Effektivisering av bygglovsprocessen. En kundundersökning i Göteborg

Bygglovsprocessen är en vital del i den totala byggprocessen eftersom ett bygglov är nödvändigt i nästan alla fall av nybyggnation och större renoveringar. I dagens samhälle där byggprocessen är under utveckling och allt större tidspress finns så är bygglovsprocessen ofta en flaskhals innan bygget kan påbörjas. Därför behöver bygglovsprocessen utvecklas för att bli effektivare.Syftet med denna undersökning att utreda vad tidigare kunder hos Stadsbyggnadskontoret (SBK) Göteborg anser om bygglovshanteringen. Utifrån de resultat som erhålls presenteras vilka delar i bygglovsprocessen som kan förbättras och effektiviseras. Dessutom ges förslag på förändringar för att uppnå detta.Kundundersökningen genomfördes med en enkät som skickades ut via e-post till kunder som fått godkänt bygglov i februari 2014.

Urban Building i kvarteret Domherren : KTH living/working/showroom

En omprogrammering av Kvarteret Domherren från dagens slutna byggnad med sin arkitekturskoleverksamhet, till ett levande kvarter med studentbostäder, arbetsplatser och offentlig verksamhet, vilken bedrivs av de studenter som bebor platsen. Den offentliga verksamheten domineras av en stor publik parkyta, vilken bryggar an mot den befintliga byggnaden. Under denna finns stora utställningshallar, café/bar och butik. Utställningarna kommer främst uppifrån de studenter och forskare som verkar uppe på KTH campus, och blir en publik brygga mellan campusområdet och allmänheten vilken bidrar till inblick, inspiration och förståelse av de spännande arbeten och projekt som bedrivs där. Denna plats blir på så sätt ett tillskott tyill staden både lokalt och i ett större sammanhang..

Akademiska Hus owns and manages the university facilities in most university towns in Sweden. Bilbergska house in Örebro was built in 2008 by Akademiska Hus, and designed by White Architects. Today's buildings must meet accessibility requirements determined by Swedish Board of Housing, and it is the developer who must ensure that they are fulfilled. Swedish Board of Housing requirements are often vaguely written and interpretation space is large.This report aims to investigate how much of the requirements which are set towards the University and landlord Akademiska Hus are being achieved. This is done by studying the requirements that are set.

This thesis treats Building Information Modeling, BIM, in the production stage. Brieflydescribed BIM is virtual model of a building object where all information about theobject is gathered. All the involved operators in the construction project have access tothe model and can gather or share information about the project. There are several waysto apply BIM in the production stage. This bachelor?s thesis examines the tradition of half-timbered buildings in V?stra G?taland County as there is a current lack of research on this building category in this region. The lack of knowledge may lead to the loss of potential cultural heritage values if these buildings do not receive attention. Therefore, the study aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of its role within the region. The goal is to expand and nuance the existing research on the Swedish building tradition, particularly in V?stra G?taland County and the general Swedish half-timbered tradition.

The purpose of this report is to examine various roof structures that can operate in a warehouse with large spans. The building that is examined in the report is currently under construction, and the roof construction has already been selected. The selected roof system will therefore be compared with some other structures and materials that have been possible. The report will evaluate three different frame materials, two insulating barriers and two overlaying materials. Another important part in major construction projects is the roof safety.

This study investigates the planning process of a university library building. The study s major concern is the cooperation of the main participants in this process: librarians, architects and representatives of university colleges and universities. First the authors present the readers with an overview of the litterature concerning this subject. Then follows a presentation of the three case studies. The authors have interviewed representatives of the three different occupational groups at three different library-building projects: Malmö University, Halmstad University College and the department of social- and behavioural studies at Lund University.

This thesis has been done in collaboration with Peab Stockholm Building 3, which is a region within the Peab Sverige AB. The report is based on a survey and studies of Peab business management systems and production literature. For general information gathering has literature from well-known sources collected in libraries and through the Internet. It shows through the work that Peab has routines for experience feedback in the construction process, but that these procedures work in a small scale and the practical work experience feedback does not work at all. This is also something the construction industry in general also perceived as problematic. The questions in the report are of a wide scale and concerns construction errors cost, how the employees perceive that the company takes advantage of the skills and the mental stress in production line. The goal is to find how Peab Stockholm Building 3 will work on the experience feedback to allow for better productivity. In conclusion, the report author tries to demonstrate what can lead to increased productivity and improved work experience..

This master thesis starts in a wondering about the visions and ideas we have about thecity and about the urban. In Swedish about the term stadsmässighet, which can be translatedin to city-like, urban or urbanely, something that describes or contains features ofthe city. How do we use the city as a role model? Is urbane building the same as buildinga city? Is it about architecture and aesthetics or is building urbanely the way to makepopular cities? The central aim of this essay is to study visions and reality around urbanebuilding in order to understand the concept?s meaning and how it changes. My ambitionis that the essay will function as a discussion basis for students and planners.The work starts with literature studies where theoretical definitions and concepts aboutcities and about the urbane is investigated.

Koalitionsbildning och Fragmentering. En studie av koalitionsbildning i kommuner med fragmenterade partisystem

During the last decades the Swedish local party systems have gone through some considerable changes. The number of parties present in local party systems have increased and in some cases even doubled. This makes coalition building between parties complex and parties will be forced to rethink their coalition strategies and adjust to the new circumstances. Theoretically, coalition building has often been considered and applied to national data and there have been just a few attempts to develop and theoretically explain coalitions on a local level. Thus the aim of this paper is to use different theoretical approaches to local data to test the significance of traditional coalition theories.

As a result of increased property prices on apartment buildings in Halmstad many local investors thinks that the market behaves illogical. This because these investors can?t find any profitability in many real estate transactions. The valuation between different investors on the same object therefore goes their separate ways. One example of this is a property in central Halmstad which starting price was about 23 million SEK.
