Objectives: The aim in this thesis has been to generate information relevant for strategic positioning and future evaluations within the scientific field of sport and exercise psychology. This has been done by request, and in collaboration with The Group of Sport and Exercise Psychology at the Institution of Psychology at the University of Umeå.Research questions:  (1) How does the cognitive structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to research topics in current sport-psychological research, i.e. the research front? (2) How does the social structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to formal scientific collaboration?Data: 879 articles published between 2008-2011 were used in this study. The population of articles were collected from a set of 5 core journals: International Journal of Sport Psychology, Journal of Applied Sport Psychology, Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology, The Sport Psychologist, Psychology of Sport and Exercise.

Försäljning har alltid varit en del av företag men har blivit mer uppmärksammat och betydelsefullt på senare tid. För att företag ska generera mycket pengar krävs ofta en bra försäljningsenhet varpå toppsäljare kommit att bli en central del i affärsverksamheter. Den här studien är en beskrivning av hur toppsäljare själva upplever varför de presterar mycket bättre än andra. Tio deltagare bestående av försäljare med olika bakgrunder djupintervjuades och data bearbetades genom en kvalitativ tematisk analys. I resultatet framkom att vissa faktorer upplevs viktiga för att lyckas som toppsäljare.

Bergslagets museum is one of the oldest industrial museums in Sweden. It opened in 1922 in Falun, by the big mining company Stora Kopparbergs Bergslags Aktiebolag. This is a study of why a company would be interested in running a museum, why Bergslagets museum opened and who the people were that created it.Several persons were involved in collecting and organizing the models of old machinery, letters, paintings, pictures that was to become the Bergslagets museum. This paper shows different motives behind the opening of an industrial museum in Falun and gives a presentation of its superintendants, Carl Sahlin, Alvar Silow, Erik Johan Ljungberg and Olof Söderberg. Abstract The purpose of this study is to further understand swedish highschoolstudents perspective on the subject of history. In order to produce an answer a series of qualitative interviews were conducted with six students of mixed ages, ethnicity an gender. Their answers were evaluated using relevant didactic theories focusing on the use of history, historical consciousness as presented by Klas-Goran Karlsson. Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att konstruera en generell svensk mikrokreditmodell utifrån invandrares situation. Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod och våra empiriska undersökningar har gjorts i form av intervjuer med fyra organisationer; Almi, IFS, Pitem och Ekobanken.Viktigaste slutsatser: Mikrokrediter har internationellt sett varit ett framgångsrikt sätt att motverka fattigdom och finansieringsutanförskap. I Sverige har vi inte samma mått av fattigdom som i tredje världen, men vissa invandrare befinner sig i ett finansieringsutanförskap på grund av kulturella svårigheter och kunskapsbrister om svenska lagar och regler samt svensk praxis. Den mikrokreditmodell vi utvecklat poängterar rådgivning som en central funktionen och påpekar samtidigt att en mikrokredit kan vara ett bra sätt att underlätta för invandrare vid framtida kreditansökningar..

This study deals with questions about male and female, power and church, related to the Mariologies of three prominent leaders in the Church of Sweden in the last century: Erling Eidem, Paulina Mariadotter and Cristina Grenholm. The mentioned topics are important for conservative High Church people as well as for radical feminists, and they are therefore necessary to address in the context of discussions about the church´s identity and the search of greater unity.Each Mariology is related to contemporary ideas about the relations between male and female, and to the tradition of the church as the leaders themselves see it. During the years 1920-2010 the relations between the sexes changed a lot as a result of the impact of modernity, which also affected how people perceived the relationship between the individual and the tradition/authorities. The present study concludes that there is a connection between Mariology and contemporary ideas about male and female. However, the Mariologist´s attitude to the tradition of the church seems to decide which perspective is allowed to dominate.

In my essay, I write about the work at a pre-school in a segregated suburb. I begin my essay with examples from my workday. In one case, it is about Sara, playing games where other children are excluded and she also exhibits a power game towards me. In the second example, it is about how a group of children conspire and expose both themselves and others for destructive conspiracy patterns. When I write down what happens in the group of children at my pre-school, I see patterns reminiscent of destructive gangs.

