This study focuses on the Nordic model of Extended Collective Licenses (ECL) and how this model can be used in the process of digitalising and publishing archival material such as photos, letters, maps or films. The question that this study aims to deal with is what advantages, and disadvantages, there are for archives and copyright holders when an ECL is being used. To help answering this question the ?theory of the knowledge commons? has been applied. The research question has been answered through a text analysis based on legal texts including Swedish law.

Den här uppsatsen handlar om företeelsen mobbning sedd ur olika perspektiv. Mobbning är dock ett stort område, och en problematisk term att förklara. En anledning till det är det kan ta sig uttryck på så många olika sätt. Därför kan man säga att uppsatsen består av två delar. I den första delen skriver jag om vad några olika forskare definierar som mobbning, samt vilka förklaringsmodeller man kan ta till hjälp för att förstå varför mobbning kan uppstå.

 The current estimations in regards to the increase in environmental threats underline the importance of influencing individual behavior towards a more sustainable lifestyle. At the same time current trends show an increasing interest into ecologically produced foods around the world and that the consumption has seen a major rise in the 20th century. It is therefore of great importance that companies show their interest and commitment in order to offer and influence the consumer into choosing the environmentally sustainable alternative. Also, in order to properly reach out to the consumers, it is of outmost importance to map out their attitude towards these types of products. It is equally important, in order to fully realize the potential of successful positioning, to show an understanding for the underlying decision processes that dictates purchase.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how six students who attend a high school relate to their multilingualism and emphasize how their multilingualism has affected their views of themselves and their identity. The fundamental questions were:How do six students who attend a secondary school relate to their multilingualism?How has students' multilingualism affected their views of themselves and their identity?I did use a qualitative research method in terms of interviews to receive answers for my inquiries.Carla Jonsson (2010) speaks inter alia about ?the third space? which concerns adolescents creating a ?third room?. Almqvist (2006) believes that adolescents that are exposed to discrimination and prejudices can lead to them turning their backs on society in disappointment. Boyd (1985) has, in his thesis, found that multilingual students communicate with the majority language and with their mother tongue with their parents.

The goal an purpose of this essay is to study the diffrent points of view that Swedish priest within the Swedish Church have on the Topic of same sex marriage. I will use qualitative interview as method of choice to get answers for my questions.The results of my study reveal that same sex mariiage has been a dividing issue between the different participants. Those in favour of the church´s decision to legalize same sex marriage consider love to be the most importent reason for marriage, while those who oppose the decision consider marriage to be a holy sacrament that is not easily changed..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att i Jonas Hassen Khemiris roman Ett öga rött undersöka matens roll som identitetsskapare och kultur- samt symbolbärare, liksom mat som katalysator för känslan av tillhörighet och utanförskap och skapandet av ett "vi och de"-tänkande. Både orientalismen och den postkoloniala teorin bör kunna bidra med fruktbara begrepp att utgå ifrån när det gäller att undersöka identitetsskapande i Ett öga rött. Boken utspelar sig förvisso i ett svenskt samhälle, ett samhälle som inte har mycket av den mörka, koloniala historia som andra västeuropeiska länder bär på. Trots detta finns både föreställningar om "vi och de andra" och centrum och periferi ständigt närvarande även i Sverige, och många är de människor och grupper som alltför väl känner utanförskap även här. Dessa teorier bör därför kunna komma till användning på ett givande sätt.

1998 beslutade Nässjö kommun att ett minnesmonument skulle uppföras lagom till millenieskiftet. The aim of this essay is to examine what happens when Veronica Roths Divergent-trilogy is read with a lutheran theological pre-understanding. Using reader-response theory and lutheran theology written for and in a post-modern context, three lutheran figures of thought are presented as one way of understanding the trilogy. The conclusion is that it is possible to reveal lutheran ideas concerning justification, guilt, forgiveness, mercy and self-sacrificing love in the Divergent-story. .

Nathan Söderblom, Swedish archbishop 1914 - 1931, understands his role as bishop from an integrated theological conception that episcopacy is a gift to the church and the apostolic succession a heritage of utmost value. In the research field of the cultivation theory focus has shifted from TV in general to studying specific genres instead. It is proposed that there are similarities in otherwise different shows and that these shows give it´s voyeurs a solution to their problems.  The purpose however of this study is to investigate how the myth about the good life is posed in Tv3´s supply.  The theories used in this study are closely linked by their meaning. Narrative talks about the fact that texts, video in this case, contain stories. Ideology is the set of visions and beliefs one person has on the world and myth makes social, historic and cultural decided power orders in to facts.

SammanfattningRelationen mellan religion och vetenskap är uttryckt i Skolverkets förmågor för ämnet religionskunskap på gymnasiet. Men hur presenteras det och humanism i läromedel för gymnasiet? Jag har i min undersökning av vetenskap och humanism som livsåskådning genomfört en läromedelsgranskning. I Sverige finns det inte en myndighet som granskar läromedel vilket gjort min undersökning relevant då jag jämför forskning kring vetenskap och humanism och ställer det mot innehållet i läromedel.Frågeställningar i min undersökning är: Hur presenteras humanism som livsåskådning i läromedel i religionsämnet för gymnasiet? Hur presenteras vetenskap i relation till religion i läromedel i religionsämnet för gymnasiet?Jag grundar min undersökning på fyra delar i min bakgrund, det är hur livsåskådning definieras.
