Kundrelationer i allmännyttiga fastighetsföretag
Syfte: De ökade intresset för fastighetssektorn under de senaste åren har medfört högre priser och en ökad konkurrens. Den ökade konkurrensen leder till att allt fler allmännyttiga bostadsbolag väljer att lägga ut delar eller hela verksamheten på entreprenad. Att kunna stå emot konkurrens från andra företag på marknaden anses vara nyckeln till överlevnad och fortsatt utveckling för företag i dagens samhälle. I denna uppsats fokuserar vi på hur arbetet med kundrelationer kan utgöra en betydande del i denna verksamhet. Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka hur en bra kundrelation skapas, utvecklas, bevaras och avvecklas samt att analysera om och hur arbetet med kundrelationer skiljer sig mellan olika fastighetsföretag.

Ithas been concluded that actors of communication technologies,goods and access services will compete fiercely. The barriersof entry will however be high. When it comes to contentservices the situation is completely different. These actors will,to the largest extent, meet lower competition and low barriersof entry.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine how the build-up of customer relations can be characterized at the end of the industrial selling process and how companies engage their cross-functional selling teams into this relationship building effort. Through a case study of Omega, a multinational company engaged in the selling of products of an industrial character, it was revealed that the build-up and maintaining of the customer relationship is of acute importance, as it presents the company with a window of opportunities. Through its relationship with the customer the company can be able to sell other products, which are related to the original purchase made by the customer. For the company?s competitors the established relationship might also serve as a barrier when attempting to enter the market or increase market share.

The students participating in my development work will work with a process book for handicraft studies. In the beginning of their studies, the students need practical knowledge about the development of the profession itself, but they also need to be challenged and learn how to solve problems on their own which will help them gain a deeper knowledge of the subject. I focus on open questions to create a process with the students. This process is created when working with Solution-Focused-Education. Through ?assessment for learning? we can help the students to improve their self-assessment and understanding of the learning process.
Studie av beslutsprocesser vid investeringar i en dynamisk bransch
Syftet med den här undersökningen är att beskriva och analysera vilka fördelar och nackdelar det finns med att utkontraktera en transportplaneringsprocess till en extern part. Undersökningen genomfördes på uppdrag av BT-Europe i Mjölby på avdelningen som ansvarar för distribution av produkter och reservdelar. BT är i grunden ett svenskt företag som startade sin verksamhet 1946 och är idag världsledande tillverkare av eldrivna lagertruckar. År 2000 förvärvades BT av Toyota och detta skapade en världsledande konstellation inom truckbranschen.Bakgrunden till undersökningens syfte är att arbetet med att effektivisera och förbättra transportplaneringsprocessen inom BT har blivit eftersatt på grund av den kraftiga produktionsökningen de senaste 5 åren. Detta har lett till stigande kostnader för distribution av färdiga produkter och reservdelar.I dagsläget finns inget centralt kontrollorgan över transportplaneringsprocessen på BT utan all transportplanering av produkter och reservdelar till truckar, sker lokalt på varje marknadsbolag i Västeuropa.

This master thesis is based ona case study of a work process that is being used for the industrialization of products at Ericssonin Katrineholm. The aim of the study is twofold. One aim is to improve the studied process byidentifying improvement opportunities and carrying out the required adjustments.
CSR och B2B, olja och vatten? : En undersökning av CSR som konkurrensfördel inom Business-to-Businessmarknaden
The aim of this thesis is to examine how secondary teachers in the subject of history are using the textbook in their teaching. Four questions are being dealt with in this thesis. What importance is being placed on the use of history textbooks by the secondary teachers? What priorities do the secondary teachers have? How do they deal with student interests? And what is the importance of the secondary teachers? work experience? I have interviewed four secondary teachers with different work experience to complete this thesis. A Dictaphone has been used in all the interviews. Research has shown that textbooks now have a central role in teaching and the lack of alternative materials and reduction of teaching hours has made it difficult to replace. The main conclusions of the thesis are that the history textbook has a dual role depending on the teacher you ask, and that the history book is used differently by the teachers.

Inkorporering av extern data i en DW-baserad BI-lösning - utvärdering av ett ramverk
För många verksamheters långsiktiga överlevnad, är det av stor vikt att kunna göra korrekta analyser för att därigenom också kunna fatta bra beslut. Till sådana analyser krävs data av olika slag. Sådana data kan komma från källor inom verksamheten (interna), men många gånger kan data från källor utanför verksamheten (externa) också bidra med värdefull omvärldsinformation. Dataunderlaget till analyserna kan med fördel inkorporeras i ett Data Warehouse (DW), vilket ger möjlighet att använda informationen på ett strukturerat sätt inom ramen för någon form av Business Intelligence (BI)-lösning.Processen att inkorporera data från olika källor till ett DW kan vara komplex - i synnerhet då externa datakällor används. Ett ramverk har tidigare tagits fram i syfte att fungera som stöd vid en inkorporering.

The thesis is written on behalf of Pallco AB, which is an engineering company that performs subcontracting, surface treatment, and assembly of components, mainly in steel and aluminium. The thesis focuses on identifying and analyzing the customer order fulfillment process of three customers at Pallco AB.The main objective of the thesis is to distinguish time differences in the company?s administrative work for each of the three customers. This thesis investigates and emphasises on the way students at Växjö police academy describe their socialization into their profession as police officers and the creation of profession identity. The scientist?s main questions are: In what way do the students at Växjö police academy describe their socialization process into the police profession? What role does the organisation play in the socialization process of the police students? How do the students develop their police identity? Which qualities are encouraged? The study is based on qualitative interviews with nine police students, performed in groups of three. Group theory, role theory, and organization theory are applied to the material to provide an understanding through which it is possible to understand the process of socialization. The study shows that there seems to be patterns in the description of a professional identity.