Despite Sweden's ranking as one of the least corrupt countries in the world, recent studies suggest that the prevalence of corruption in the private sector is growing, now approaching international levels. Over the past couple of years, Sweden has witnessed a growing number of scandals involving unethical behavior on the part of its corporate sector. Corruption has gained the attention of authorities, legislators and the public - putting the private sector under pressure to take action to prevent such corporate misconduct. As a result, companies increasingly prioritize strategies and policies aiming to prevent corruption. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of the role of leadership in such preventive work.

During the three first centuries A.D the cult to roman emperor was practiced over the absolute majority of the known world. It was based on the idea of the deified ruler, where religion was used as a way of legitimizing a social position of an absolute few. It arrived from below but was promoted and spread from above as a way of governmental control. During the same period of time did a new aristocratic social group emerge in remote Scandinavia that eagerly sought new ways to identify themselves and their newly found social standing. Syftet med undersökningen var att kartlägga vilka faktorer som påverkar elever att bli intresserade av biologi. 50 studenter som läser biologi- eller molekylärbiologi¬programmet deltog i en enkätundersökning där de fick svara på öppna såväl som styrda frågor om vilka faktorer, inom och utanför skola, som format deras intresse. Från undersökningen framgick det att studenterna blivit mycket påverkade av sin omgivande miljö under uppväxten och att läraren har en mycket central roll för att skapa positiv attityd för biologi. Resultatet från enkätundersökningen visar att de studenter som genomfört fler laborationer och diskuterat mer också känner att skolan påverkat dem positivt. Studenterna var positiva till att läsa mer om aktuella ämnen..

AbstractThe real estate sector is today responsible for 40 per cent of the total amount of energy consumption within the members of the EU. All over the world there are collaborations within research and projects to find ways of reducing the amount of energy consumed by the real estate sector. In Sweden, a directive from the European Union has posed demands on authorities as well as on the private sector to reduce the amount of energy consumed by new building constructions. Together with the directive from the EU there are also new requirements and demands from Boverket for the real estate sector.  These requirements mostly concern the energy consumption of kilowatt-hour per square metre and that the consumed energy also should be renewable.  The aim of this study is to explain what kind of value municipalities experience in using certifications and environmental investments for new and existing buildings. Within the chapter theory, essential areas are described such as; environmental certification systems, economical viability, proceeds connected to building green, difficulties with building green, the performance of green buildings when affected by the behaviour of tenants and customer value.  The following chapter describes the methodology with which we have conducted this study.

This essay examines how the author of 1 Peter exhorted Christ-believing slaves and wives in 1 Pet 2:18-3:6, a passage that invites questions about submission, questions that, in contemporary contexts, are oftentimes controversial. The essay also calls attention to the advantages and the complexities of understanding 2:18-3:6 relative to ancient Roman familial and hierarchical structures. A close exegetical analysis of the passage points out a variety of scholarly viewpoints on ?Peter?s? admonitions to slaves and wives. Following the exegetical analysis, attention is given to feminist hermeneutics and to potential uses of this biblical text in contemporary contexts.

I dagens samhälle är lösenord en central del av var människas vardag. Medvetenheten om vikten av ett säkert lösenord och vilka hot mot informationssäkerheten som existerar är en viktig del av en organisations säkerhetsarbete. Arbetet undersökte hur studenter på Linnéuniversitetet hanterar sina lösenord samt hur medvetna de är om existerande hot och attacker som kan äventyra lösenordets integritet. För att samla in data genomfördes en enkätundersökning. Ett program skapades med syfte att betygsätta användarnas lösenord och på ett pedagogiskt vis utbilda dem i hur ett säkert lösenord skapas.

Studien syftar till att undersöka manliga idrottslag och få en ökad kunskap i gruppdynamikens uppbyggnad och påverkan på laget och dess individer. Metoden som används för detta är tre stycken halvstrukturerade intervjuer samt observationer. Resultatet visade att gruppdynamiken är en väldigt vikig del av idrottslag. Stämningen som finns är byggd på gamla traditioner om hur män i grupp ska fungera samt på en rollsättning som görs i laget. Detta i sin tur skapar en speciell ton och kommunikation inom laget som främjar vi-känslan och samhörigheten.
