Relationships and trust between humans create the psychosocial working environment. This is a basic human activity and is communicated in a continually ongoing process. Conciseness about the value of trust and social capital motivates the need for work, with threats to communication, being conflicts and noise. This can create greater trust in the workplace as a whole, as well in the working team. Scientists are increasingly interested in these social relations in the working environment; there are profits, both for production and in terms of individuals2019 well being, in shifting the focus away from a purely production-oriented, economic perspective.

Problem-formulering: Hur fungerar ekonomi- och verksamhetsstyrningen inom den kommunala verksamheten? Hur sätter kommuner mål och hur följs de upp? Är sättet att fastställa mål och mätmetoder likartade eller finns det skillnader?Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera hur kommunerna Gnesta, Nykvarn och Salem styr sina verksamheter via uppsatta mål och hur de följer upp dem ur ett ekonomiskt- och verksamhetsperspektiv.Metod: En fallstudie har gjorts vid tre kommuner. Primärdata samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer.Teoretiskreferensram: Den teoretiska referensramen baseras på olika formella och informella styrmedel. Som formellt styrmedel behandlas budget medan de informella styrmedel som tas upp är organisationsstruktur, målstyrning, balanserade styrkort, nyckeltal och benchmarking.Empiri: Kapitlet inleds med en presentation av kommunallagen. Vidare presenteras de undersökta kommunernas sätt att styra sina verksamheter.Slutsats: Kommuner uppvisar både likheter och skillnader i sina sätt att fastställa mål och mätmetoder.

The purpose of this study is to find out what the educators idea of educational documentations in ratio to childrens inclusion and impact in pre-school are, together with the child's own perception of the concepts of documentation. We proceeded from the following issues: What are the significance of educational work according to the teachers? What is the teachers idea of a childs impact and inclusion in educational documentation? In what way do the children have influence over, and inclusion in educational documentation? What are the childrens feelings of the documentations? In order to find answers to our questions, we used qualitative examinations consisting of seven educators and seven children from various pre-schools in Stockholm, and thereby, we have analyzed our results. As our theoretical frame, we used ourselves of Vygotskijs and Säljö's sociocultural perspective that is about "progress and learning", which is achieved by interaction and cooperation in a social context. The result shows that the aim of educational documentation is to reveal the childs development and learning, and also to involve the parents by putting up documents on the wall.

There is an increased pressure for firms to provide the financial market with additional information. Such disclosure is attached with different kinds of costs. In spite of these costs, and in spite of increased mandatory disclosures, firms choose to voluntary disclosure financial information to analysts and others. This indicates that firms also benefit from providing additional information. The subjects of this study is 431 annual reports from firms listed at the Stockholm Stock Exchange for 2002 and 2005 and the objective is to survey factors that can explain variations in firms? voluntary disclosure.

The purpose of this essay is mainly to study the reason behind students' visits to restaurants, and also their restaurant habits. The study also intends to find a possible difference in students dining habits among the different social classes; working class and middle class.  This study contains qualitative methods. The qualitative research method is in the shape of deep interviews with ten students from different social classes who?s registered at Södertörns  högskola. The results of this investigation show that the consumer society along with the respondent?s habitus and access to capital, has influenced and created their opinions and habits around eating out. Då giraffens föda utgörs endast av blad, löv och knoppar, trots att det är den största idisslaren som lever idag, har dess anatomi genomgått en serie av anpassningar för att kunna överleva på denna föda. Till det yttre har den under evolutionens gång utvecklat en otrolig längd som gör att den når långt upp över alla andra idisslare, och till det inre har dess mag-tarmsystem anpassat sig efter födans egenskaper. Giraffens huvud har en avlång form och behåring på läpparna som ska skydda den från trädens stickiga försvar, en tunga som kan bli upp till en halvmeter lång, och tuggmuskler som har anpassats till den relativt lättuggade maten. Förmagarna har i sin tur minskat i storlek och kraft och fått ett anpassat utseende och utbredning på dess papiller, och tarmen har en liten ratio tunn/tjocktarm. Giraffens cirkulation har fått anpassa sig till stora höjdskillnader, då giraffen kan sträcka sig upp till ett träd och bli mer än fyra meter lång, men i nästa stund böja sig ner för att dricka vatten på marknivå. Som följd av dess längd har dräktiga och lakterande honor, samt växande ungdjur, en väldigt hög kalcium- och fosfatomsättning i kroppen och kan därför lida brist på dessa mineraler. Den drivande kraften bakom giraffens längdutveckling har länge sagts vara övertaget den ger vid födosök, men det finns även en annan teori som baserar sig på att den drivits av sexuell evolution..

