for locating human bones. In this study a specially trained German shepherd is put through scientific tests determining how good the dog is at telling the different between the scent of human and animal bones.

This paper is a study of documentary film production with focus on the filmmakers choice and usage of sound equipment. Using professional articles and literature have first of all helped us determine a standard for the conventional use of sound equipment in documentary film. Afterwards, by analyzing our own interviews we?ve received answers on how filmmakers relate to the conventional usage and why they select equipment as they do. Thereafter, we describe a technical method which helps a filmmaker to be able to record sound for documentary film on his/her own, using simple measures without reducing quality.

De olika lösningar som kommer belysas i denna rapport är att hyra egen fiber, lager2-länk, MPLS och även VPN. Det kommer göras jämförelser mellan dessa lösningar när det gäller kostnad, säkerhet, hastighet och tillförlitlighet. More than 90 % of all business activity in the world market consists of small and midsized companies today. Recent studies have shown that there has been an increase in small companies? certification to ISO's management standards. Smaller organizations tend to have more limited amounts of resources at their disposal than larger ones. This can result in difficulties during the implementation process of ISO 9001.

The aim of this study is to investigate a specific form of Special Interest Tourism (SIT), namely health- and fitnesstravels. This kind of travelling is studied from a Swedish perspective and includes aspects like gender and age in active tourism. It also includes which travel motivations that lies beyond the choice of an active vacation.The study is based on a survey that was sent in an e-mail to the health tourism company InShapeTravel´s customers. The answers to the survey has been analyzed and related to earlier research about active tourism.The result shows that more women than men participate in the kind of healthy travels that InShapeTravel offers. A majority of the respondents are between 41-60 years old and the most common travel motivation was ?Better physic/psychic wellbeing?. .
