Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka hur åtgärdsprogram fungerar som ett verktyg för lärare vid planering av undervisning för elever som är i behov av särskilt stöd.  Studien presenterar en kvalitativ studie där läroplansteorin har stått som grund för att analysera resultatet. Litteraturen bygger på skollagen, läroplanen och övriga styrdokument samt på aktuell forskning. Den empiriska delen består av tre lågstadielärares intervjuer.Studieresultatet visar att lärarna skriver ett åtgärdsprogram för elever som är i behov av särskilt stöd på grund av läs- och skriv-, matematik- och beteendesvårigheter. Utarbetande av åtgärdsprogram sker mellan läraren, specialpedagogen/specialläraren och vårdnadshavaren.

Every organization goes through the same lifecycle. Through every step in the transformation to a better organization the communication structure changes. In this report there are examples of the communicational disadvantages that is connected to the communicational structure.By choosing to not have a formal communicational design, the manager takes a risk in spreading the information, the interaction, the control and the balance in creativity and constraint.This case organizations problem is that some parts of the organization has made more progress in the communicational structure than other parts. In this case the Collectivity structure has met the Formalized structure.Tha structural differences has came to affect the way of sharing information and it has become a situation where the information about the products is not stored in a safe way from a quality point of view. There is a gap between the two different ways of communicate.In this report I have created a model to identify problems in the communication structure.

A company reconstruction is an alternative procedure, for companies in payment difficulty, to receivership. Those in any kind of relationship with the ailing company ends up in a dif- ficult situation at a company reconstruction, as in any case when someone is in financial difficulties. Not only is there a risk for the providers not to get paid, the costumers are also at risk if the reconstruction company does not fulfil their agreement. These kinds of rela- tionships are controlled by a contractual relationship. Therefore the regulation has to con- tain how to deal with these contracts when the ailing company no longer can fulfil its obli- gations of the contract.

Penalty clauses is a term that can be put in an agreement and is an amount that shall be paid by a part of the agreement if they cause any damage to the other part by breaking the agreement. Penalty clauses have since around 100 years ago had a quite clear meaning in Sweden according to a lot of authors. These authors have the opinion that penalty clauses is an exclusive judgment of the compensation the victim has right to, that means that if the parties have put a lower amount in the clause the victim won?t get full coverage for the damages caused by the other party. That the penalty clause is an exclusive judgment of the victims right to compensation means that the victim doesn?t have the right to request other compensation above the compensation in the clause if nothing else is stated in the clause.A penalty clause may be viewed as a complement to compensation you get according to The Tort Liability Act (1972:206) where it is often difficult to obtain full compensation for damages when it is required that a number of conditions are to be met for damages deleted.

Detta är en kvalitativ studie där fem verksamma pedagoger i förskolan har intervjuats gällande deras uppfattning om sitt eget och barnens användande av lärplattan i sin förskolas verksamhet. Syftet med detta arbete är att fördjupa sig i ett nytt digitalt verktyg där detfortfarande finns lite forskning kring. Förhoppningen är att detta arbete ska bidra till en ökad insyn i hur lärplattan uppfattas av verksamma pedagoger.Det som framkommit i denna studie är att pedagogerna upplever brister i den introduktion defått gällande användandet avlärplatta i förskolan samt att de önskar mer fortbildning i ämnet.Det framkommer även att syftet med barnens användande är att ett lärande ska ske. Vidbarnens användande av lärplattan sker även en del begränsningar från pedagogernas sida. Dock finns åsikten hos pedagogerna att lärplattan ska inkluderas i den redan existerande verksamheten..

Syftet med denna studie har varit att fördjupa kunskaper i hur högstadielärare i musik använder digitala verktyg i sin undervisning, samt vad de upplever att dessa verktyg har för pedagogiska för- och nackdelar. Ett delsyfte har varit att undersöka vad lärare har för ämnesuppfattning, och hur det eventuellt påverkar hur de väljer undervisningsinnehåll. Jag har intervjuat fyra musiklärare som undervisar på högstadiet, och detta genomfördes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Forskningsansatsen har varit hermeneutisk, vilket innebär att jag har tolkat och analyserat informanternas svar. Som teoretisk hjälp har jag bland annat använt mig av medieekologisk och sociokulturell teori.

