Syftet med detta examensarbete var att synliggöra pedagogers olika strategier för att förbättra förutsättningarna för elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Vi ville ge en bild av de förutsättningar som finns i skolan för att främja elevers läs- och skrivutveckling. Vi ville även gestalta innebörden av läs- och skrivsvårigheter.Resultatet visade i att de generella områdena angående arbete med läs- och skrivutvecklingen var lustfyllt lärande, pedagogiska metoder och anpassning till individen. När pedagogerna karaktäriserade läs- och skrivsvårigheter talade de om störande och bristfällig miljö, dåliga och okunniga lärare samt svagheter och störningar hos individen. Det förebyggande arbetet som pedagogerna förespråkade innehöll dokumentation, fördelning av resurser och samarbete med hemmet.

Despite the fact that the issue has been discussed for several decades, there are still no rules in Sweden mandating political parties and candidates to disclose received donations. Because of this lack of transparency, Sweden is not fulfilling some of its international obligations and has fallen behind in the international trend to increase the transparency of election campaign finance. The lack of disclosure rules in Sweden has led to extensive criticism, most notably from the Council of Europe´s group of states against corruption, Greco, who criticized Sweden in light of the guidelines on the subject from the Council of Europe. At this writing, a new proposal for disclosure rules is being prepared at the Department of Justice, DoJ. The proposal is to be presented in spring 2013.

The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the grounds upon which an arbitration clause may be binding in the new relationship between the parties after a transfer of rights and/or obligations. The issue is not regulated by law but instead it has been left to the Supreme Court to regulate. In the Emja-case the Swedish Supreme Court left guidance on the issue. The Supreme Court stated that a third party purchaser of a right where the contract includes an arbitration clause shall be bound by the clause. The arbitration clause is only binding to the remaining part of the initial agreement if no special circumstances exist. The binding effect was justified by the reason that a situation where the purchaser but not the remaining part should be bound to the clause was not sought after and the principle through the 27 § of the Swedish debt instruments act..

Jag har valt att skriva om migrationen i USA mellan 1900 och 1950, detta eftersom dessa årtal var då migrationen var som störst och den har också gått till historien som bokstavligt talat just en folkrörelse.Det har pågått en jämn ström av in- och utflyttning från södern men jag tänker fokusera på den migration som skedde mellan 1900 och 1950.Det som är intressant med migrationen är att den förändrade hela USA genom att den visade att svarta kunde förändra genom att förflytta sig eftersom man därigenom började ändra infrastruktuen och maktbalansen..

In Sweden there are several organisations that takes care of the women and children in need.One of the many organizations you can turn to is women's shelter organizations. They are nonprofit organizations. They depend on the contribution of peoples free time and on the government's awareness of the work that the organization do. The social services has the main responsibility to take care of women and children in need.

I läroplanen för förskolan Lpfö-98 står det att barnen på förskolan skall ges möjligheter att vistas såväl inomhus som utomhus och att utomhusvistelsen skall ge barnen möjligheter till lek i planerad och naturmiljö. Syftet med studien är dels att upptäcka om och i så fall på vilket sätt samlingen, som en planerad aktivitetsform i förskolan, skiljer sig om den sker utomhus från om den genomförs inomhus och dels att undersöka vilket inflytande barn tilldelas på samlingar inomhus respektive utomhus. Studien utgår från kvalitativ ansats och bygger på videoobservationer och återkopplande intervjuer (stimulated recall). I studien ingår två lärare verksamma i förskolan och barn i åldrarna 3-5 år. Resultatet visar att det inte förekommer skillnad mellan samlingarna inomhus och utomhus när det gäller form, lärarens förhållningssätt och barnens inflytande. Skillnaden som resultatet visar handlar om lärarnas olika sätt att hålla i samlingen och inte om deras sätt att använda sig av möjligheter som utomhusmiljön erbjuder. Barns möjligheter till inflytande påverkas inte av att samlingen hålls vare sig inomhus eller utomhus.

