Den här uppsatsen handlar om motivation av personal på svenska storbankers kundcenter. Bak­grunden till uppsatsen är dels diskussionen kring kundcenters ökade betydelse för företag samt problematiken kring vilka motivationsteorier som är lämpliga att använda för att moti­vera personal inom en organisation.I uppsatsen studeras personal från tre stora svenska storbankers kundcenter genom ett om­fattande enkätutskick. Uppsatsen har visat att den viktigaste faktorn för att personal på kund­center ska känna sig motiverade är att ha bra relationer med sina kollegor och överordnade. Uppsatsen har också visat att innehållsbaserade motivationsteorier är användbara för att stu­dera hur olika anställda skiljer sig i vad de värderar mest för att bli motiverade, att innehålls­baserade motivationsteorier kan användas för att förklara varför de flesta av dessa skillnader existerar samt att Herzbergs tvåfaktorsteori inte kan användas för att förklara hur mänskliga relationer påverkar en anställds motivation. .

The aim of the study is to examine how religion legitimates outrages and it what ways we can regard religion as politics. The study uses the theory that Eickelman and Piscatori present in their book Muslim politics. They use the term ?Muslim politics? to describe the relation between Islam and politics. Eickelman and Piscatori divide Muslim politics in five elements that the essay uses to structure the analysis.

This essay looks into the concept of self-efficacy and its implications for work performance. The participants in this study work for a CALL center company situated in the southern part of Sweden. The hypothesis is that a high degree of self-efficacy exerts a positive effect on work performance. Furthermore, the study seeks to identify the factors that give rise to work satisfaction among the participants. The results of the study show that there is a negative correlation between high self-efficacy and work performance.

The point of the study is to investigate educational and vocational counselors' strategies on drop in CALLs. In order to answer the purpose, the issues concerning the educational and vocational counselors' strategies and guidance models/methods at drop-in CALLs investigated.Qualitative interviews were conducted with six educational and vocational counselors'.In the study it appears that the educational and vocational counselors' are unable to have any strategies for drop-in conversation because the applicant will come spontaneously and the educational and vocational counselors' lack information about the individual and its purpose of the interview. Guidance models/methods designed to facilitate for the applicant and give them a sense of understanding about them selves there environment and results in a clarification of the election, not often used during the drop-in CALLs.These are not often used due to the lack of time because the intention of the CALL is to provide with information to the applicant in as little time as possible. It?s known that the drug information patients get at discharge from hospital is often insufficient. Patients? ignorance of which drug they use and how to take them can lead to drug related problems, can cause suffering and heavy expenses.The aim of this study was to shed light on the patients? understanding for drug information, which was given at discharge from hospital. The literature survey was used as a method and based upon a systematic choice of scientific articles, which were found in different databases during the period of April 1 to May 31, 2008.

The aim of our research was to investigate if oat is capable of extracting cadmium to such extent that it is usable in decontaminating polluted soils. We grew oat in a hydroponic culture during 28 days in a controlled environment and a total of 30 plants were used. The nutrient solutions were contaminated with cadmium of ten different concentrations after seven days. After harvesting the plants, the roots were separated from the shoots, placed in separate containers and then turned to ashes. The cadmium content was measured three times per sample in an atomic absorption spectrometer.Our results indicate that the ability of oat to extract cadmium from a solution is linearly dependent of the cadmium concentration of the solution.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka meningsskapande som ett socialpsykologiskt fenomen. Mer specifiktförsöker studien förstå vad som motiverar kundtjänstarbetarna på ett CALLcenter i västsverige, till attfortsätta arbeta med ett arbete som är lågavlönat, hårt reglerat och monotont.I studien kommer läsaren att få ta del av empiri baserad på tio livsvärldsintervjuer, därkundtjänstarbetare berättar om sina upplevelser av att arbeta i ett CALLcenter. Empirin visar attmajoriteten av kundtjänstarbetarna upplever sitt arbete ogynnsamt, då kundtjänstarbetarna sällan fårutvecklas eller självförverkligas inom arbetet. Flera kundtjänstarbetare finner heller inget tydligtsyfte med att göra sina arbetsuppgifter. Istället arbetar flera kundtjänstarbetarna för att få enekonomisk tillgång.

In my essay I will study the injustice within science in movies, in this particular case: Archaeology. This essay will also examine whether there is reason to believe that there is aconnection between this unfairness and what's being displayed of the archaeologist in popular culture. In my case I have decided to focus on the movie industry because it's a dominant part of our daily life. I have chosen to explore two different groups of students studying an occupation. One is, of course, the archaeological institution at Lund University, and the other is a high school (upper secondary school) program CALLed ?Omvårdnadsprogrammet? at Rönnens in Malmö.

By reading three 21st century books am I trying to see how the female friendship is described in literature of our days. The books are Rebell med frusna fötter by Johanna Nilsson, Lutherska badet by Unni Drougge and I närheten av solen by Hanna Wallsten. They are all written by Swedish authors and taking place in Stockholm in the early years of 2000. I am doing a critical reading against the roles of ?heteronormativitet? as the word is described by Tiina Rosenberg and Fanny Ambjörnsson trying to see how the characters are following or breaking these roles.

Peter Fjellstedt and Peter Wieselgren, priests in the Swedish Church, are among those who were of special importance. But even the British preacher George Scott and later the Swedish layman Carl-Olof Rosenius became aware of the importance of networking. They all felt a CALL from God to preach a message of redemption and restoration.

In this essay I will examine how BP, one of the largest companies in the world, broke rank with the industry and devoted itself to being an environmental friendly oil company. The actions and motives of this change will be evaluated through up-to-date theories about company motivation to environmental adaptation. We see that BP:s transformation can be well explained through Simone Pulvers theory about the socially embedded company.

When studying the voting behaviour of the Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) concerning the Services Directive within the EU, what patterns can be observed? With a starting point in previous findings about voting behaviour, this study analyses the results of the given Roll-CALL votes in the European Parliament in regards to the Services Directive. Here I focus on the division of votes within and between the member states and the parliamentary political groups; with the aim to identify patterns that might show clash of opinion concerning this issue. I found that ideology seems to play a role in the MEPs voting behaviour. Parties on the far left reach the highest level of cohesion and together with the party on the far right, they voted against the Directive, but due to different reasons.

A place that encourages creativity, where I made a suggestion at a community table designed for Urban Deli?s new business. By visiting various similar sites I have identified what I think is important in an environment like this and then gave an answer to it in a visual form.A cafe-office will draw lots of different people. Which guests come here to work? Residents, freelancers, but also those who may want surrounded by a new creative work place and maybe leave their regular offices for a day at Urban Deli.

We live in a society where we are not bound to one place. We are encouraged to be mobile and constantly moving between different locations. The life in a convent is a contrast to this; nuns live at a specific place they are bounded to by vows and can not leave. The sisters in the convent of St. Birgitta, Pax Mariae have promised to stay at the same place and live by the rules of the convent.
