The government regulations for energy use in buildings will be tightened in the future. At the same time the interest in environmental classifications and certifications of buildings is increasing. This has meant a new situation for solar energy. The designs of solar heating systems are often based on experience and/or rules of thumb, rather than calculations and simulations. This thesis examines whether simulation tools, in this case Polysun, are useful in this work.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att ge en ökad förståelse för Venture capitalbolagen och dess portföljbolag. Tanken är sedan att koppla ihop Venture capitalbranschen med den rådande lågkonjunkturen för att se om branschen påverkats, och i så fall på vilket sätt.Metod: Uppsatsen är byggd på en kvalitativ studie. Using legal method, legal economic considerations, and guidance from modern American legal development in antitrust law, this thesis is aiming to investigate how this kind of anticompetitive cooperation in the European labor market should be assessed. The result seems to be that despite a distinct and pronounced restrictive approach to the application of EU competition rules in the labor market, there are strong incentives and not any legal impediment to apply Article 101 TFEU on no cold call agreements between employers. .
