The purpose of this thesis is to achieve an increased understanding of factors and considerations of importance to larger companies? purchases of tax consultancy services. Based on a qualitative case study, the thesis more specifically analyzes purchasing companies? perception of quality in tax consultancy services, how the companies organize their purchases of such services and the relationship between purchasing companies and tax consultants. The study suggests that tax consultancy services constitute a heterogeneous group of services which are normally purchased by people in charge of either accounting or tax matters in the purchasing company.

With an IT outsourcing project there are many factors affecting how efficiency andquality develop in the outsourced activity. The Purpose of this study is to identifythese factors through a case study in a global company that is dissatisfied with theefficiency and quality of their outsourced helpdesk. For data collection methodsinterviews and observations were used. Interviews were conducted with people fromdifferent parts of the company in three different countries, all somehow involved inthe outsourced system. The observations were made with the outsourced company tosee how the employees work and fill information gaps that the interviews could notcover.

In this paper we have chosen to focus on social workers and their experiences of interacting with clients with neuropsychiatric disabilities, in example persons with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), Asperger syndrome, autism and/or Tourette syndrome. The main purpose was to look into three areas: What knowledge do social workers mean that they need about neuropsychiatric disabilities and how can their needs of knowledge can be met? How do they experience the meeting with a person with neuropsychiatric disabilities? How does the cooperation function between authorities regarding persons with neuropsychiatric disabilities?Definition of the concept of disability and function from a historical perspective points out that the approach has changed over time. Previous research studies of the interaction in meeting between the client and the social worker shows that the social worker carries two faces, so called aspects. The first aspect is about help and care and the second aspect is about administrative functions.

I denna litteraturstudie har vi ämnat undersöka vad inkludering innebär, med fokus på elever med autism, asperger syndrom och ADHD. Vi har också undersökt vad effekten blir av att ha elever med dessa diagnoser i det vanliga klassrummet samt sökt strategier för att hjälpa dem. Genom att samla in data från vetenskapliga artiklar har vi nått vårt syfte som vi sedan analyserat utifrån ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv. Resultatet visar att inkluderad undervisning innebär att alla elever ska undervisas tillsammans och att det är skolans uppgift att möta alla elevers olikheter och anpassas efter olikheterna. Effekterna av den inkluderande undervisningen har visat sig vara både positiva och negativa.

This study aims at contributing to the studies of political implementation. The theory of implementation claims that local implementation that meets the demands of national policies is close to none existing. By examining the implementation of industrial policy in two Swedish municipalities that differs in location, prosperity and political believes I am putting the theory to the test. If the test were to show that the implementation is rather well executed in these two cases, where the risk of failure is great, the questions about whether the theory is valid or not will rise.By interviewing the two local government employees in charge of the work with industrial policy, and studying their strategic documents I got my answers. This by looking at their work but also their attitudes towards the national policy in terms of understanding the policy, being able to work with it, and wanting to work with it.

The focus of this study has been to plumb social workers experiences regarding their work methods in two institutions regarding unaccompanied children through a perspective of gender. In this study, four semi-structured qualitative interviews has been contrived in purpose to gather in material which has been presented in five themes to ease an analyse focusing of gender. In all the interviews both authors participated with one in charge and one taking notes. One of the main focuses has been the relations between both social workers and their clients and between colleges in the institutions. The other main focus has been the activities, both planed and spontaneous, which the clients been offered, for example football, bowling and boxing.

Insulinresistens hos hästar har i senare tids forskning visat sig ha stor betydelse för hur benägen en häst är att utveckla sjukdomen fång. Fång är en mycket smärtsam sjukdom för hästen och den skördar ett stort antal dödsoffer varje år. Insulinresistens är en komponent i Ekvint Metaboliskt Syndrom (EMS), som är en relativt nyupptäckt sjukdom (introducerades inom veterinärmedicinen 2002). Förutom insulinresistens kännetecknas hästar med ekvint metaboliskt syndrom av fetma (generell eller lokal) och att de har lättare för att utveckla fång än andra hästar. För att kunna ställa diagnosen insulinresistens och EMS finns ett flertal metoder.

Banks have been some of the biggest operators on the market of business customers financing. When the Swedish Förmånsrättslagen was changed 2004 the banks became more restrictive to allow traditional bank loans. The change made it more difficult for customers to get their loans granted. For that reason customers had to find other forms of financing. Factoring is an alternative that means companies can mortage/sell their claim on customers to finance companies.