Uppsatsen ger en överblick av vad synsättet Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) innebär. Enutvärderingsmodell beskriver de analyserade verktygens duglighet gällande ett antal funktionellaoch icke-funktionella krav. Modellen jämför kommersiella verktyg och uppsättningar med enmotsvarande uppsättning av Open Source verktyg. De huvudsakliga problemen idag är att de somnyttjar ALM-synsättet ofta blir begränsade till en kommersiell plattform, vilket får till följd att deinte kan bearbeta sådan data som inte stöds i plattformen. Ett annat stort problem är verktygenskostnad.

AbstractPurpose ? The purpose of this study is to examine the challenges that exist within thematerial handling process, to and from a department for service and maintenance at a hospital, and how the challenges can be managed to achieve a more efficient material handling process. In order to fulfill the purpose the following two questions where formulated:1. What challenges exist within the material handling process, to and from adepartment for service and maintenance at a hospital?2.

To identify the underlying forces behind a product hype is difficult and the findings often seem random and unclear. To create a better understanding behind the affecting mechanisms would consequently be a valuable addition to the surrounding research area. The purpose of this paper is to understand if there exist common denominators between different product hypes and in such a case, which these are and how they function. By conducting a case-study on four products which have enjoyed immense sale success on the Swedish market, the possible presence of structural resemblance will be analyzed. From the study we can conclude common denominators such as the presence of an underlying trend and an overbalance of indirect decision basis do exist.

Utvecklingen i skola och i samhället går mot en alltmer digitaliserad värld. För att svara upp mot denna utveckling satsas det på att införa datorer i skolan. Många skolor följer trenden med att förse varje elev med en dator. Händer det något med lärarens didaktiska synsätt när vi introducerar in ett nytt verktyg i undervisningen och i undervisningsaktiviteterna? Den tidigare forskningen fokuserar främst på elevernas betyg och hur deras motivation förändras men det finns andra perspektiv som behöver belysas.

CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility, has become increasingly important in a globalised world where the responsibilities of companies and governments are somewhat blurry. The textile industry is an industry where long supply chains and raw material production in developing countries are factors adding to the complexity and difficulties of solving ethical issues. Cotton production faces many environmental, social and financial challenges in the value chain. Therefore this case study takes a closer look at five Nordic home textile companies, Ikea, Hemtex, S Group, Moko and Finlayson, and how these companies choose their cotton related CSR tools and communicate their work on this area. These companies are of various sizes and therefore the resources for CSR work are also different, as well as the perceived values for working with CSR.

The accounting information system comprises budgeting, accounting, and costing. The accounting information system has, traditionally, constituted an integrated system where the different elements collaborate. If ABC is introduced this order is disturbed, since ABC is based on another logic which cannot easily be integrated with budget and accounting. ABC, therefore, is usually used parallely to the conventional costing method. There are, however, companies that have taken its ABC one step further by letting it replace the old costing model and integrate it with the accounting information system.

Vi började vårt projekt med grunderna till verktyg för att utveckla spel i 2d. Dessa ämnade vi färdigställa under projektet och med dem utveckla en speldemo. Eftersom vi hade gemensamma visioner om spelutveckling så bestämde vi oss för att samarbeta, och fokusera på våra respektive områden. Med att utveckla egna verktyg ville vi få en större förståelse för de grundläggande mekanismerna av en spelmotor och möjligheten att påverka dessa efter våra specifika behov. Det var också för att hålla koden fri från licensierade komponenter för att i framtiden kunna underlätta distribution..

This is a case study on the functioning of political parties and the aim was to explain ?how? and ?why? the Swedish social democratic party changed their policies in the Middle East politics. I wanted to explain this process of change by using Angelo Panebianco?s framework for the analysis of political parties. Angelo Panebianco´s hypothesis is that all parties must be viewed as organizations to understand their functions.
