The degree project has been implemented abroad in Brisbane, Australia. A literature study has beenperformed parallel to the practical work within the subject »Corporate identity through graphicaldesign«. In this study deeper research has been made concerning the establishment and manifestationof a corporate identity and its program. The knowledge given from this study has been put into practicethrough two larger projects.The first project was carried out at De Pasquale, advertising agency in Brisbane, where a corporateidentity program was designed for a new company. The company is a fitness centre, called KnockoutFitness, which specializes in different types of boxing training sessions such as Boxing, Thai Bow andBoxercise but also Aqua aerobics.

The review of Integrated green spaces in urban areas ? A case study of inner Brisbane highlight the significance of addressing characteristics, qualities and landscape values in our outdoor environment. The importance of green spaces to the wellbeing of people in the city and the ecological, social and cultural values they carry are widely recognised in the field of urban and regional planning. At the same time population growth, climate change and urban development put planners and scientists in a challenging position where new solutions must be put on the agenda in order to accomplish sustainability. Open space strategies, collaboration between stakeholders, public participation, learn from earlier failings and a ?value-led? approach facilitate the managing of open space. Brisbane is located in the fastest growing metropolitan region in Australia. The city´s open space landscapes offer cultural, geographical, recreational, social and scenic amenity assets, which make a major contribution to the regions identity they a wide world known for.

Already in the late 1970´s it became clear that the traditional catalogs in libraries were not suited for children, neither their interests nor their way expressing themselves were accounted for. The goal of this thesis is to investigate if and how children?s OPACs (Open public access catalogs) interface design is at present adapted to the presumed audience of children. My method consists of literature studies and an investigation on the graphical interfaces in OPACs for children, according to the five criteria formulated by childrens library consultant Lena Lundgren and IT-consultant Kia Gumbel. The aims are to find out: a) what requirements for children?s OPAC interfaces and their usability are defined in literature and b) what the actual (real) features of the children?s OPAC interfaces are.

LKAB vill i sitt anrikningsverk i Malmberget utöka produktionskapaciteten med ca 20 % under de närmsta åren. Framförallt är behovet av ökad malningskapacitet i de befintliga kvarnsektionerna för pelletsslig (internt namngett MPC) av stor betydelse. Eftersom malning är en energikrävande enhetsoperation finns det ett stort intresse att hitta sätt som möjliggör en reduktion av energiförbrukningen. Därför har en förstudie gällande alternativ kvarnteknik genomförts med specificering mot området rörverkskvarnar för att om möjligt kunna effektivisera tertiärmalningen för MPC. Litteraturstudien redogör på ett förenklat sätt: hur rörverksvarnar blivit introducerade i gruvindustrin, funktionella skillnader mellan vertikala och horisontella enheter samt presentationer av de kvarntyper som i dagens läge har varit mest framgångsrika kommersiellt.
