När informations- och kommunikationsteknik (IKT) blir en naturlig del av undervisningen kan det få positiva effekter på elevernas inlärning. Men historien visar också att när ny teknik introducerats genom politiska ställningstaganden och statliga satsningar har den inte alltid använts på det sätt som var tänkt. Kritik har framkommit mot att många lärare har otillräckliga kunskaper om tekniken och om hur den kan användas. Interaktiva skrivtavlor är ett av de verktyg som för in IKT i klassrummen. Enligt Burden (2002) kan skolor gå igenom tre faser vid införandet av ny teknik.

Computer use at work has risen considerably over the past fifteen years and is currently a relatively common phenomenon when 76 percent of women and 72 percent of men using the computer in their daily work (SCB Arbetsmiljörapport 2009).According to Gulliksen and Göransson (2009), Sweden is one of the countries which are more advanced in the procurement of computer systems at work. He means that Sweden has unique opportunities and conditions for user participation in the development of computer systems, when the user has the right to influence their working environment through a law in the Work Environment Act. The paper examines the importance of user involvement in system development and the Swedish company's approach and experience of user involvement. To highlight and explore the importance of user involvement, there has been a case study in which users have been representative of the development process. The case study has been conducted on a case company where the system IST analys was in need of a new interface.

This essay investigates the relation between ?usage? and ?hearing? of dialectal words and expressions in the Ryukyu islands, Japan, in this case words and expressions from a mix of Ryukyuan and standard Japanese, so called uchinaa-yamatoguchi. A survey was conducted and in the questionnaires the respondents were asked to fill in the degree of usage and hearing of each word and expression, consisting of three alternatives each; use often, use seldom and never used - hear often, hear seldom and never heard.My findings show a stable pattern in the relation between usage and hearing, where the usage is relatively low compared to hearing in almost every case. Among the most frequently used ones, one could find words and expressions connected to food, festivals, type of person, adjectives, adverb and animals etc..

In the growing concern for the state of the environment more tools are being integrated in the decision-making processes. Sweden actively makes use of environmental impact assessment (EIA), which is supposed to minimise negative impacts of a project, policy or plans on the environment. The EIA process in Sweden still requires certain improvements to be more efficient. In this study actor interaction was analysed with trust being the framework for analysis. The aim is to find out whether it is possible to use trust as a framework for analysis since trust research is very discipline dependent.

Det finns otydligheter rörande hur företag framgångsrikt implementerar hållbarhetsstrategier i sina organisationer. De svenska livsmedelsföretagen lägger ner mest resurser och är även bäst på att jobba med hållbarhet. Vi undersökte därför hur de svenska livsmedelsföretagen framgångsrika inom hållbarhet implementerat sin strategi i organisationen. Fyra hållbarhetsansvariga på livsmedelsföretagen Arvid Nordquist, Kung Markatta, Santa Maria och Spendrups intervjuades. Frågor ställdes kring ansvar för formulering och implementering, verktyg som använts och vad företagen uppfattat som motstånd inifrån organisationen.

Syftet med mitt examensarbete är att undersöka attityder till sociala medier hos yrkesverksamma gymnasielärare. Jag har utgått från vad lärarna själva säger om sociala medier och därefter försökt skapa en bild av hur de ser på sociala medier i undervisning och som verktyg i elevers lärande. Jag har använt mig av en forskningsmetod där jag genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer. Metoden valde jag då jag ville försöka förstå och tolka ett mer komplicerat innehåll. Eftersom sociala medier som lärande verktyg i undervisningen ger intryck av att variera starkt mellan olika skolor och mellan olika lärare, har jag för min undersökning valt intervjupersoner i olika åldersgrupper, med olika erfarenhet och på olika skolor.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka och redovisa vilka förutsättningar räddningstjänsten har att implementera SROI-modellen som ett utvärderingsverktyg för sin verksamhet. Arbetet bör ses som en förstudie till ett sådant projekt.Inom ramen för undersökningen har fem djupintervjuer utförts med räddningschefer och utbildningssamordnare fördelade på fyra olika kommuner. Utöver detta har sekundärkällor i form av utbildningsmaterial samt andra undersökningar studerats.Slutsatser: Räddningstjänsten ombeds i allt högre grad redovisa sin verksamhet i form av mätbara mål. Ansvariga inom räddningstjänsten saknar ofta verktyg för att formalisera och redovisa det utvärderingsarbete som regelbundet genomförs. Det framgår att man i varje region utför regelbunden utvärdering, men generellt inte uppfattar det så.

This essay deals with the ideas of social change in the Iron Gates Gorge site of Lepenski Vir during the Mesolithic. The change from a mainly fish-based subsistence strategy to a strategy that came to rely more on hunting and later domesticated animals could have been the onset of the social change that is noticeable in the material culture from the site. Theessay is divided in two main segments. The first consists of a case-study based on three themes that describes and searches for changes in the subsistence-, settlement- and burialpractises during the Mesolithic and beginning of the Neolithic phases, and the second part analyses the results from the case-study. This essay deals with the principle of surprise warfare and its development as well as the adaptation of military action that had to be made to surprise the opponent in the modern era.The concept of surprise is divided into its components in order to clarify what is required to implement a surprising maneuver, to understand the complex concept and form a theoretical framework for gathering facts in the case study.Development and adaption are demonstrated by a comparative case study where Pearl Harbor illustrates an example of historical surprise and Operation Desert Storm illustrates a modern surprise. Today produces the wind power 2,5 TWh (TWh = terawatt hours) of Sweden?s total energy input of around 620 TWh. The Parliament has adopted a national planning objective where the wind-based electricity production will increase to 30 TWh in 2020. This requires that landowners will leas there land for wind power to wind energy companies. Such land leasing means that the landowner's business is considered to be a multiple-use.

Examensarbetets problemområde är relativt nytt och outforskat vilket gör det desto mer aktuellt. Supply chain simuleringsverktyg är en kombination av supply chain verktyg och simuleringsverktyg. Denna kombination erbjuder nya undersöknings- och planeringsmöjligheter för företag och blir ett nytt verktyg för företagen att stärka dess konkurrenskraft.I examensarbetet utreds om simulering är ett lämpligt verktyg att använda för att påvisa fördelar vid beslut om att flytta företag eller delar av dess verksamhet. För att besvara frågeställningen har en litteraturstudie, intervjuer med tre handelsföretag samt simuleringar genomförts.För varje företag har dess beslutsprocess vid lokaliseringsfrågor sammanställts. Utifrån dessa sammanställningar har sedan en generell simuleringsmodell tagits fram.
