Traditionsprincipen, det vill säga ett krav på besittningsförändring för uppnående av borgenärsskydd, har länge varit en central del av svensk sakrätt. Denna princip har under lång tid varit flitigt diskuterad, både försvarad och kritiserad. Genom avskaffandet av kravet på tradition vid konsumentköp tappade principen en del av sin ställning vid köp av lösöre. I och med det förslag som kommer att lämnas genom en utredning senare i år finns tecken på att traditionsprincipen kan komma att tappa ytterligare mark. Utredningens uppdrag är nämligen att lägga fram ett förslag om huruvida traditionsprincipen ska ersättas med avtalsprincipen vid köp av lösöre även i kommersiella relationer.Huruvida det är önskvärt att traditionsprincipen avskaffas på detta område eller inte är en fråga som diskuterats i sådan utsträckning att någon ytterligare ingående diskussion på området knappast är av intresse.

IT-system i de flesta organisationer består ofta av en stor mängd olika applikationer som är utvecklade under åren med varierad teknik på olika plattformar. Applikationerna kommunicerar med varandra över ett datanätverk, med den information och teknik som passade för ändamålet då de utvecklades. Med allt snabbare förändringstakt ökar behovet av applikationsintegration. För att hantera komplexiteten används i allt större omfattning någon form av Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) som bas för kommunikation mellanapplikationer. Då applikationer ansluts genom ett centralt MOM-system möjliggörs kommunikation som baseras på en-till-många, vilket skapar förutsättningar för en specifik variant som kallas för publish/subscribe.

Through amongst others, the agenda setting theory and the framing theory, this report seeks to understand how media describes the swine influenza and how it uses its power to influence people to vaccinate. As this report will show, there is no doubt that media has had an impact on the Swedish population of which 60 per cent followed through with the vaccination. Media used an information discourse and attempted to present its articles in an impartial manner and used governmental authorities and experts to support its arguments.

Ear piercing performed in hairdressing salons and jewellery shops using a piercing gun has been set aside from the obligation to notify the local environmental and public health authorities, due to the use of disposable cassette with the piercing gun. According to the Swedish environmental code each practitioner are required to prevent any health hazards arisen from the operation. Local bacterial infection is the most frequent complication associated with the ear piercing procedure and to prevent the potential risk of such an event, hygiene conditions in both the premises and in procedures are essential. The purpose of the report was to examine the presence of ear piercing practitioners in Umeå and their current hygiene conditions. The study consisted of interviews with employees and managers on site whose answers was evaluated and compared to the general recommendations of The National Board of Health and Welfare.

By pinpointing and analysing central discourses caused by this paradigm breaking invention, this academic effort reveals the morbid moral of the story caused by loose speculations and the lack of knowledge..

The aim of this study was to examine how the social services could investigate and support children of irregular immigrants within the boundaries of the law. More specifically it aimed to examine the legal possibilities and obstacles for the social services to support irregular immigrants, how the officials at the social services act considering the legal aspects, and how they reason morally and ethically when dealing with irregular immigrants. To answer the aim of the study the theory of positive law was used combined with qualitative interviews with two officials at the social services. Moreover a small quantitative telephone study with officials in the social services and with voluntary organizations was made. The study has used theories of sociology of law, law and ethics, and professional (civil) disobedience.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to look into how ex-offenders experience that stigmatization and labeling- processes might affect their possibilities to create an integrated and adapted life in society. It is also of interest to study how and if the interviewees experience their self-image to be affected by these processes. Our research-questions are:-          How do ex-offender males experience stigmatization and labeling-processes to impact their possibilities when trying to re-integrate into society?-          Do ex-offender males experience their self-image being affected by stigmatization and labeling-processes? If so, how are they affected? In order to achieve this we interviewed members of the organization KRIS in Örebro, where we selected males over 23 years of age with a prior prison sentence. The study is based on the labeling-theory of Howard Becker as well as the stigma-theory by Erving Goffman.In the conclusions derived from the results we found that the interviewees experience a more distinct and obvious stigmatization and labeling from authorities such as the police and the legal system, than that from other people in society.

The theme of this essay is literacy training in pre-school. The theme takes it starting point in a project, where my colleagues and I noticed our children playing with writing and symbols. It leads to an exciting, reflecting and developing project, a project that will go on for six months together with twenty children in the age of five and six.The essay describes how I and the rest of the staff work with the project, and also how we try to find challenges that are meaningful for our children. When we worked with the project I ended up in a dilemma how I as a teacher was to retain the children?s joy and curiosity for writing without making it boring.

In the beginning of 2009 The County Administrative Boards assumed the responsibility of animal welfare, a task previously performed by the individual municipalities. This transfer was made with the aim of achieving more efficient and equivalent animal welfare controls across the country. Previous studies among animal owners have shown a somewhat negative image of animal welfare controls. This study focuses on investigating the experiences of the horse keepers in the County of Halland concerning animal welfare. The study is based on a questionnaire which was sent to 423 horse keepers in Halland, of which 130 were returned with information that laid the foundation of this study.

För att klara av hög press under en längre period utan att få utmattningssyndrom är det viktigt med återhämtning, vilket fås vid åsyn av eller vistelse i natur eller grönska. Flera studier visar på många positiva effekter av natur, bland andra bättre humör, snabbare tillfrisknande, högre smärttröskel och ökad koncentrationsförmåga. Därför bör grönska och grönområden, speciellt i stora städer, prioriteras.

?Development of methods for the planning and implementation of ditch clearing with modern methods?, is a long title for an exam work but that is what this report describes. In Sweden, we have a limited area available, and with the present development with increasing market oil prices, and enormous forces on the renewable energy sources, we need every hectare possible to protect the output of the forests. So with this in mind, many people are now considering how to increase the production of the forests that are already available. A part of production increases is to manage the existing forests, and not to allow this area to go to cultivation or become marshland. We manage our forests in a way that benefits the environment, and we consider that our working practice over the years has shown us to be correct and well functioning. A part of our way of producing forests is to ensure that we have functioning drainage systems in the forest holdings which we administer. The responsible at Holmen Skog requested a good method to make inventories of the drainage systems of Holmen forests. This Degree Project is about ways to identify and implement drainage systems with modern methods. It deals with authorities regulations, and how they operate in different counties.

Det är många faktorer som påverkar elevernas självuppfattning. Vi som lärare har ett stort ansvar för att på bästa sätt hjälpa eleverna att skapa en personlighet de kan vara stolta över. Vi har sett att motivationen har en central roll i hur elever presterar. Genom att skapa ett klimat i klassrummet som främjar elevernas lust att lära och som motverkar stress och prestationskrav får eleverna en positivare själuppfattning. Det är viktigt att låta eleverna göra fel så att de inser att det är av sina misstag de utvecklas..

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this essay is first to get a general idea about a group of working teachers thoughts of mathematics and the teaching in mathematics. I also would like to find out what they think affect pupils relationship to the subject. The surveys main purpose is to compare teachers in grade 4-6 and teachers in grade 7-9 view of what you as a teacher can do to further the learning in mathematics. I have done eight interviews. Four of them are with teachers in grade 4-6 and the other four interviews are with teachers in grade 7-9.Concerning the result of my examination it is difficult to come to a general conclusion.

Archbishop KG Hammar has attracted attention for his liberal position in theology. His view on the role of language and communication is central in several books and articles he has published as leader of the Church of Sweden. One of his main theses is the fact that meaning is created in the encounter between text and reader. He often reiterates: God is relation.