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to analyze the aspects which have formed music-students? interest to perform music in various ways. Two of these aspects are family and school. Furthermore, -the study analyzes what music itself, and its performance mean in these students? social and personal lives.

It today's global world we live in the media have started to examine businesses more and more. In addition consumers are expecting more from products, because they are well informed. This means that companies need to market themselves effectively, to convince and get across their message to their customers. Marketing is an extensive process in which different factors must be taken into account. A company must know what the coustomer needs in order to get through to them.

When contemplating entering an alliance the rationale behind the decision should differ depending on the size of the companies involved as well as on other important factors. The important factors influencing the decision are related to the resource pooling potential of the alliance, the power structure along with the business network the companies are a part of. The analysis has shown proof of a need for cooperation if one wish to succeed in the telecommunication industry and it has also determined which resources that are deemed to be most important to get in touch with, for our study object, to facilitate its access to the market. Those resources are defined as a direct channel to the customer, funds/capital and the access to relevant business networks. To get in touch with these lacking resources, three alternative approaches has been proposed; all of them involving a strategic alliance decision.

Urbanization and the flight of the creative class drains the countryside when it comes to creativity and talent. Especially the young leave sleepy societies. Richard Florida claims that the city attracts the creative class and enables for economic growth to flourish. Robert Putnam adds to the picture by saying social capital might be equally effective as nourishment for growth. Socialstyrelsen, i sin roll av tillsynsmyndighet för den läkemedelsassisterade opiatvården, utfärdar riktlinjer för detta arbete. Av dessa framkommer vissa skyddsfaktorer av särskild vikt, vilka har operationaliserats i en factorial survey med en randomiserad och en standardiserad vinjettkomponent. Dessa bedömdes av yrkesverksamma inom underhållsbehandling, totalt 38 personer. Materialet bearbetades genom multipel regressionsanalys. Resultatet visade att tre av variablerna - psykosocial intervention, boendesituationen samt familjen/nätverkets stöd, har ungefär lika stor påverkan på bedömningar.

This paper deals with diet and gender in the early roman iron age in Sweden. Human bone and tooth material from the Iron Age cemetery at Bjärby in Kastlösa parish on the island of Öland have been analysed for stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes. 21 individuals were sampled. Where possible 4 samples were taken from each individual, from the first, second and third molar respectively and from one compact bone. By doing so it is possible, at least in theory, to trace intra-individual diets throughout life.

Personalen är företagens viktigaste tillgång är ett vanligt förekommande uttryck och kompetens anses idag utgöra en förutsättning för goda resultat och framgång (Björklund & Holmqvist, 1999; Johansson & Johrén, 2011). Det kan dock vara svårt att konkretisera ökade kunskaper i samband med utbildning, vilket kräver en diskussion angående hur verksamheten och medarbetare påverkas. Få organisationer har idag strukturerade system att spåra och upptäcka det värde och de positiva effekter som en investering i kompetensutveckling kan medföra (Chong et al., 2000). GKN Aerospace Sweden AB arbetar aktivt med ett utbildningsverktyg för kompetensutveckling som benämns "Training Days". Syftet med dessa utbildningsdagar är att med hjälp av interna lärare utbilda personalen för att höja kompetensnivån och för att uppmuntra till kunskapsutbyte.