Akutvårdspersonal utsätts allt mera för svårare katastrofer och olyckor. Vilket leder till en ökad press på personalen. Syftet med denna studie var att belysa hur akutvårdspersonalen bearbetar traumatiska händelser för att inte utveckla post-traumatiskt stress syndrom. Metoden var en litteraturstudie. Artiklarna analyserades med Lundman och Graneheims (2008) kvalitativa innehållsanalys.18 artiklar analyserades.

I dagens samhälle är barnen mer stillasittande, det kommer larmrapporter som varnar för att detta kan leda till hälsoproblem hos många unga. Vi har valt att titta på hur pedagoger arbetar med rörelse och motorisk träning i skolan, och om alla barn får möjlighet till rörelse under hela skoldagen. Vi vill även se om rörelse och motorik kan ha en koppling till inlärning.Undersökningen vi har gjort bygger på intervjuer med sju informanter med olika professioner. Studien visar att rörelse och motorik har en indirekt koppling till inlärning, då detta påverkar barnens koncentration. Resultatet visar att många pedagoger är medvetna om rörelsens betydelse, men att man arbetar med rörelse och motorik i olika utsträckning på de olika skolorna..

Denna uppsats handlar om hur den kommunala verksamheten Bojen kan påverka livskvalitén för familjer som har barn med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar så som ADHD och Asperger syndrom. Intervjuer har genomförts med ungdomar och föräldrar som är knutna till verksamheten. Därefter har materialet analyserats med hjälp av teoretiska begrepp som KASAM (känsla av sammanhang), socialt stöd/sociala nätverk och empowerment. Resultatet visar på vilken betydelse verksamheten har för den enskilda individens livssituation, samt hur förbättrade förutsättningar kan göra skillnad för ungdomarnas framtid. Exempelvis kan utvecklade färdigheter och rätt verktyg gynna Bojens deltagare för att klara sig även i sociala sammanhang som inte är anpassade till deras svårigheter..

Med musiken till hands ? Funktionsinriktad musikterapi med två ungdomar, en med Cerebral Pares och en med mitokondriell sjukdom. Funktionsinriktad musikterapi, FMT-metoden, är en neuromuskulär behandlingsmodell för barn och vuxna med olika funktionsnedsättningar. Jag har valt att i detta examensarbete för-klara vad metoden går ut på samt beskriva arbetet med två av mina elever, en med diagnosen Cerebral Pares och en med mitokondriell sjukdom. Jag har förklarat hur deras helhetsutveckling, främst arm-/handfunktionen, har påverkats. Båda ungdomarna har fått en utökad förmåga att greppa om olika föremål och sträcka ut för att nå ting som står långt ifrån dem..

I denna uppsats granskar jag ett kapitel ur Roger Fjellströms bok Den goda skolan där han behandlar kommunitarismen och för en argumentation kring vad denne teori skulle kunna få för konsekvenser för skolväsendet, främst den fostrande aspekten. För att tydliggöra min granskning av detta har jag delat upp Fjellström argumentation i en tes och tre huvudargument. Tesen testas i första hand genom att jag granskar och bemöter Fjellströms tre huvudargument var för sig i.Fjellström menar att en kommunitaristisk skola löper stor risk att bli en skola som enbart anpassar barn och unga efter den föreliggande gemenskapen vilken denna än är. I min granskning av hans tre huvudargument visar jag dock att de vilar på en för snäv uppfattning om kommunitarismens idéer och därför inte ger stöd åt hans tes..

The purpose of this study is to examine what view librarians have on reading promotion for adults, in particular reading circles, and in which way earlier experiences, education and competence form this view. To what extent, if any, do perceptions of professional identity influence the interest to carry out some kind of reading circles for adults?Our study is based on qualitative interviews with librarians, both those in charge of reading circles in libraries and those who are not. As theoretical starting point we have used Andrew Abbott's work on theory of professions and Jofrid Karner Smidt's thesis on literary preferences and different kinds of mediation of literature. For our analysis we will also use earlier studies on the subject to place our study in a wider context.Our conclusions show that the librarians in our study have an ambivalent view on their profession and professional identity.

In this essay, I research and discuss new spirituality (or what is commonly known as New Age) within some congregations in the Church of Sweden, Gothenburg. I question how and why this new spirituality has come to be accepted in parts of the Church. My hypothesis is that the church is a part, and a reflection, of a larger change throughout society, and I claim that this change depends much on the individualization and globalization during the last decades.The research is conducted through interviews with representatives from the Church ofSweden who are in charge of new religious activities. During these interviews we discuss their views on the change that has already taken place and is going on today.The interviews are then analyzed by applying rational choice theory on them. I discusswhether the Church can be seen as a producer of goods and services and if the churchgoers canbe seen as consumers of these goods and services.
