The aim of this study is to through six interviews, with six experienced, social workers?, in three cities, understand how the child?s position in the Swedish child protective services? enquiries has change, and the factors behind it. The aim is also to compare if the social workers? view of the child?s position in the enquire has change accordingly to Socialstyrelsens intentions of BBIC. The theoretical approaches that was used is the new institutionalism, the Shier?s pathways to participation and the term discretion.

Internet dating is a relatively new phenomenon that, in using the opportunities of the internet, has taken traditional dating to a new level. The business idea is simple as such. The company provides its customers with a platform that enables interaction, leaving the value creation to the customers. A qualitative study is conducted investigating and mapping the Swedish market for Internet dating. It is researched what the characteristics of the companies are, what the Internet dating businesses in Sweden offer, what the prevailing market conditions are, and lastly what challenges lie ahead for the industry and how they can be solved.

Ledarskapet i en organisation påverkar i hög grad hur organisationen fungerar. På senare år har forskningen mer och mer kommit att förorda det autentiska ledarskapet där vikten av förutsägbarhet, rättvisa, omsorg och en kombination av relationsinriktning och uppgiftsorientering betonas. Grupphandledning kan vara ett sätt för chefer att lära sig relationsbyggande. I föreliggande studie genomgick 75 första linjens chefer inom sjukvården handledning i mindre grupper under ett år. Utifrån deltagarnas svar på självskattningsformuläret Hjulet var syftet att undersöka huruvida handledningen hade lett till någon förändring i sex grundläggande personlighetsindex samt i deltagarnas egen uppfattning om sig själva som ledare.

För att få en förståelse kring hur en individs förhållande till mat ger sig i uttryck samt hur dess bakgrund och nutida händelser påverkar valde vi att göra en kvalitativ undersökning. Undersökningen valdes att göra med betoning på upplevelser, därav valet av fenomenologi som ansats. Mat och ätande kan ses som problematiskt vilket medför att vår kvalitativa forskning syftar till att dels se till individernas unika berättelser och mångfalden av hur man uppfattar fenomenet och dels se till de gemensamma komponenter som utgör fenomenet utan att kritisera.Syftet var att undersöka och förstå det sociala fenomenet människans relation till mat genom livet. Syftet delades därefter upp i tre frågeställningar som sedan låg till grund för den semistrukturerade, öppna intervjuguide som utformades.Vår hypotes var att människor hela tiden förändrar sin verklighet och sina tankar kring mat. I resultatet såg vi att det var sociala faktorer som utvecklade och styrde individernas syn på fenomenet samt att stora händelser även kan förändra relationen till mat..

Bakgrund: Fibromyalgi (FMS) är en sjukdom som främst drabbar kvinnor i yngre medelåldern och kan medföra livsstilsförändringar på grund av kronisk muskelsmärta samt trötthet. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att kartlägga vilka copingstrategier som patienter med fibromyalgi använder sig av. Metod: Goodmans sju steg i Willlman et al (2006) användes för ett systematiskt tillvägagångssätt. De databaser som användes för litteratursökningen var PubMed, CINAHL, Medline, Cochrane Library och PsychInfo. Tio vetenskapliga artiklar granskades av två oberoende författare med granskningsprotokoll från Willman et al (2006) modifierad av författarna.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the ways in which emotion regulation and mood affects risk taking when it comes to decision making competence. Emotion regulation is an essential part of the attachment process, the development of an autonomous self and functional stress coping systems. Research indicates that there is a relation between a distorted emotion regulation and some psychological disorders like depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders and borderline (or instable emotional personality disorder). There is a definite need to analyze the relation between emotion regulation and decision making competence since it is relatively unexplored. A digital questionnaire was distributed amongst the participants.

En enkätundersökning utfördes på ledare inom olika företag i Örebro och Tranås. Syftet var att jämföra ledares upplevda stressnivå på små, mellanstora och stora företag, samt att undersöka deras stresshanteringsförmåga, hälsa och arbetstillfredsställelse. Enkäten bestod av 117 frågor som mätte olika stressförhållanden som t.ex. kvantitativ överstimulering, rolloklarhet och ledarskap. Vidare mätte enkäten mental och fysisk hälsa, stresshanteringsmetoder, individegenskaper och arbetstillfredsställelse.

This bachelor thesis explores the library collaboration "HelGe-libraries" goals, guidelines and strategies for their resource sharing of library books and digital resources. The questions asked were: What does the resource sharing look like when it comes to media and services? What goals and guidelines do they have for the resource sharing? What common strategies do they have for the resource sharing? What challenges have they encountered with resource sharing and how have they dealt with them?The theoretical framework consists of Jennifer Rowleys theory of innovation strategies for libraries and Rosabeth Moss Kanters theory on the art of alliances. The method used to collect material was interviews and document analysis. Four informants were interviewed.My study concludes that the "HelGe-libraries" has formulated goals for their resource sharing and that the resource sharing is connected to their goals.