Detta är en uppsats med syfte att analysera och motbevisa den allmänna föreställningen om att endast högerextremister och Nationalsocialister begår hatbrott. Detta görs med hjälp av frågor som, varför existerar denna föreställning? Vilka antaganden tas i ett sådan föreställning? Vilka är motargumenten? Med hjälp av en diskursanalys, analyseras rapporteringen av ett hatbrott från ett antal tidningsartiklar, för att på så vis kunna visa hur media osynliggör de personer som utför hatbrott men inte definierar sig som extremister. Vidare handlar uppsatsen om ett upprätthållande av heternormativiten dels genom hatbrott men även konstruktionen av det avvikande..

States have sovereignty in deciding how to tax business profits. If two states wish to tax the same profit that belongs to the same taxpayer, double taxation will arise. The increasing number of multinational companies gives rise to double taxation problems and the states have to co-operate to find out how to avoid such problems. The OECD Model Tax Convention includes an article in how to determine the rights to tax business profits. This article has been a subject of discussion and a committee of the OECD has been working to develop a new article 7.The work in proposing this new article has had as its aim to reassure that the interpretations of this regulation is made in the same way.

Hur samverkar de nationella folkhälsomålen med fysisk planering, och på vilket sätt kan folkhälsomålen beaktas för att förbättra förutsättningarna för ökad fysisk aktivitet hos barn? Denna studie är en fallstudie i Hjo kommun. Studien tar utgångspunkt i kommunens folkhälsoproblematik som visar att det finns en hög förekomst av övervikt hos barn. Intentionen är att undersöka vilka organisatoriska processer som kan underbygga det kommunala arbetet med folkhälsomålen, liksom att ta reda på vilka faktorer i den fysiska miljön som skapar förutsättningar för barns fysiska aktivitet. Avsikten med studien har varit att skapa ett underlag för Hjo kommuns översiktliga planering.

This thesis examines the ideological implications of an emerging shift in human rights-issues regarding information. As Intellectual Property becomes increasingly important to the economy of developed nations previously commonly owned or unprotected information runs a real risk of becoming privatized. The World Trade Organization and its binding agreements GATS and TRIPS are subjected to a critical ideology-analysis, with special efforts to elucidate possible effects on the public service realm and its commitment as provider of free information as a human right. The result suggests that not only does a threat to information as such a right exist, but that its ideological basis however seemingly rooted in a liberal/neoliberal context actually in its express views on information deviates from liberal/neoliberal theory in many ways, and that there are theoretical inconsistencies in that same ideology..

The purpose of this study is to investigate the lunchtime from a language development perspective. It will compare two preschools with different ways of organizing mealtimes and observe the conversations between teachers and children. It will also study the ways in which a meal is served and how it affects the conversations. In one of the preschools the children eat in a proper dining room where the food is served as a buffet while in the other preschool the children eat in the preschoolarea and the food is served in bowls on the tables. I also want to investigate how two of these preschool teachers reflect on the mealtimes as part of the language development plan.

This study is about how to develop younger teens problem solving ability and their social competence. The study carried through by using a qualitative method, two observations and ten interviews. The observations where preparatory for the structured interviews. The respondents where pupils in a class were it is an ongoing project which purpose is to develop childrens problem solving ability and social skills with cognitive training and an empowerment based reasoning model that is called rahyab. To understand and explain how the borderland between civil and corporate societies areconstructed and reproduced in the organisations subjectivity. I want to study the navigationsand interpretations of the different actors in the field in an explorative manner.? How do the leaders of the organisations interpret governing and strategic management? Whatconcepts are used? How is the leadership constructed?How do they discuss the demands of management and structure coming from outside theorganisations? How are the organisations shaped by accountability and normative conceptions of leadership?What is their view on the demands coming from within the organisations? What role does thedemocratic governance body have in relation to the employees and the management?What is their view on employment, relations with trade unions and employer associations andthe managerial position of the organisations?The Swedish context with strong emphasis on membership and democratic rights for themembers and volunteers has not gained a large impact on the international researchconcerning non-profit management. Instead the service delivering organisations working withgovernment contract and hired recruiters and volunteer management is in focus. This makes ita very interesting area of research.

This case study examines how upper secondary schools in a municipality in the northern parts of Sweden structure their special pedagogy with students who have ADHD and dyslexia, students? and parents? experiences of this, and what regulates the schools management in this particular aspect. The results show that all the schools have special pedagogues and other support staff employed, though in varied extent. Furthermore, the resources are distributed differently from school to school. The focus, however, is always around communication between the concerned parties.
