Syfte: Denna studies syfte är att beskriva förtroendets roll i långsiktiga affärsrelationer mellan företag inom automationsindustribranschen. Betydelsen av ett starkare/svagare förtroende beskrivs och detta görs utifrån automationsföretagens perspektiv.Metod: Teorin grundar sig främst på Morgan och Hunts (1994) trust & commitment theory, där förtroende och relationsåtagande beskrivs som förutsättningar för långsiktiga b2b relationer. För att kunna testa hypoteserna, samt besvara syftet genomfördes en kvantitativ undersökning i form av en enkätundersökning med 251 deltagande företagskontakter.Resultat: Förtroende och relationsåtagande är förutsättningar för långsiktiga B2B relationer, vilket är en fördel för automationsföretag. Mobile telecom and the Internet are converging, which opens new possibilities for market actors to create business through the mobile handset. At the same time market experts are predicting that mobile operator?s existing dominance in the telecom market will in the future decline as new technology such as VoIP and services will erode the operator?s traditional revenue model. This implies that mobile operators will need to rethink their dominant business logic to create new value for their customers. Mobile operators are aiming to expand their existing revenue model through advertising in the mobile handset and are searching to create new business models that evolve advertising sales.

The purpose of this Master thesis is to examine how college library managers perceive shelves of book reservation system in an integrity perspective. Privacy is an important part of everyday life in the society of today and according to some people, for example a former library lawyer in the Swedish Royal Library, these shelves conflicts with the Swedish law of Secrecy (Sekretesslagen 9 kap. 22 §). I am therefore interested in how they perceive this system: what weaknesses and strengths it has, why they implemented it, how they have interpreted this law. To answer this I have used a qualitative method called phenomenography and done interviews with five college library managers.

While conducting our practical training we experienced how the structure and the complexity of the municipal administration could, from a white-collar workers perspective, become a limitation and burden for efficient work. Deriving from this experience we found an interest in how politicians reasoned with regards to their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care. Kouzes och Micos (1979) ?Theory of organizational behavior in human service? became our point of departure. Their framework was therefore the foundation for our research and work throughout this paper.Our aim with this research was to examine how politicians viewed their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care.

A study has been conducted with the aim to investigate young people's perception of the relationship between cyber bullying and self-image and their perception of which role gender plays in this relationship. Three focus group interviews were conducted with six to seven participants in each. The majority (16/19) of participants were women. A thematic analysis was used in which five themes were identified. The results show that there is a perception of a link between cyber bullying and self-image in which people who become cyber bullied have lower self-image and poor self-image can contribute to the experience of feeling cyber bullied.

Implementationen är emellertid en komplex process där mycket kan gå fel, och på grund av att sjukvårdssektorn relativt nyligen började använda sig utav Business Intel- ligence finns luckor i forskningen på området. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur sjukvården i Region Halland samt involverade konsulter arbetar med implemen- tationen, och ta fram riktlinjer för hur detta bör ske. Uppsatsen baserades på en kvali- tativ ansats och använde sig av en explorativ studie med djupintervjuer där totalt fem personer från Region Halland samt två personer från ett IT-konsultbolag bidrog till uppsatsens resultat.

The social community and the social relations in the school everyday existence are thereby without hesitation very important for the students' learning. The teacher always wants to engage the students and create order, comfort and a good work environment. In this essay, the relationship between students' work climates, matter interests and average grades is studied. This gives understanding and awareness in these important parts of the schools´ daily activity.

The rise of social media has created an endless source of possibilities for companies to interact and connect with their target audiences. As it is a new channel, companies may experience uncertainty on how to use it to its fullest potential.The purpose of this study is to describe how the Public Service radio channel, P4 Kalmar, use its Facebook page and how its members perceive the communication on this platform. We have also presented recommendations on how P4 Kalmar can improve the relationship with its members. To reach our conclusions we have combined theoretical references with a quantitative content analyze, a survey and qualitative depth interviews.By analyzing our findings we came to the conclusion that P4 Kalmar have to develop a strategy for communicating on social media. But since no general communication strategy for the organization exists they have to develop one before developing one for social media.

De bakomliggande faktorerna till ett misslyckat CRM-implementering är i stort sett att företagen anser att en fas är viktigare än en annan fas, vilket leder till att företaget ned prioriterar andra faser som är väsentliga vid en implementering av CRM. .

In the curriculum from 2011 for Religion in Swedish Upper Secondary School, a new content has been added regarding the relationship between religion and science. The pupils are supposed to acquire a view of how the understanding of religion and science can express questions concerning creationism and evolution. The purpose of this study is to identify how this relation between religion and science is represented in textbooks for the subjects of Religion and Biology and how pupils are encouraged to reflect on and discuss this relationship. The method of this essay consists of a qualitative content analysis of textbooks from both Religion and Biology. This paper contains an analysis that sets out to investigate how sustainable development is portrayed in textbooks used in gymnasium level civics education. The study covers three textbooks, all in current use. The paper sets out to explore the relationship between the books chapters on economics and those about environmental issues. The sum of these two parts is in the context supposed to make up the books big picture of green sustainable development, i.e. the ecological aspect of sustainable development. An analytical model will be used to categorise and compare the three textbooks.The method chosen for this is analysis of ideas by use of ideal types.