Failed system development projects are a common sight within the IT-industry. During the last ten years we have seen several more or less disastrous high profile projects being reported in the news. One aspect that might hold some of the responsibility for these failures is the fact that more organisations are knowledge intensive which makes their work processes difficult to capture in computer systems. How requirements engineering is handled becomes even more important in these cases, where processes are unpredictable and rely on individual judgement and knowledge. In this study we have examined the challenges of developing systems for knowledge intensive businesses through a method of qualitative case study of a university laboratory.

The aim of this essay is to investigate whether the role of the teacher and the teaching in the classroom is affected when the Ipad is introduced in an one-to-one situation, and if so how these effects occur. Previous research show that the introduction of new technology in education offers hope of a more effective way of learning but that this at the same time leads to challenges for traditional ways of teaching and traditional views on knowledge (Säljö & Linderoth (red.) 2009, Erixon (red.) 2014).The method used is a qualitative interview in combination with observations used as a complement to the interviews. Four teachers working on an upper secondary school have been interviewed and one lesson in English taught as a foreign language and one lesson in social science have been observed.The results show that the use of Ipad changes how the teachers relate to and use the teaching material, as all material can be gathered in the Ipad and accessed at all times and can also be shared with the pupils. The Ipad also makes it easier for the teachers to offer pupils individual instructions which the teachers view as positive. In addition, the Ipad enables a change in regards to the pupils as they switch from being users to becoming producers in the use of the Ipad which in the teachers? opinions offers more profound ways of learning..

Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur fyra mödrar beskriver sina upplevelser av att ha en son med Aspergers syndrom. Fokus låg särskilt på beskrivningar av hur vardagslivet såg ut i kontakt med professionella, så som myndigheter och skolan, samt det sociala nätverket i form av familj och vänner. För att uppfylla syftet formulerades följande frågeställningar: Hur upplever mödrar till söner med Aspergers syndrom sin vardag? Vilka copingstrategier använder de i vardagslivet? För att besvara frågeställningarna genomfördes semi-strukturerade intervjuer med tre teman. Studiens vetenskapsfilosofiska utgångspunkt var social konstruktivism.

Stadsmissionen i Stockholm initierade denna studie då personalen uppmärksammat en växande grupp unga bostadslösa föräldrar. Sex unga bostadslösa mammors upplevelse av sitt föräldraskap, relation till sitt barn samt egen psykisk hälsa och stress undersöktes genom halvstrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer samt med enkätinstrumenten CES-D och SPSQ. Intervjumaterialet bearbetades med hjälp av tematisk analys. Åtta teman framkom: Social situation, Egen individuation, De egna föräldrarna, Nätverk, Syn på barnet, Konfliktfyllda eller emotionellt påfrestande situationer mellan mamma och barn, Interaktion med barnet och Coping. Mammorna upplevde att bostadssituationen påverkade föräldraskapet negativt.

This bachelor?s thesis studies Carl Str?mbergs ?ppeltr?dg?rd, a private garden consisting of a large number of apple trees and varieties. The garden is located outside ?rebro, in N?rke, and is owned by a unit owner association whose goal is to preserve and determine the varieties. Through interviews, articles, site visits and documents from Carl Str?mberg, the purpose have been to get an understanding of who Carl Str?mberg was, how he collected the apple varieties and how that process was affected by the climate amongst apple growing and pomology during that time.

Deliberate self harm as defined pathologically as well as socially is becoming an increasing phenomenon within forensic psychiatry. Nurses working with patients who have self harm behaviour and are confined to forensic psychiatry face different challenges which affect their feelings and attitudes in different ways, in their nursing practice.Purpose: To explore nurses? experiences of caring for patients who suffer from deliberate self harm behaviour and are confined to forensic psychiatry.Method: Qualitative semi- structured interview s from eight nurses working within the forensic psychiatric clinic. Interviews were analysed by using a qualitative content analysis.Results: They worked strategically and emphasized the importance of teamwork, good communication and urged for the need to get necessary education, staff focused tutoring and patient focused therapy.Conclusion: Need for necessary education, patient focused therapy and staff focused tutor is needed to empower staff working with patients who are confined within forensic psychiatry and suffer from deliberate self harm behaviour..

Bakgrund: I det dagliga arbetet på en vårdavdelning arbetar sjuksköterskan i en miljö som är stressande. För att kunna hantera detta krävande arbete och avvärja hot används ofta olika copingstrategier speciellt då personen inte tror sig ha tillräckliga resurser för att hantera situationen. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa hur sjuksköterskan kan påverkas av arbetsrelaterad stress och hur den kan hanteras. Metod: En litteraturstudie har genomförts med hjälp av sju artiklar som har analyserats med kvalitativ ansats. Resultat: Ett antal stressorer inom sjuksköterskans vårdarbete identifierades såsom hög arbetsbelastning, tidsbrist och brist på kontroll.
