De elektroniska marknadsplatsernas betydelse för affärstransaktioner världen över har ökat dramatiskt de senaste åren. Allt fler företag väljer att ta med sina befintliga kundkontakter eller skapa nya via dessa marknadsplatser. Dock finns det vissa problem med dessa, ofta webbaserade system, de har inte en tillfred- ställande grad av användbarhet respektive handlingsbarhet. Syftet med vår undersökning var att beskriva vilka aspekter av de olika perspek- tiven, användbarhet samt handlingsbarhet, som kan anses vara mer betydande än andra att ta hänsyn till vid utveckling av elektroniska B2B marknadsplatser. Användbarhet är ett perspektiv som behandlar aspekter som att systemet skall vara lätt att använda, lätt att lära, subjektivt tilltalande osv.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how investments are justified in the Swedish data Center industry, with a focus on cooling equipment. This is achieved through semi-structured interviews with 20 different interviewees. These interviewees represent different facets of the industry and facilitate an understanding of which factors, such as: investment costs, operating costs, reliability, environmental impact and the influence of external and internal actors, come into play and to which degree they impact the investment decision-making process. The results show that primarily low operating cost in the form of low energy consumption is the driving factor when it comes to the procurement of new equipment. A lower environmental impact is a positive side-effect of lower energy consumption.

Den amerikanske luftmaktsteoretikern John A Warden III har skrivit ett flertal artiklar och böcker om vad han anser är det bästa sättet att använda luftmakt. Warden förordar luftmaktens offensiva natur och eftersträvar ett snabbt, för egen del, fördelaktigt slut på en konflikt. Warden har bl.a. liknat fienden vid ett system, där han menar att strävan skall ligga i att slå ut fiendens ledarskikt vilket får tillföljd att dess vilja till strid upphör.I detta arbete ges en sammanfattning av, enligt författaren, centrala delar av Wardens teorier. Sammanfattningen mynnar ut i tre stycken parametrar som kommer att utgöra Wardens teorier i detta arbete.

This work is about leisure educators' views on educational quality in large groups of children. School Centers will contribute to children's development and learning through meaningful leisure and leisure educators' contribution with a high educational quality. There are a lot of discussions and writings about growing groups of children. How are the leisure education and its quality affected by increasing children's groups? It sparked my interest and therefore I wanted to examine this more closely how it might look in the leisure activities.The aim of this work was to examine leisure educators' perspective on how the educational quality is affected by large groups of children and what is considered of leisure educators' as a high educational quality.To answer my purpose five interviews was made with leisure educators' in different parts of Sweden and also by studying the theoretical foundations and literature for school Centers and leisure education.The results of the interviews reveal, among other things, that leisure educators' feel that the large groups of children affects the quality of teaching at many levels.

At ABB LV Motors in Västerås the shaft is assembled into the rotor with a shrink fit. After athorough investigation of the assembly method, several factors that make the insertion of theshaft more difficult has been discovered. Some affect the assembly directly while others onlyhave an indirect influence. The investigation has shown that the radial play between the shaftsouter radius and the rotors inner radius might be too small which could lead to anunsuccessful assembly. For the larger rotors, the condition is the opposite, and the rotor mightmove compared to the shaft direct after the assembly when the rotor still is warm.

Active work to increase the efficiency of energy use is taking place in Sweden and throughout all of Europe. Electricity is an important part in our society?s energy system which means that the electrical grid operators and associated therewith has a central role in this work. Monitoring and controlling the electrical grids are managed from the distribution system operator?s DC, dispatch Center.The aim of this report is to examine how the operations in a typical DC on the Swedish electricity distribution network will look like in five to ten years.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på hur de privata och offentliga vårdcentralerna i Hallands län hanterar sina varumärken. Genom denna studie kan vi se hur vårdcentralerna utmärker sig från varandra i vårdmarknaden samt vilka likheter och skillnader som finns mellan de två olika verksamhetsformernas, de privata och de offentliga, hantering av varumärke.Studien är baserad på en kvalitativ metod och det empiriska materialet har inhämtats genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Sex vårdcentraler, varav tre offentliga och tre privata, från Hallands län har deltagit i undersökningen. Resultatet har sedan analyserats med hjälp av tidigare forskning och relevanta begrepp inom områdena varumärkesuppbyggnad och varumärkeskommunikation.Resultatet visar att varumärkesarbete är något som både de offentliga och de privata vårdcentralerna, medvetet och omedvetet, arbetar med. Vissa vårdcentraler anser att varumärkesarbete är något som är viktigt för deras verksamhet medan andra vårdcentraler ser det som mindre viktigt.

Uppdraget som låg till grund för detta examensarbete var att utveckla Vattenfall Science Centers utställning och verksamhet. Uppdraget formulerades i ett syfte att studera hur sciencecentret som koncept kan utvecklas genom att pröva hur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv pålärande yttrar sig i skapandet av en interaktiv installation. Målet med arbetet är att föreslå hurett science Center kan formas och utvecklas för att skapa förutsättningar för lärande.Arbetet delades upp i tre delar. Första delen består av en studie av litteratur med syfteatt få en övergripande bild av den forskning som berör lärande på museer. Målet var att belysaviktiga aspekter för lärande på museer.

In order to analyze customers? relations a quantitative study has been conducted; focusing on customer satisfaction and customer commitment.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the public libraries work towards SFI (Swedish For Immigrants) based on the views of the overseeing librarians. To study this we have asked the following research questions:What distinguishes the public libraries? work towards SFI according to the responsible librarians? What distinguishes the communication between SFI teachers and the librarians according to the responsible librarians? What opinions are held by the librarians in regards to their work with SFI?We have used a semi structured interview method with seven librarians in charge of the activities with SFI at small and medium sized public libraries in a rural area of Sweden. The theoretical framework is composed of Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model for analysis of the local public library profile and the authors? definition of collaboration.
