It has in this study been brought to light that the solution is not to tell the contractors to "stop slattern", it is more complicated than that. Today, the biggest problems are found in leadership, communication, feedback of experience and that the entrepreneurs take too little responsibility.To minimize the amount of commentaries all contractors need to work with a clearer leadership where the leader is both respected and appreciated. Pastern dermatitis is a common condition among horses. It is a symptom, a reaction in the skin of the pastern rather than a diagnose. There are a lot of homemade treatments when you ask horse owners how they handle pastern dermatitis, but what does the science say about how it should be treated? Today there is a growing problem with antibiotic resistance, but how good are the veterinarians on testing for resistance before they describe antibiotics? Bacteria and fungus is seldom the primary cause for pastern dermatitis, the reaction is often secondary to environmental factors. It?s difficult to diagnose the primary factor and it´s even more difficult when the horse has been treated in different ways before the veterinarian gets involved.

The initiator of this study was VIDA ? a privately owned concern operating in the value-adding process industry of forest raw materials. The aim of this study was to examine the type and amount of damages on Alvestakubb caused by the harvester head during the cutting process. I studier där ICP >20 mmHg har förekommit kunde signifikant sämre utfall ses.Syfte Syftet med studien var att med hjälp av omvårdnadsprocessen observera intensivvårdssjuksköterskans identifiering och vidtagande av omvårdnadsåtgärder vid ett högt ICP samt utvärdera de utförda omvårdnadsåtgärderna. Metod Prospektiv tvärsnittsundersökning, där sju intensivvårdssjuksköterskor och fem patienter observerades med hjälp av ett observationsformulär.Resultat 51(73 %) av de höga ICP normaliserades inom en minut och intensivvårdssjuksköterskan uppskattades ha observerat högt ICP i 50(71 %) av tillfällena inom en minut. 19(27 %) tillfällen observerades inte och 11(65 %) av omvårdnadsåtgärderna skedde inom en minut. Omvårdnadsåtgärder som utfördes var administrering av bolusdos med läkemedel (35 %) eller dränera likvor (35 %).

In the 1980?s the moose population in Sweden grew explosively due to big changes in the silviculture with clear cuttings instead of single-tree selection. Clear cuttings brought big areas of young forest and therefore a lot of fodder in one place. Since this change, the discussion about how to manage the moose population has grown into a very big problem. Forest owners think that the population needs to be strongly reduced because of all the damage that is done to the young forest when the moose seeks its food, and the economic losses because of that.

The purpose of this work is to map what inspiration means to people who work with music, how it feels when you are inspirated compared to how it feels when you`re not. How does inspiration affect us? Are we depending on it? What do you do when you lack inspiration? Is it possible to ?inspire? one self? My method has been to interview eight persons, selected by me, who all work with music. I have used literature, for instance about our intelligence, and also different theories on the subject of inspiration. The results of the interviews show that our experiences of inspiration are individual.

Penalty clauses is a term that can be put in an agreement and is an amount that shall be paid by a part of the agreement if they cause any damage to the other part by breaking the agreement. Penalty clauses have since around 100 years ago had a quite clear meaning in Sweden according to a lot of authors. These authors have the opinion that penalty clauses is an exclusive judgment of the compensation the victim has right to, that means that if the parties have put a lower amount in the clause the victim won?t get full coverage for the damages caused by the other party. It has been shown that moose can affect plant community composition and structure. Selective browsing with other damages of large herbivores on tree species with different tolerance to disturbance could reshape the tree layer in both managed and natural forests.
