Abstrakt Titel: Kommunikationens roll vid implementering av Balanserat Styrkort -En studie om förbättrad kommunikation vid implementeringen Författare: Cecilia Dorbell, Emelie Carlsson och Lotta Norrena Handledare: Katrin Franander Institution: Institutionen för Industriell ekonomi, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola Kurs: Kandidatarbete i Företagsekonomi, 15 högskolepoäng Syfte: Den här studien syftar till att förbättra samt ge en större förståelse för kommunikationen vid implementeringen av balanserade styrkort. Metod: Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie och undersökningen baseras på intervjuer gjorda bland fyra kommunala bolag i Sverige. Slutsatser: Studien leder fram till att ett samband identifieras mellan kommunikation, motivation och måluppfyllelse, samt mellan kommunikation, kultur och lärande. Detta samband kan användas för att förstå och förbättra kommunikationen vid implementering av balanserat styrkort. .

To fulfill the purpose of this paper three high school teacher in Swedish were interviewed.The survey shows that respondents working in various ways with the history of literature, either in the eras, themes or projects. The perception of what literature and the authors to be affected varies between respondents, particularly the perception of the work about authors from Värmland.

The chosen perspectiv is social constructivism. The study is based on 20 scientific studies: 17 from Northern America, two from Great Britain and one from Sweden. Central themes from the studies have been created from different subject viewpoints. The results of this study shows that women have different needs when treatment is required.

The aim of this master thesis is to find out how indexing of fiction works. I look at the consistency when users? choices of index words are compared with each other and I also compare users? choices to the current indexing made by libraries. I examine the subject heading list, Att indexera skönlitteratur, to find out how well it works in this particular context. The investigation included seven users who, in three steps, are creating a subject heading index of the Swedish novel Klippdockan by Cecilia Dahlheim.

Vårt examensarbete behandlar grupprocesser i ett tematiskt grupparbete. Vi ville se vad som hände med barnen i det estetiska temaarbetet och hur de utvecklades i ett estetiskt avseende. Därefter önskade vi se om en av de rådande teorierna om grupprocesser stämde i vårt arbete med cirkustema i en förskoleklass om 12 barn. Teorin om grupprocesser vi har använt oss av är FIRO - teorin av Will Schutz. Som grund för vår analys har vi använt oss av observationer av både Anja som observatör och Cecilia som deltagande observatör, där vi har ställt våra observationer mot varandra.

By combining theories and empirics regarding the health care market, competition and profit, a deeper understanding of the aspects important for the chosen subject, is created. Combined with official reports and the new legislation, an analysis is formed.

SammanfattningDet började med att vi var intresserade av vad kvalitet är och vad kvalitet innebär i fritidshemmet. Vi var även angelägna om att finna ut om kvalitet är en fråga om resurser eller om pedagogen också har en viktig roll i det sammanhanget. Därför blev det naturligt för oss att undersöka hur förutsättningarna för lärande ser ut i fritidsverksamheten. Våra forskningsfrågor blev; Hur beskrivs en fritidspedagogs yrkesutövning? Och vad avses med kvalitet i fritidshem? För att undersöka detta valde vi att göra en textanalys som baseras på Skolinspektionens granskning av kvalitet i fritidshem.

Abstract Estetik som mål och medel -estetiskt verksamhet i en förskoleklass. Skrivet av Cecilia Linder och Sandra Thulin. Detta arbete bygger på en kvalitativ undersökning i en förskoleklass. Vi har observerat sex av klassens aktiviteter och intervjuat två av pedagogerna ifrån verksamheten. Därigenom har vi funnit svaren på våra frågeställningar: Hur ser den estetiska verksamheten ut när den används som mål respektive medel? Finns lek integrerad i den estetiska verksamheten? Hur synliggörs pedagogernas barn- och kunskapssyn i den estetiska verksamheten? Hur kopplar pedagogerna läroplanen till sitt arbete med estetisk verksamhet? Detta har vi kopplat samman med teorier och forskning kring ämnet.
