Bakgrund: I Sverige har akutmottagningar i landet ungefÀr 2,5 miljoner patientbesök per/Är. Akutmottagningar brukar vara stressfyllda miljöer med hög patientomsÀttning, möten Àr rutinmÀssiga och utrymmet för individuellt anpassad vÄrd Àr begrÀnsat. Patienterna blir vid ankomst bedömda och prioriterade utifrÄn triage, för att försÀkra att patienten med de mest brÄdskande behoven blir omhÀndertagen först. Efter triagen fÄr de flesta patienterna vÀnta, ibland i flera timmar.Syfte: Att belysa patientperspektivet av att vara patient pÄ akutmottagningar inom den svenska hÀlso- och sjukvÄrden.Metod: Litteraturstudie, sökningar av artiklar genomfördes i databaserna Cinahl och Pubmed, vilket resulterande i 9 kvalitativa och 2 kvantitativa artiklar. Analysen inspirerades av kvalitativ innehÄllsanalys.Resultat: 5 teman identifierades: Att vara patient under triagen, att vara patient under vÀntetider.

Denna studie beskriver hur hela familjen med dess olika familjemedlemmar, pĂ„verkas pĂ„ olika sĂ€tt nĂ€r en förĂ€lder drabbas av en cancersjukdom. FörĂ€ldrarnas erfarenheter omfattar bĂ„de deras syn pĂ„ hur förĂ€ldrarollen och parrelationen pĂ„verkas samt hur de uppfattar att barnen, tonĂ„ringarna och/ eller de unga vuxna pĂ„verkas nĂ€r den ena förĂ€ldern Ă€r sjuk samt vilken betydelse eventuellt erbjudna samtal har haft.  Även barnen, tonĂ„ringarna och de unga vuxna som anhöriga i Ă„ldrarna 10-25 Ă„r, har givit sin syn pĂ„ hur de upplever att de sjĂ€lva och förĂ€ldrarna pĂ„verkats av att den ena förĂ€ldern har/har haft en cancersjukdom och vilken betydelse eventuellt erbjudna samtal har haft.Denna studie visar bland annat att partnern skattar högre pĂ„verkan för sig sjĂ€lv och sina barn Ă€n förĂ€ldern som Ă€r patient, och att de unga vuxna Ă€r mera pĂ„verkade av förĂ€lderns cancersjukdom Ă€n vad förĂ€ldrarna tror.   .

Bakgrund: TrycksÄr Àr en lokal skada av huden. Skadan ligger ovanför ett benutskott och orsakas av tryck eller en kombination av tryck skjuvning eller friktion. SmÀrta frÄn trycksÄret Àr ett vanligt förekommande problem som pÄverkar livskvaliteten negativt.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka förekomsten av trycksÄr i livets slutskede samt att se om personer med smÀrta och trycksÄr Àr smÀrtskattade med VAS/NRS. Syftet var Àven att se om det fanns nÄgot samband mellan trycksÄr och smÀrta.Metod: Metoden som anvÀnts var en retrospektiv deskriptiv undersökning med kvantitativ ansats. Insamling av data skedde via frÄgor tagna ur dödsfallsenkÀten.

Title: The nurse's dilemma in psychiatric inpatient care - a balancing act between good and evil Objective: To describe the nurse's experience of relieving patient suffering caused by coercive measures on a closed psychiatric ward . Frame of reference : The results are discussed in light of ErikssonÂŽs theory of suffering and caring relationships Method: A qualitative analysis based on focus group discussions Results: The analysis resulted in six categories, to protect the patient , to involve the patient , not to lose control , to remain , to justify compulsion , and to be touched . The results showed that nurses had the experience of being able to relieve the suffering of patients caused by coercive measures. It was also found that the nurses had a tendency to justify coercive measures , the more experience they had of performing these . Conclusion: The results describe that nurses have the experience and knowledge of how to relieve patients' suffering caused by coercion but also their experiences of performing these .

Var tredje person i Sverige drabbas av cancer och de flesta har nÄgon i sin omgivning som har drabbats. Ett cancerbesked berör inte bara den som Àr sjuk utan hela familjen och studier visar att nÀrstÄende stÀlls under enorm press och att hela deras liv stÀlls pÄ Ànda. Forskning visar vidare att de anhöriga lÀtt glöms bort dÄ patienten sÀtts i fokus och de lider ofta i det tysta. Bakgrund: NÀr en person söker vÄrd för sin diabetes typ II sker ett möte med sjuksköterskan. Mötet mellan patient och sjuksköterska utgör grunden för att en patient ska kunna skapa tillit och kÀnna trygghet i samvaro med sjuksköterskan. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur patienter med diabetes typ II upplever mötet med sjuksköterskan. Metod: En litteraturstudie som bygger pÄ tio kvalitativa artiklar. Resultat: Genom analys hittades fem huvudkategorier: Att ta emot och förstÄ information, att ta emot stöd och bli motiverad, att vÄga kÀnna tillit till sjuksköterskan, att vara delaktig i sin vÄrd och att genom kommunikation skapa en relation med sjuksköterskan.

Background: Palliative care is a type of care, which does not cure but eases the suffering caused by the disease. The goal of palliative care is not to extend or shorten the patient's life, but to relieve pain and distressing symptoms and to promote the patients? quality of life (QOL). QOL can be understood as a subjective sense of happiness of existence, which means that the patient is experiencing life when her total life situation is consistent with her ??wishes.
